I have been to Master Noodle Edina several times. The latest visit was last night. Had dinner here with a few girlfriends before we went to see a movie at AMC Southdale. We ordered several appetizers to share and each got a noodle dish for our main entree. My favorite appetizer was a tie between the Master Pizza and Popcorn - they were delicious. The Taiwanese tomato beef noodle soup is my go-to and I like it with the knife-cut noodles l. The decor and seating inside the restaurant is pretty nice and spacious.

I love the fried rice here and the cream cheese wontons! The cheese wontons melt in your mouth. I normally go for the chicken or shrimp fried rice. The service is always quick. When my family visits from out of town, they always want to come here.

Fried Vegetable Spring Rolls (3pc)- good but basic. Nothing special

I really struggled whether to give this place a 2 or a 3 and it really boiled down to "would I recommend this place to someone" and the answer is no.... Despite a cool interior and friendly staff, the food just did not deliver... This place is located in a strip mall. I made a reservation but this place was very empty when we got there(6:15 on a Monday). The staff was very friendly, food came very quickly and the decor was super cute! The food is where is all fell apart... We started with drinks. I got a taro coconut milk with pearls. The pearls were the perfect texture! I ordered 100% sweetness and it got rung in as 75%. It ended up tasting even less than that. Basically watered down. I would not order that. The scallion pancake was delicious! We had never had that before, great texture and flavor! I got the garlic and chicken noodles. The noodles didn't seem special and the sauce was very basic. They really lost me at the chicken pieces though! It was almost slimy! My chicken ick couldn't handle that! My boyfriend did enjoy his dish but also stated it wasn't anything special. Overall I can't recommend this place because there are just sooooo many great Asian spots in the twin cities! This just didn't live up to the other reviews.

My goal this year it to mostly eat at immigrant businesses. First up was Master Noodle. A frigid Minnesota day called for some delicious noodle soup. This relaxed, cozy spot had just what we needed. Our meal started off with crispy veggie spring rolls which were delightful. Crispy, not greasy. I ordered a bowl of the Shanxi Shaved Noodle Soup. This is beef brisket, cilantro, pickled mustard & scallions. The noodles are the larger variety which I love! The broth was so flavorful and the combination here was divine. The staff were attentive and friendly. All in all, this was a wonderful meal and I'm so glad I leftovers for lunch the next day!

It's located in a strip mall where there are other shopping stores. So you can eat and shop. There is a parking lot where you can always find parking. Even during peak hours. The service here is attentive. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get served. They have a window variety of noodle options so I would recommend you visit their website online. The beef noodle is my favorite. It took me two meals to finish it.

Of all the Asian restaurants I've been to, this is among the most attractive. I loved the dark toned woods paired with the bright turquoise chairs + the lanterns from the ceiling. It really added a lot to the space. But let's not get distracted; the food, and specifically the hand pulled noodles, are the real star here. We tried the cheese wontons, which I always order if they are on the menu. They were served piping hot, and the sweet and sour sauce was on target. Both entrees (Garlic Chicken Fried Noodle and Beef Lo Mein) were fantastic. The Garlic Chicken Fried noodle was a bit spicy, but sweet. The Lo Mein could be ordered either regular or spicy. The server was pleasant, but didn't really check in on us at all. We waited a little longer than I would have expected for our food, but we weren't in a hurry. There is a parking lot. I look forward to a return visit.

This was a solid hand pulled noodles experience! I really enjoyed the biang biang noodles and my husband had general tsos either noodles, which was good. The scallion pancakes stood out to us as the most delicious part of what we ordered. This restaurant us definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. The service was friendly, parking was easy and the vibes were good.

This place is excellent! How good can you make Vegetable Fried Rice? Apparently they make it taste outstanding. I had some shrimp thing that was excellent too! I'm putting this in the book to come back. Great food, quick, included napkins and a fork? What more do I need? The problem is next time I'll end up getting Four entrees and battling my gluttony issues. Such great food though............

We went here with a group of 8 and had a nice time - our water glasses were always full, and we didn't feel rushed. I tried the garlic chicken fried noodles and the kung pao tofu with noodles. The noodles are the star here, they're perfectly chewy and beautifully long. Despite the dishes being advertised as spicy, they were very mild and I ended up adding a lot of chili oil to make it as spicy as I wanted. The texture of the tofu was fantastic though, and I would definitely order again.

I had their BiangBiang noodle with beef ribs. It was delicious.

I stopped in on a business trip. I was recommended their noodles. Do I tried the BiangBiang Noodle with Beef Ribs. It was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Amazing noodle dish. Egg was perfect with an amazing broth! 5 star!

My brother and I just finished a movie at AMC at Southdale and we decided to take a small walk to Master Noodle. We ordered a beer and their bowl of soup that my brother recommended. Very clean place and our server was great. The beer went perfectly with the soup, it had a hard boiled egg and some meat and the broth was amazing, I could tell it was made of stock. So good! Great ramen soup and reasonably priced, I will go back!

Out of town review Came in on a Tuesday. They weren't busy, we were the only ones eating for a bit. Love the decor inside the restaurant. Ordered the pan fried dumplings, won ton in chili oil, HK pork chop and rice, and master noodle. The dumplings only have the beef option. Dumplings were ok, glad we got fried over steam other wise I think it would taste more like a wonton. Was expecting the dough to be thicker but still taste great. Won ton in chili oil was not spicy at all. I have no spice tolerance and I couldnt taste any heat but still good flavor. The HK pork chop I would consider more a Taiwanese style. Good fry on it and pork was flavorful and tender. My husband had the master noodle. Good nice big portion size and some heat. Decent Chinese food, not sure why they arnt more busy. Overall 4/5 stars

Spicy dumplings bursting with flavor and perfectly tender inside.

Spicy dumplings and garlic chicken with noodles are full of flavor. Friendly service and a great casual spot for a satisfying meal.

Takeout order of Chongqing Spicy Chicken, Biang Biang Noodle, and Veggie Spring Roll.

I just got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen this time and I can say it's the best ramen I've hard in the Twin Cities so far. Delicious, deep, flavorful broth. Great noodles and pork. They have no sea-food option either, and they only have one chicken ramen. Chicken wasn't properly grilled and it felt like I am eating raw chicken. The ramen noodles were also interesting in that they don't look like any of ramen noodles I had before. Broth is just pure MSG so I didn't even bother finishing the broth. Udon strips-fried was surprisingly very good. It was a bit oily but chicken in there was tasty. Good amount of bean sprouts and cabbages. They seem to have multiple options for udon stir-fried, so if you want a traditional ramen or even udon with broth, this is not the place for you.

Very strong curry with a slight kick but nothing spicy. I'm not the biggest fan of udon noodles because of the texture but it fit well with the broth. You get a huge portion size as well.
