Tammy is wonderful and she and her staff were so welcoming!! She listened to my concerns and helped advise and explain to me what she felt would be best. I was torn on whether to cut or continue growing my hair out and she really made me feel happy with the decision and gave me a fantastic cut that added shape and dimension. Brittney and Brittney were wonderful. One waxed my eyebrows and they did a fantastic job. They also told me a lot about the area since I'm new and again were so welcoming. Right after I walked out Carole decided to take over and went a different route than she wanted. The original plan was shoulder length and the end product was a small Afro on a Chinese woman. Carole took advantage of her limited English and just kept overcharging, cutting and adding product. After adding an additional $100 to the estimate she demanded a $45 tip. If you go there do not let Carole anywhere near your hair. She is horrifically horrible and service and a very rude woman.
