Looking for a new Chinese go-to since moving to the area. This place was highly recommended on local social media. We were disappointed. My lo mein was spicy (I had ordered it mild), my husband had king pao chicken which was mostly carrots. My son had sesame chicken and while the flavor was excellent the chicken was tough and stringy. The egg rolls had a different flavor to them that I didn't care for and the cream cheese wontons were cold. Sadly we won't be back. Such a let down when you spend $85 for a mediocre meal. It was ok. We were hungry after soccer tournament so we ate the food we were given. Sesame chicken was probably the best dish . General chicken was ok. Pineapple chicken was not good . Noodles were really salty wish it had more garlic. Veggies in dishes were fresh. They charged us 2 dollars more to get veggie egg roll for every lunch combo ( which is weird because wouldn't it cost more for one with the meat , but it was cheaper if you get pork egg roll than veggie egg roll). Also it was five of us and they added tip 20% automatically so pay attention to your bill so you don't double tip. Bill for 5 for lunch was 87 . The service is marvelous (especially when waited on by Jeff). He is great. Very attentive and friendly. The food is amazing. Large portions but can take home for the next day - it heats up well. Have been going here for 35+ years and through different owners. Usually very good but have noticed that recent orders have much too much filler in some dishes. Mongolian Beef is literally half onions. Kung Pao Chicken is about 40% sliced carrots. Disappointing. read more

We love this restaurant. Me and my family love coming here to eat yummy Chinese food we like the sesame chicken it also has the perfect amount of spice! It's a perfect filing dinner or lunch . Even if you get lots of food it's super quick but if it takes long it is still worth the wait!!!!! We also like the potstickers they are so good . They have so much taste the soy sauce also makes the taste pop! We also love the sweet and sour shrimp the sauce is kind of spiced but it makes it better.And there also is absolutely no shrimp tails. I LOVE this family restaurant which I've been going to for years because the quality is always superb. The lunch specials are great and practically everything on the menu is very well prepared. As I age I prefer milder foods and Dragon Jade fixes anything the way you like it. The wait staff, many who've been here for years, are super friendly and accommodating. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in this area. Unfortunately it's tucked away in a corner between the other shops near a Lunds&Byerly's store. My wife worked with the owners at a famous Chinese restaurant downtown when she was going to grad school so we always stop to chat. Honestly, I almost don't want to spread this info! But this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in a LONG TIME. I will admit, I only order To Go and have never eaten indoors, but I know the employees are kind and will treat you with respect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: One of the things I always order is Cheese Wontons (Appetizers list) and Beef Chow Fun off of their House Specialties list. I always love these. Recently, I have started ordering the Beef Chow Fun sans MSG, and personally, that tastes even better to me. We would usually order other beef or chicken items (boyfriend's favorite is Sesame Chicken). Even if you order your Take Out when you arrive, it only takes about 15 minutes or less (if you order like us), so it is very fast! We have frequented this place since we moved into the area 4 years ago and the food was reasonably priced and the tasted good. Well that all changed the last couple of times we have been there. The price keeps creeping up and the quality keeps going down. I had the sweet and sour chicken, my wife had the sesame chicken, we both had egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Lets start with the egg rolls, they are smaller than before and flavorless, the cream cheese wontons were bland(very little cream cheese). The sweet and sour chicken was ok a little over cooked and chewy. The sesame chicken was just ok and had very little sesame seeds. The ticket price went up about 40% and the quality went down 60%. If I wanted frozen grocery store Chinese food I would go next door and buy a nasty frozen meal. We will not be back. read more

This is my honest review. I want to support local businesses (which is why I went there) but I need to warn the public on this one. Don't waste your money. Ordered General Tsao's Chicken, House Special Fried Rice and Eggrolls for pickup. The chicken was overcooked and inedible, I tried, I tried again, I threw it out. The fried rice was ok, but the shrimp were small, unseasoned and undercooked. They looked like they had been frozen a long time and then heated quickly in a pan, they were still white (freezerburn?). I have had much better eggrolls at quick wok-type restaurants like Big Bowl in Kowolski's. Sorry guys, I won't be back and I would recommend others don't either. read more

The bay scallops for the kung pao scallops threw me for a loop but it didn't make it taste any less delicious. Typically used to seeing the regular sized scallops instead of bay scallops in chinese restaurants.
