Not good at all. I came In as a walk in for a full set, and a gel pedi. I was sat right away! Awesome! i went to the pedi chair and an older lady came and started drawing some warm water and handed me a menu to look over and chose which pedi I wanted. I picked the 2nd one I think it was like $57 or so. As she worked on me another lady came up and she was going to start on my nails. I showed her what I was wanting and she said we would have a do some cat eye, I said sounds good! So as both lady's are working I am looking around and noticing that they seem busy. ALOT of employees all talking to each other, and across the salon to each other, and I start noticing how loud it was, also I started noticing that a lot of them are walking around eating and trying each others drinks and food. It was all a bit over stimulating. The lady working on my hands in the mean time is hardly paying any attention to what she was doing with me, she stopped so many times to carry on a conversation with another coworker behind me. I would look down to my hands every so often and she was leaving them so long and making them so thick and chunky. I thought surly she will correct these. So the lady working on my feet is just about done. (She was great) and the lady working on my hands tells me to wash my hands and meet me at her desk. So I do. She gets to work with her drill and tools and she is thinning them out a little and trimming them down a smidge. Meanwhile having full blown conversations with her coworkers. Never once asked me about length or shape. Not once. She does a half ass paint. Job on them, writes me up a ticket (that I can't understand) and said pay at the counter. It's whatever, I just want to go home at this point. I get to the counter. Why was my bill $140???? For some shitty nails. They were nothin fancy. No airbrush, no 3D, no gems or nail art. Just a shitty cat eye French. They were way too long, they were super thick, and lumpy in some spots. Also!!!!!!! They advertise 10% off for 1st time guest. They knew I was from out of town, because they asked me where I was from. They did not give me any discount. Listen I know I should have said something. I was having an awful day, that's why i was treating myself in the first place. I just wanted to go. I went home and filed my nails down to a Much better length, and am just going to have to deal with them for a bit. This area has plenty of Other places to get your nails done. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. This place was WAY over priced. I think they screw there customers, vibe was not good, why was everyone eating and sharing food. And don't care much about what they are doing with a client right in-front of them. read more

I went on Mother's Day because they were the only place open in the area and they were taking walk ins. I thought it would be great because they were PACKED!! But they were just okay. It was my first time here and the man that did my nails was SO NICE!!! I would give him 5 stars just for customer service alone. My nails started lifting from the acrylic just a couple of days later as well as the polish chipping and I paid for gel polish. But I am assuming the polish was old because when I got home and got a good look at the polish, it looked like bubbles or something. I'm not sure about this place. read more

This place gets busy fast so I would suggest maybe making an appointment as the first time I attempted a walk in I had to leave before I could get seen and the second time the actual time spent in chair was longer than I am used to, but it was WELL worth it! First let me say Tammy does an amazing job with eyebrows!! I've been a faithful customer with them for a while but the service and quality has just gotten worse and worse. The last few times, the gel coat they use on the top looks like they tried to make it stretch by adding something because it didn't cover my nails all the way. If someone is paying you (they are not cheap lol), they pay for quality products. They also forced me to get my nails and feet done at the same time, as if they were were running a factory. Quantity over quality. It's a spa, just wait until I finish my pedicure. I give people the benefit of the doubt but They've done this the last two times I've went‍. Lastly, and most important. I got a pedicure the last time I went and thanks to them my reward was a $500 podiatrist bill and antibiotics. This is my second time trying this place. Is a long wait even when you get there when they open. They move very slow. If you get the ladies to do your pedi it will be money wasted. The two older gentlemen do a phenomenal job at taking their time and paying attention to your toe nails and how they look. I am still on the hunt for a great nail salon. Pro Nails is located in the shopping center with KMart - across from Walmart. The first time I came to ProNails, I signed in for a pedicure on a Saturday morning. I realize the weekends are very busy for salons and I anticipate waiting. However, when I signed in, I asked one of the ladies how long it would be. She said, "a few minutes". Okay, fine. I take "a few minutes" = 10 or 15 AT MOST! At 15 minutes after, I asked a different lady how long she thought it would be. She said, "20 minutes!". Augh, I just got up in left. Granted, my patience that morning was already blown, but if I had been told there was a 35 minute wait from the beginning, I could have done a few errands and came back. My second try at ProNails was only because I cannot find a good nail salon around here. I went during the week and immediately got in for a pedicure. It was $20 and well worth it. Tammy started on my nails then had another guy finish them who completely ruined the shape that I wanted which was coffin tip. Instead they came out looking fat and round. I went to this salon to get a pedicure right before Thanksgiving. I got an older lady and she was, obviously, not up to the task. When she did the massage, it lasted about 2 seconds. I seriously did not realize she even did it. I brought up that there was no massage and she got an attitude... as did the person who had to translate for her. Instead of actually doing the massage, she started trimming back my cuticles AGAIN. She ended up doing a LOT of damage on my two big toes. I STILL cannot wear closed toe shoes without pain. That woman truly injured my feet and, I'm pretty sure, she did it on purpose because she was angry with me. If I'd have known how long this pain was going to last, I'd have documented it with a doctor and taken them to court. They shouldn't have been able to get away with it. The new lady Lee must be a relative but she does not know what she's doing with manicures or pedicures. Customers are constantly correcting her on what she's doing with their feet. Ok, new to the area and decided to try out a nail salon. I looked at the reviews and made the decision to try them out. First and foremost the people who work there are nice except the older woman who did my pedicure. It was a waste of time, really I could of did a better job by myself. The whole point for me is the professional color application of the nail polish and the foot massage that was supposed to go with the pedicure. Epic failure! Foot massage was non existent and the nail-polish was in my cuticles. I wanted a eye-brow wax afterward and before all my nails where painted I was moved to the back to get the wax and my toes painted which I couldn't see laying down, The woman who waxed my brows was nice but she was rushing, What I found weird lying in the chair is that my brows are thin but I don't grow hair on my lids. Yes, she was waxing my lids. Please note the picture attached when she applied the wax strip or paper? It really stung when removed. I thought it was a temporary pain as waxing can sometimes feel like that but when I left the shop I notice my lid was red, VERY RED. End result eyelid burnt. read more
