If you like sweet and sour chicken, this dish is for you. Chicken mushroom noodle soup was a little bland. But I was sick, and this was filling, warm and heartfelt. They also gave generous amount of black mushroom, which I really like. I would not get this soup if I am not recovering from cold or not sick. Chili oil was also tasty and you can tell it's made in house. But, if you are a vegetarian or don't eat a lot of meat, your options are very limited. Stopped in here with the wife for some fuel after a blood donation. We loved it alot! You had the choice of either ordering directly from the table via QR code or waiting for a server to come to your table. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered the scallion pancakes, Sichuan wonton in chili oil and the Mongolian Beef entree. Everything was delicious! The scallion pancakes were a little bit thinner than I'm used to but the flavor was great especially with the provided sauce. The noodles were excellent just the right consistency that you get out of hand-pulled noodles. The restaurant was overall very quiet and laid back. With pretty artwork and a nice vibe. The window where you can see them making the noodles was a really nice touch. Parking was a little tricky (make sure to park in back) but if you can snag a spot you don't have to worry about street parking. I have been to Master Noodle several times and love the food. I always get the scallion pancakes, they are so yummy. I tried the king pao noodles this trip and was really satisfied. Filled with veggies, chicken and peanuts, plus a large serving of noodles. The flavor is great, I wish it would have been a bit spicier. I'll remember for next time! I also really enjoy the Thai tea. The space is typically loud, but that doesn't bother me. The only complaint I have is our booth looked like it was duck taped together. Service was quick and easy. read more

I had heard excellent things about their hand-pulled noods so I was keen to try them. I went for a Sichuan wonton in chilli oil and then the Sichuan dan dan noodles. What can I say? I love spicy food. The server was excellent, polite, and straightforward. I asked about the plum juice, and he told me it was overly sweet. He even brought it out for me to see that it has 51g of sugar! Anyway!!! Wontons in chili oil are good, salty, and slightly spicy. The dan dan noodles were so so good. I didn't want to put my chopsticks or bowl down until I had vacuumed everything into my stomach. Fast service, it wasn't very busy around 5pm on a Wednesday. We had a girls night out and our friend chose this place for the month. The food was super tasty and as you can tell in the photos we were hungry that most of the food is gone...lol The scallion pancakes are my favorite and I could have the eaten the whole plate of them. We also tried two new apps to us; the Szechuan wontons and the pork mini buns. They were both good, the wontons had alittle heat but nothing we couldn't handle. For my entree I got the garlic chicken fried noodles with little heat since I wasn't sure how spicy they would be, they were yummy and was a huge portion. I also got a brown sugar milk tea to drink but forgot to take a photo. The service was great, our waiter didn't mind that we sat and chatted after we finished eating. I could use more carrots and veggies, but other than that, it was delicious! The popcorn chicken was my favorite; it was crispy and flavorful. I tasted some allspice, maybe some crushed anise. It was a flavor bomb in my mouth. Service is B+. You order on the app, and they bring you the food. I am thoroughly impressed, even before ever laying eyes on the menu. Noodles both cold and hot, soup, dumplings, scallion pancakes, wontons, fried rice, desert and even milk tea. You'd be hard pressed not to find something that satisfies your liking on this menu. It seems endless. But hand pulled noodles are a must. Hand pulled noodles are a rarity stateside. Master noodle happens to be Minnesota's first. Sure It is time consuming, but so worth the effort. These Hand pulled noodles may be imperfect in shape but oh so perfect in texture and taste. You honestly can't go wrong with the garlic chicken noodles. It's sweet with just a little kick, but the chew of the noodle is everything. Typically, the Shaanxi Province specializes in hand-pulled noodles and crispy beef and pork sandwiches. Today, I got the Biang Biang Noodles which is a signature hand-pulled noodles with flash fried chili oil and bok choy. Fun fact: Biang Biang Noodles are actually one big noodle that supposedly makes a "biang biang" sound when you're making them. These noodles were delicious and chewy and the vegetables were a great pair combined with the hot chili oil. I walked into Master Noodle at around 6:45pm on a Friday evening and there was a small line coming out of the door. The line was a mix between dine in and carry out. The restaurant staff were busy multitasking and not attentive to the line at all. I was seated in 15 minutes. Once seated, you were given a menu but you have to order through your phone. I got the beef burrito for an appetizer, shared the lanzhou, and shanxi shaved noodle soup. Our order came out relatively fast but not all at once. The lanzhou soup was clean and bone brothy and the shanxi had wonderful rich flavor with herbs and pickled mustard greens. I would order both again but prefer the extra flavor of the shanxi. The noodles were THICK. I personally don't mind but I think true hand pull lovers may have a comment. Don't forget to use the chili oil! I loaded up on the beef wrap and in the shanxi soup.
