The owner directed me to one chair, the nail tech says I'm about to leave so you can sit in the first chair. The nail tech at that station looks at her like her "Really?" I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. It's an apparent challenge to maintain cleanliness but they seem to handle things fairly well, they're very friendly also. They do get you seated and have someone working on you within a space of 20-30 minutes depending upon the amount of people there, to be fair, I ended up here on Christmas Eve, of course it was going to be slow going. There's a young lady thered who have excellent skills with eyebrow waxing/shaping, I will return again and again when I'm in the area, the tech I had for my mani/pedi was good as well (a guy) he did clip my nail beds a lil too close at one point, not sure if he was in a hurry, tired, hangry or what, not a big deal, I survived & left with all of my fingers, can't wait to return to this shop, they have excellent massage chairs, since it was so busy I managed to get a few rounds in it, great to relieve the holiday stress I was experiencing trying to finish up some last minute shopping.
