Noooow…read moregetting to my nails...the black nail techs that sit in the back, don't know what customer service is. The owner directed me to one chair, the nail tech says I'm about to leave so you can sit in the first chair. The nail tech at that station looks at her like her "Really?" Then proceeds to do my nails while holding a conversation with the nail tech who claim she was about to leave. Over all the experience was good due to my pedicure, that's the only thing I'll go back for!

I just recently had a pedicure & eyebrow wax, and every time I make an appointment, I'm seated in the chair within 5 minutes. They usually offer complimentary water or mimosa, which is always a nice touch. I'm not sure what the lady's name is who did my eyebrows, but she's absolutely amazing!

The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. If I wasn't in the service industry I wouldn't have tipped him so he was lucky I was generous.

The website just offers names, no actual description of the techniques/products used during the service. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough but couldn't answer my question smh. I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. Hopefully this business uses this opportunity to update their website as well as educate their employees (especially the person answering the phone!) on the types of services they provide. Example of a good facial description below: The ultimate Hydrafacial experience! The detox begins with Lymphatic Drainage, then, deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin while incorporating a Booster designed to target your specific skin concerns. This treatment concludes with LED lights therapy. Dermaplane complimentary.

I had an older woman who actually did my manicure. She was nice but very quiet. She did a really good job cleaning up my nails, however she got some nail polish on my hand that I didn't realize until I left. When I paid, I was shocked that it was $13. Normally I get manicures for $10. Then I left the shop without my debit card. I don't know if it was my fault or the workers. However, they held on to it until I came back to the store to pick it up. I really much appreciated them for that!

Not good at all. I came In as a walk in for a full set, and a gel pedi. I was sat right away!…read moreAwesome! i went to the pedi chair and an older lady came and started drawing some warm water and handed me a menu to look over and chose which pedi I wanted. I picked the 2nd one I think it was like $57 or so. As she worked on me another lady came up and she was going to start on my nails. I showed her what I was wanting and she said we would have a do some cat eye, I said sounds good! So as both lady's are working I am looking around and noticing that they seem busy. ALOT of employees all talking to each other, and across the salon to each other, and I start noticing how loud it was, also I started noticing that a lot of them are walking around eating and trying each others drinks and food. It was all a bit over stimulating. The lady working on my hands in the mean time is hardly paying any attention to what she was doing with me, she stopped so many times to carry on a conversation with another coworker behind me. I would look down to my hands every so often and she was leaving them so long and making them so thick and chunky. I thought surly she will correct these. So the lady working on my feet is just about done. (She was great) and the lady working on my hands tells me to wash my hands and meet me at her desk. So I do. She gets to work with her drill and tools and she is thinning them out a little and trimming them down a smidge. Meanwhile having full blown conversations with her coworkers. Never once asked me about length or shape. Not once. She does a half ass paint. Job on them, writes me up a ticket (that I can't understand) and said pay at the counter. It's whatever, I just want to go home at this point. I get to the counter. Why was my bill $140???? For some shitty nails. They were nothin fancy. No airbrush, no 3D, no gems or nail art. Just a shitty cat eye French. They were way too long, they were super thick, and lumpy in some spots. Also!!!!!!! They advertise 10% off for 1st time guest. They knew I was from out of town, because they asked me where I was from. They did not give me any discount. Listen I know I should have said something. I was having an awful day, that's why i was treating myself in the first place. I just wanted to go. I went home and filed my nails down to a Much better length, and am just going to have to deal with them for a bit. This area has plenty of Other places to get your nails done. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. This place was WAY over priced. I think they screw there customers, vibe was not good, why was everyone eating and sharing food. And don't care much about what they are doing with a client right in-front of them.
