We were eating with a vegetarian and noticed the carrot cake had something that was fried in beef tallow (indicated on the menu), so we happily went with the chocolate mousse on our waiter's recommendation, and it was elite. It was about half a tennis ball in size, with a hard chocolate shell on the outside and an espresso-flavored cream around it, kind of like a whipped cream texture, plus some toasted caramel toppings. The trout was good, ribs were good but not fall off the bone. The other person didn't care for the Wiener schnitzel. The spatzle was hard and crunchy. No flavor. None of us understood the side of scalloped potatoes and broccoli. The scalloped potatoes seamed like they came from a box. Then a few pieces of broccoli thrown on the plate.
