New local food truck in my neighborhood we decided to try. We ordered the carne asada tostadas and their Pana Burger. - The tostada (crunchy flat tortilla topped with steak, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, onions & sauce) was good. What gives it the most flavor is the sauce on top of the tostada. - The pana burger was really good too the patty had a weird texture to it but I guess since it's made of various meats it's suppose to be that way but overall it was very flavorful. Since the patty had enough flavor the bacon kind of gets lost in the mix so you can't really taste the bacon. The papitas on the burger gives it an extra crunch which balances out the whole burger. - The Chicken fries to me were a bit too much not sure if maybe it's because of everything else we tried. Over all the food was good, I'm not crazy about it but I do want to go back and give them another shot. Try the tacos next since they're highly recommended. read more

I was just a bit disappointed that the arepas are fried but that's just because I personally don't enjoy too much fried food. The service was nice. They only had one person servicing the truck and we ordered a lot of food but it still came out in a timely manner. The truck has a little nice ambiance. They added a covered area with various tables so you can sit and enjoy your food there. read more

It was late night when my husband and I were on our way home and saw this food truck park on 28th street and NE 2nd ave. We have always passed by and what caught our attention was how crowded it always is. The day we stopped it was super late past 12am, and it was crowded I told my husband lets park and check it out. They have tables for you to eat there or you could place your order and take it to go. We decided to take it. We ordered the tostadas de carne asada, it comes with a delicious tender chopped steak and avocado with their special house sauce. We also got the French fries, that come with shrimp, cheese, and chopped chives. I also ordered their passion fruit flan and it was very very great as well. When we got home our food was still perfect to eat as we are about 2 minutes from their food truck. This is a family business as the guy that is standing outside the window taking orders was telling us how they got started. They are really nice and friendly, and he really takes his time explaining the menu, as we were not familiar with their menu, is a combination of Venezuelan food and Mexican food. Well I have to say we were so glad we tried their tostadas and loaded French fries, I really don't know which of the two to was more delicious. I have never tried something like the carne asada tostada, OMG so so DELICIOUS. I am so glad that they are located near us, and they are there everyday starting from 7pm, not sure about their schedule but I do know they are there everyday and open at 7pm, even though I have passed by at 7pm and they have not been there exactly at that time. I would definitely recommend this food truck to anyone that wants to try something new and different. And yes will definitely be coming back for more. read more

Hmmm. There's a lot to love here. Its a Mexican / Venezuelan cuisine mashup. I went on a Tuesday at near midnight. There were a couple of ppl in front of me. The wait was a long 15 min. Thankfully it was a nice night and I was in good company. I ordered the Al Pastor, flavors were on point. My date ordered the roasted steak. Al Pastor was in point, not your traditional street taco but it was tasty, the roasted steak was pretty plain Jane. Steak was a little chewy, but not bad, just not great. I would give this place three stars but My tacos were fire. Between the wait and eating on plastic furniture in a parking lot.... don't think I will return. read more

Traveling from Dallas and we wanted some great food since we arrived late on a weds night. This place was the hotspot! People pulling up in single file lines and walking up ready to eat. We ordered Arepas and empanadas. The steak and chicken Arepas were so damn good I swear! Fresh out the fryer it was so full of flavor and the pan itself was so good on its own. I was born in LA and grew up eating real Mexican food. I've been to Mexico and eaten on the street carts, so you can say that I kind of know about real Mexican tacos. I now live in Miami and been to about 5 tacos places here, with Coyo Taco and Rosa Mexicana being two of those places, and I honestly have to say that this is THE BEST taco place in the city. It's really really good, and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to most places. Do not waste your time going to big name restaurants or anywhere else, this is the closest to Mexican you'll find in the city hands down. read more

April 2 What a surprise! Just found Orale Pana for the first time tonight. They just opened their new location at 1012 Mason Rd. We started with 3 of their tacos: shrimp, al pastor and steak. The shrimp and al pastor were great. The steak was good but the other two were so much better. Next, we had 3 empanadas: ground beef, al pastor and fish. These were all fantastic! Will definitely be going back for these. We also had a burrito al pastor. It was huge and really good. Finally , they have grilled jalapeños that were so good. They have a nice covered area in front of their truck to enjoy your meal. Go check it out. You won't be disappointed. read more
