First we showed up about 10 minutes before they opened and apparently entered the wrong door from the patio which was unlocked (if you don't want anybody in lock the door). We were rudely greeted and told to start a line outside. I had the fromage with a salad. Food is just mediocre. Salad was definitely lacking in flavor/dressing. read more

The food was really good and the restaurant itself was cute. Maybe our waitress was having a bad night but she definitely had an attitude problem. She gave us a really hard time about splitting the check and told us it was super inconvenient even though it is a common occurrence at restaurants. She also forgot to put an appetizer in. I understand people have bad days but if it wasn't a bad day for her she was definitely rude. I'm not sure if it was because we were a younger group but we were respectful and still proceeded to tip her 20% plus. read more

They bill themselves as a restaurant using "all natural ingredients", but when our daughter started having a severe allergic reaction to a panini, we questioned the server about its pesto sauce's ingredients. He responded that the package the pesto came in probably listed the ingredients, but it had since been discarded. What kind of restaurant, let alone an "all natural" one, uses pesto from a package? Pesto is one of the easiest sauces to make from scratch. Inexcusable. read more

Want to love it, but just keeping getting let down. The food is good but the service is horrible. One day, we arrived at 2:40 and were standing waiting for them to seat us. A waiter asked "Can I help you?" We said "we would like a table." He told us that they do not serve food between 3-4. Ok, but it's not 3. We went back a few days later. Had to get up and get our own menu. Ordered our food, then they came back to tell us they had no mozzarella cheese for the flatbread. This is a cheese shop, how do you not have cheese? In Edwards for surgery at the Vail Surgical Center and decided to stop here for some lunch. Had the goats cheese salad with chicken and my friend had their prosciutto bruschetta and tomato basil soup. All dishes delicious and served by a friendly host. I always enjoy coming here for lunch when I am out visiting my parents in Cordillera. The menu is always inventive but prices are also very reasonable. I've tried a few of their sandwiches and I love love love the turkey and pear panini (the best turkey sandwich I've ever had!) I also like the ham panini with cornichons, and the hot panini's are especially yummy in the wintertime. The last time I ate here they had a cold gazpacho on the menu that was so refreshing and delicious. Be sure to try one of their gourmet organic soda's too, fun flavors like blood orange, refreshing and not too sweet! They have some nice seating options outside for the summertime, if only it was located somewhere away from the parking lot! read more

eat! drink! was yummy. I had their Fromage Lover (grilled cheese panino) with a salad. I'm told by a local that they use whatever cheese they feel like using that day, so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I don't know what cheese they used but it was delicious. It probably would have tasted even better had they served it with tomato soup. I had a taste of the Emilia panino (prosciutto) which was definitely mouth watering. It was so tasty! I'm not a huge fan of prosciutto, but I think I would probably order that one if I visited again. read more

Pleasant atmosphere and servers but odd offerings. Iced tea served in individual bottles. Iced water with no ice. Apple side option were the most sour green apples ever tasted. Turkey panini skimpy with oddly rubbery turkey. Greens served with the chicken salad were heavily overdressed. Chicken salad was good and so was the bottled iced tea. We're not fans. read more

Absolutely incredible food, wine and service!! Had several items: the pimento cheese appetizer, lamb meatballs, Drunken Goat salad, filet mignon bruschetta and the poke appetizer. All were delicious and really, really good. We had the Terraplen Garnacha wine from Spain and it was a hit as well. The salad has curry on the carrots and onions which really made it it that much more incredible. Great job!! read more

the service is just bad. takes over 20 minutes to get someone to even acknowledge you after they say "seat yourself". You order one drink and then the server never comes back or in our case, leaves work. Server complained about being tired and working all day...just bad service read more

My wife and I each ordered paninis for a quick lunch. Everything about the Drunken Goat was great from the service to the food to the new layout... even the music was on point. Excited to have a new spot for new lunch in the tired restaurant town of Edwards. 4 1/2 stars. Soup of the day today was black bean & ham. Delicious! I ordered 1/2 sandwich & soup and they gave me a whole sandwich with soup. Great portions. Our table also ordered a bowl of olives. There must be a dozen types to choose from. Very fresh food. Very good service. Huge selection of cheeses & aps too. Very leisurely atmosphere we ate, talked and chilled. People who work here don't enjoy working here! This was our first visit and stopped for a "to-go" order. The girl who took our order was so rude, short and seemed very put out! After she took our order which was a super uncomfortable exchange she went to tell her co-worker to make our sandwiches. She came in from the patio, didn't wash her hands or use gloves and just began making them. The manager/owner should really address these issues if they want to continue selling $15 sandwiches! read more

She took drink and food orders from two large tables next to us and never even took our drink orders despite the fact that both tables sat down after us. A nice idea that needs to work on execution. The menu is very limited. A couple of pannini sandwiches, one soup and a few salads. They have a number of tapas style plates cheeses, olives, etc. Would be a nice place for wine and tapas but again wine list is limited and wines are not any that are familiar. But of most concern is on our last visit, for lunch, with only a few tables occupied, it took over 30 minutes for an order of soup & salad, and a flat bread. Need to work on execution. read more

What a fantastic location and patio however I cant say that the change from Eat Drink is a welcome one. The almost non existent selection of cheese is disappointing and the lack of ownership relations with the clients is lacking, at least during my visit. Menu is ok, but it seems that blue cheese is in EVERYTHING. As a regular of the previous establishment for 10+ years I will not be back and think its an incredible loss to the Vail Valley. What a great experience we had today at lunch. Took the dogs, they were greeted with fresh water and love- food was fantastic as always, as was the wine that was recommended. Lily was such a pleasure, herself and the rest of the staff so attentive and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back for $1 oysters, which I've heard nothing but great things about. read more

I love this place. Order the Croque sandwich. I could eat this sandwich everyday and the side salad. I don't even like ham, and i love this sandwich. Do your self a favor and order it and make sure to let who ever you're eating with that they can't have a bite, they've got to order it for themselves...... the burrata is good too. read more

We went to dinner the night before at "dive", their sister restaurant and it was so good that we can back for lunch at Eat/Drink. Great food! They had an amazing asparagus/pea soup that was perfect for spring and so flavorful. Also had one of their paninis which was equally delicious. Eat!Drink! is delicious. I especially love Cheap Date Night on Tuesdays. 3 cheeses and a bottle of wine for $25 is hard to beat, especially here in the valley. They have delicious cheeses and paninis. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. I have gone before by myself with a book and have also gone with a group. I have never been let down.
