My fiancé ordered this cooked medium. The sides were cooked fine, but the inside looked like ground beef you'd see in the raw meat aisle at a grocery store. He was unable to eat any of the middle of the burger because of this. Now we would've complained about the burger because this was health hazard undercooked inside, but our waitress never returned to ask how our food was until our food was long gone. No water refills so we refilled our own glasses with my reusable water bottle. No bill until literally 30 minutes after we asked her (and this was long after we were trying to figure out why she was not coming back to our table).
