Joel made sure everything was the build ran as smooth as possible. We build our second pool during 2021 when it seems everyone was building a pool. Joel nor any of the trades teams compromised the quality of our pool by speeding through any of the steps to "just get it done" and then move on to the next job to make as much money as possible. After speaking with friends that are having nightmares experiences with the quality of their pools that put in by other companies, I so glad we chose Reliant Pools again. If we ever move and put into a third pool we will chose Reliant again.

He followed all the notes we shared with him and gave us a beautiful design for our project. It was everything we wished for. And the price was within our budget. Everyone knows that the city is growing and with it prices. But Elio was able to work within our budget and give us exactly what we wanted. A pool, a spa, and some great pavers for our backyard. We are ecstatic and the whole family pretty much lives in the pool now. It's the best place in the property and better than being locked in the house with ac. I rarely write reviews but unfortunately this warranted one as I had selected Blue Ocean due to…read moretheir high ratings. My time with Blue Ocean was so frustratingly disappointing. I worked with them for close to a year and had to ask them almost monthly to find a new person to clean our pool. The kids they hire just do not understand how cleaning pools work, and the owners, who were very nice, would agree that it is 'hard to find good work these days'. For example, the pool cleaners would constantly brush the pool before vacuuming then the dirt would settle back in. The pool floor was always left dirty. I even would go out and speak with them to no avail. I can see them on the cameras doing it this way which was always so frustrating. Additionally, more often than not, they would neglect to leave chlorine in the bowl. No less than 5 times did I find the chlorine tablet sitting on top of the basket, which caused algae to grow The only reason I did not fire them sooner was because one of the pool cleaners had chipped tiles in our hot tub and the company promised to fix it. It took many, many, many months for them to finally fix the tiles which is appreciated (and why they are rated two stars instead of one). Ultimately, I hate to leave a negative review but this was very warranted. Do not use them for your service, especially if you are very passionate about a clean pool.

Denali Pools was incredible to work with--excellence from start to finish!…read more Our project manager, Scott Sperrazza, was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. From day one, he set clear expectations and communicated consistently, following through every step of the way. As an engineer himself, Scott was especially great at working with my husband, speaking his "language" and truly understanding the importance of the details that mattered most to us. This was our second pool build, and the difference was night and day. This experience completely restored our faith! From concept, to design to completion, our dream backyard is now a reality!!

We began the process in Sept. Due to circumstances beyond their control (weather and supply issues), the pool wasn't complete until Feb. Kevin was in constant contact. After Kevin was injured, Fred took over. Again, communication was great. There were no issues at all. Everyone addressed any concerns and answered all questions we had. Everyone was completely professional. Our pool is absolutely beautiful! The cost of our pool was less than the price of our new car. Unbelievable! If you are contemplating on getting a pool, sit down with Aaron at Premier Pools. He can customize a pool to fit your budget. We do not regret our decision one bit. **My husband has spent more time outside in the last 2 months than he has in the last 2

Total bummer but PPAS gave us a wonderful warranty and all will be fixed and made right. PPAS filed the insurance claim which they said their insurance company denied for me and countless others and they were headed to litigation to resolve this. PPAS was great about monthly communication up until Nov 2025 and they have gone completely silent. Have no idea what's going on at this stage, pool looks terrible and is losing water. I just really would like an update as to what's going on at this stage and our pool repaired so we as a family can get back to enjoying it. Until PPAS starts honoring their warranties I'd highly HIGHLY suggest to stay away and seek out other pool builders

This past week Paradise Pool Plastering resurfaced our 30 year-old pool and we couldn't be more…read morehappy with what is a total transformation! The pool is beautiful. Our pool had been your basic white plaster surface but over time had become discolored and was delaminating in places and looked rough. Not only that, its condition made it difficult to maintain. Kyle, our primary point of contact for the project, was a real pleasure to work with. Whenever you start a project like this, you want to know that you can trust and have confidence in management and the skilled trades people who actually do the work. Fortunately, the Paradise Pool team is very experienced with one of the leads having almost 30 years experience. Instead of plaster, we decided to go with a tahoe blue quartz surface which is more durable. The first step was for the prep team to ready the surface by chiseling off the plaster down to the concrete as needed. Much to my surprise, they discovered that water had been getting behind the plaster in some areas which resulted in large areas of plaster coming off. This process took two days and the team was very careful to remove and haul out the debris leaving behind a clean deck area. The next step was for the finishing team to apply the new quartz surface. They too were very careful to protect our wooden deck on 3 sides and the cool deck surface on the other side by taping off the entire perimeter of the pool. The whole finishing process is pretty amazing. The Paradise team worked quickly and efficiently with each team member performing specific tasks. The new blue surface came out flawless and is really striking. If a new pool surface is in your future, I highly recommend Paradise Pool Plastering. Their team and finished product is excellent. Great investment and good value. I encourage you to check them out.
