Food is terrible, more so flavorless, and the "soup" is bitter. More pickled onions on it than meat.

The service was ok you order by kiosk so no real interaction and the service was fast and the food was ok. we wanted chicken and they gave us beef. We went for the grand opening and got the quesabirria tacos. It was a great mix of quesadillas and birria tacos. I would say the portion was pretty small for its price. The pickled onions with the sauces were a great addition to the tacos. The tacos were crispy slightly crunchy with a good combination of cheese and meat. The line was pretty long and the store was packed due to the grand opening. Their orders were pretty backed up and it took up a while to get our food orders. Seating was limited so we had to run when people started finishing up at a table. read more

Today was a lesson in always check your receipt! I specifically said a chicken taco when I ordered. When I arrived to my home I opened my container, and it was shrimp tacos. Thank God I'm not allergic to shrimp. I called Dripped Birria in Katy to inform them. My thought was, surely I got someone else's order. The person that answered said, "OH no, sorry. You can bring it back!" That was a hard no for me. Why? It took me 8 minutes to get out of the dang parking lot onto the feeder and another 12 minutes to get home. Needless to say, I ate the tacos. Customer service is terrible, guy standing behind the counter didn't acknowledge us. He spoke to The people that walked up seconds later though. FIRST red flag and we should have walked away.
