Horrible customer service. Very rude and dismissive. I came in on crutches after having knee surgery to get my nails taken off. Two of them were just sitting around, no customers. Refused to service me saying "they have a customer coming in soon". Didnt even hold the door when they saw me struggling with my crutches. Will never go back for service. read more

I asked for a simple nail and then without even asking the manicurist puts a design on one. A design a Pre-K child would do in art class. I'm not very pleased. Besides the extra design that was unwanted, the nails weren't fully shaped right did they look professionally done. The nail polish looked exceptionally chunky. You could tell it was old. First and last visit here. I received a good pedicure but it takes more than that to bring me back. My person never spoke to me the entire time and yes she spoke English. She kept a Bluetooth in her ear throughout the visit and was constantly talking on the phone. The atmosphere was unkempt. Well at last min , that l would treat my grad daughter to a full set of gel nails. While my tech was very pleasant and did a b+ job she was slow in the mean time my granddaughter had a rude tech who flat out refuse to correct a problem and was told that she did not ask for this style of nail. I was furious that she was rude l call after l found out about how she was talk to , $4(5 and a tip how dare u. Live right next to this place and have gotten my nails done here before and walked in to get my eyebrows quickly done before an important event. They refused my business claiming they were too busy to do eyebrows. There was no one in the waiting area. Eyebrows take 8 minutes to do. I had my first mani and pedi today and sun nails was amazing. I read many reviews from other salons and decided on sun nails and was definitely pleased with the results. I made an appointment though I probably did not need one, others were walking in. Linda spent time with me and made me feel like a queen when she was finished. I will definitely go back. read more

My and my friend went there for pedicures and it was the worst pedicure we have ever had. The ladies never spoke to us, rushed through the pedicure it took about 15 mins to complete my pedicure. I won't be back. I got a pedicure. The staff is not particularly friendly, the lady working on my nails spoke little to none but when she did it was relatively rude, the massage portion was done halfway if that, and my nail polish at the end looked like I had done it myself... or worse... which is not a good thing! After I was done the lady who had done my nails got on her phone and spoke on the phone the entire time during her next pedicure. The lady receiving the pedicure asked for a manager and then let the lady know she did not wish her to talk on the phone the entire time, that she wanted her to pay attention to what she was doing.
