Great place to have dinner. We were taken up to the restaurant in a snowcat and the people there were incredibly kind and accommodating. Food was delicious, I had the Salmon. Highly recommend this place whenever you're in Denver. Did I mention how good the food was?

Our crew. Love Allies Cabin. A Must go!

We just left Allies Cabin! What a way to end our trip I personally recommend the Tune Poké to start, The tomahawk Pork chop, ended by the apples and granola. Now our husbands had the Elk Filet and loved them. Another friend had the Tenderloin excellent We ordered four desserts and shared. You will love this place! Worth every dollar

I had an exceptional evening at the food & wine pairing put on at Allie"s Cabin. It started with a sleigh ride up the mountain being pulled by one of the Cats used to groom the snow on the slopes of Beaver Creek. I was very grateful for the blankets that were provided. Once inside we were greeted with our first wine. The server even knew my name. Now that was a surprise. Before dinner there was time to mingle & a fireworks display in the valley. Dinner consisted of 5 courses expertly paired with the 4 wines. I was told that each week has a different pair with a new winery. So all the more reason to come back again. It didn't hurt that I was seated with 3 lovely ladies.

I need to be upfront at the start! This is our third adventure of this type. We have done the horse drawn sleigh dinner in Park City and the snow cat dinner in Mammoth Mountain. Funny, but, this is a cross of these two. Yet, the dinner house is by far the most elaborate and elegant. Allie's Cabin is a very nice adventure, but, I want to share one thing that we got lucky with.......do this adventure when there is a Full Moon!!!!!! OMG!!!! the ride up and down is majestic!!!! Everything is lite up to the point that it is a picture post card!!!! Just incredible!!! Now for my review of the food. Actually, we did not expect it to be as good as it really was! Really, really GOOD!!! I had the Elk Filet and my wife had the Pork Chop Tomahawk. Really GOOD!!!! If I have to critique anything, I will have to say that the staff did not fill my water glass and iced tea glasses at all. They never came by to even ask. We had the 7:30 seating and really there was no excuse for this. The numbers we very lite at this time and should not have been a problem to this level. The ride and food are excellent, but, the service had a little problem. The price will catch you a little. Even they list $105 per person, our final bill with tip automatically included, was $316 for 2. I cannot imagine wha the cost would be for a family of 4 with Adults drinking wine. I would have to say that the table next to use that had bottles of wine spent over $1000 for their meal. Once again, the ride and food were great, but, be ready for the price tag and the possiblity of poor service. We had a very nice time, but, we most likely will not return.

The only way to get to Allies cabin for dinner is by taking a bobcat "sleigh ride" up the mountain.

I felt so guilty even riding the sleigh with how miserable the horses were, but another person in our group had purchased all the tickets in advance as a treat for everyone The "trail" was complete mud and rocks and the horses were working so hard they had to stop and rest every few minutes - Thankfully, they allowed them to rest, but they should not have even been operating in those conditions! The ride was painfully rough. Absolutely not worth the $50 per person! Everything was dirty slush by mid-March, but the trail is more of a track, no wooded area, not really any views. The horses were absolutely miserable - dragging a loaded sleigh thru icey, muddy riches. They have a small paddock - I wouldn't even call it a pasture. And no shelter - Yes, these horses are content to stay outdoors 99.9% of the time, but they should have an optional covered area available at least.

Thank you to the staff that works there and the delicious spiked apple cider that kept us warm the whole way, and not to mention the s'mores at the fire pit afterwards that was such a special touch on the afternoon. These stables are great for a group of friends or family with young kids and older kids. Just an all-around lovely experience. Thank you so much for the memories.. Henry the Horse is your VIP!!

During the pandemic I understand you have to temper your expectations but this hotel was crazy understaffed. Like one person at the front desk and one valet. That was it. We had to get our bags to and from the room. There apparently was a ski valet but the front desk gave us no clue how to locate it. They just didn't know. They didn't take our skis there. It was plain weird. The signs in the hotel say no skis in the rooms but we had no choice! No one could tell us where the ski valet was. It was located in a non descript door by Christy's. We found it on day two. Also, no one could tell us where the illustrious ski bridge was that supposedly makes the hotel ski in and ski out. We figured it out on our last day of skiing. I believe it is called the Creekside Trail or something. Note the hotel is only ski in. And you have take off your skis to cross a fairly busy road. There is no skiing out from the ski bridge. The room was bigger than usual so that was good. But if the staff can't provide basic information about the hotel, given how much Marriott charges for this hotel, I can't recommend. It's just ok. Might as well stay at the Best Western in Eagle for a fraction of the cost and drive in.
