Crispy beef and chicken tacos. Steak taco street corn
Wendy G.

Local and busy and great food. We are here on business so always have to figure out what to eat and on Tuesday it's ALWAYS "taco Tuesday " Agave didn't disappoint. We had the specials offered and they were great !! The crisp beef taco was one of the best I had. Simple and so tasty. The Mahi taco was great. And they don't skimp on fillings !! Crispy chicken and the carnitas taco just as good. We also ordered the street corn and it didn't disappoint. Our server was great !!! So friendly and working hard in a busy night. Will definitely be back and not just on taco Tuesday

Beautiful Crudites served with their world famous guacamole

Good news, now they call it "California burrito" instead of carne y papas. Love this place. Taco Tuesday is awesome.

Great service, great food, reasonable prices. This is a great spot to escape all the tourists in Vail. The key lime pie is not to be missed.

How does this place stay open? Friday night and there's nobody in there. The food is Bland and there's nothing going on.

Fiesta Jalisco - Shredded beef chimichanga

It was very difficult looking for a decent lunch spot in Beaver Creek. We just happened upon…read moreFiesta Jalisco because we ventured away from Hwy 6. With that, what's that iHop saying? The portions at Fiesta Jalisco are generous, even with the small combo plates. I ordered the Chalupa with black beans and rice and barely came close to finishing it. Mom had the Beef Tostada with pinto beans and rice and I was surprised such a small woman polished off her plate. The food here is good, the shredded chicken is much more flavorful than the beef. The Margaritas were top notch tho. Fiesta offers flavors like peach, mango, strawberry, and even huckleberry. We opted for Don Julio Silver and it was delicious. The Sopapillas were ok. Not overly sweet but not a fan of the extra whipped cream topping. Another bonus was that the telly's were broadcasting the Broncos game, so we didn't skip a beat there (and neither did the Broncos!) The down side: service and cleanliness. Food on the floor, under the tables, and the seat benches had rips and tears. It was hard to find a comfortable spot to dine. On top of that, our waitress wasn't super attentive. She did not offer water refills or second round of drinks unless we flagged someone down....when we could find someone. The ladies room is handicap accessible. Unfortunately it was lacking in the necessary supplies (soap and TP).

Great service. Chase was really attentive and great to talk to. We loved the heirloom beet salad,…read morehowever, it was split for 2. We weren't asked if we wanted it split - this made it $25, which was not worth it. I opted for the table side cacio e pepe which was super cheesey and also had delicious pork belly blended in. My husband had the burger which was 2 larger patties combined - we only wished it could've been cooked more medium rare because the flavor of the meat had so much potential! We weren't hungry for dessert but the table next to us got a unique mason jar dessert that looked like it was packed with chocolatey goodness. This restaurant is inside the Westin, and you can park in the garage and get your ticket validated.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations. We started off with the bread and fondue. The fondue was a big hit with our table, and the cheese was so tasty. The bread was also good, and had a nice unique taste. For mains I tried some of the following: -steak frites: delicious and cooked perfectly, and a huge portion of delicious fries -mussels: definitely a miss, and tasted a bit too salty and the sizes were pretty inconsistent -filet: amazing -mushroom ravioli: absolutely horrible, literally the worst ravioli I've ever had -cacio e pepe: sooo tasty, but tastes was more like carbonara vs a traditional cacio e pepe. I liked the presentation and really loved the pork too. I would definitely recommend sticking with the meats here, as the pasta and seafood were major misses (except the cacio e Pepe was amazing) Overall a solid option for a nicer meal, but not the greatest place ever.
