Food was filling and portion sized pretty large. The noodles were definitely hand pulled and soaked up a lot of flavor. Service was decently quick and ambiance was nice overall. Definitely similar to Lanzhou noodle shops in LA. :) I do wish there were more green beans in the green bean stir fry. The seats did have some crumbs but otherwise the place was pretty clean. I definitely see how this is a nice lunch spot for families and students on a break.

Stopped in here with the wife for some fuel after a blood donation. We loved it alot! You had the choice of either ordering directly from the table via QR code or waiting for a server to come to your table. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered the scallion pancakes, Sichuan wonton in chili oil and the Mongolian Beef entree. Everything was delicious! The scallion pancakes were a little bit thinner than I'm used to but the flavor was great especially with the provided sauce. The noodles were excellent just the right consistency that you get out of hand-pulled noodles. The restaurant was overall very quiet and laid back. With pretty artwork and a nice vibe. The window where you can see them making the noodles was a really nice touch. Parking was a little tricky (make sure to park in back) but if you can snag a spot you don't have to worry about street parking. We'll definitely be back one of these days for more noodles!

Very cute and cozy spot in Saint Paul! Hand pulled noodles? Who can complain about that! We ordered the sichuan wonton in chili oil as an appetizer, and LOVED it! For main entree, I had the Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles, and my partner had the curry noodles. I'd go back again to try more of their menu, there was lots of options! It's also a fun addition to be able to watch the noodles get created. A little insider scoop to the process!

I have been to Master Noodle several times and love the food. I always get the scallion pancakes, they are so yummy. I tried the king pao noodles this trip and was really satisfied. Filled with veggies, chicken and peanuts, plus a large serving of noodles. The flavor is great, I wish it would have been a bit spicier. I'll remember for next time! I also really enjoy the Thai tea. The space is typically loud, but that doesn't bother me. The only complaint I have is our booth looked like it was duck taped together. Service was quick and easy.

I ordered online for a pickup order. Things went seamlessly: by the time I arrived, my order was awaiting my arrival. There was a small parking area behind in the back, which I appreciated. There was a small dining area if you wanted to dine in which looked similar to most Asian restaurants. We ordered: - Cheese Wontons (4/5) - Scallion Pancakes (4/5) - Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (5/5) - Moo Shu Fried Noodles (4/5) - Taiwanese Tomato Beef Brisket Noodle Soup (5/5) - Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles (5/5) The ratio of veg to noodle was off on the Moo Shu Noodle dish, and it lacked seasoning or any type of sauce. It just needed something more...it was just a pile of chewy noodles. Albeit, the noodles themselves were awesome, but I found the dish lacking. The pork dumplings were among my favorites. The beef noodle soup was amazingly good. I've been meaning to try this place for a long while; I'm glad we finally tried it. I look forward to a return visit.

You know a place is incredible when you can't wait to write your help review :) I was visiting a bookstore on the same strip as Master Noodle. I had heard excellent things about their hand-pulled noods so I was keen to try them. I went for a Sichuan wonton in chilli oil and then the Sichuan dan dan noodles. What can I say? I love spicy food. The server was excellent, polite, and straightforward. I asked about the plum juice, and he told me it was overly sweet. He even brought it out for me to see that it has 51g of sugar! Anyway!!! Wontons in chili oil are good, salty, and slightly spicy. The dan dan noodles were so so good. I didn't want to put my chopsticks or bowl down until I had vacuumed everything into my stomach. Fast service, it wasn't very busy around 5pm on a Wednesday. It was clean, and it has a private parking lot in the back. I look forward to trying more items on the menu.

We had a girls night out and our friend chose this place for the month. The food was super tasty and as you can tell in the photos we were hungry that most of the food is gone...lol The scallion pancakes are my favorite and I could have the eaten the whole plate of them. We also tried two new apps to us; the Szechuan wontons and the pork mini buns. They were both good, the wontons had alittle heat but nothing we couldn't handle. For my entree I got the garlic chicken fried noodles with little heat since I wasn't sure how spicy they would be, they were yummy and was a huge portion. I also got a brown sugar milk tea to drink but forgot to take a photo. The service was great, our waiter didn't mind that we sat and chatted after we finished eating. They were able to answer any questions we had and the food came out pretty fast. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes, everything looked and smelled delicious.

This place was really good!! I loved the noodles and the bubble tea was great. Our waiter was polite and great as his job. The ambiance was warm and comfortable. We had a great date night here. Will definitely be back sometime!

After living nearby for years (and since moving), I finally made it to Master Noodle, and I can't believe it took me this long! After hearing rave reviews from friends, my husband and I decided to use this chilly Sunday as the perfect opportunity to give it a try and we were not disappointed. We'll definitely be back, probably again and again. If you're a mushroom lover, the mushroom and chicken soup is an absolute must - rich, savory, and packed with flavor. My husband was initially unsure about the braised beef ribs on the bone, as the fat might be a turn-off for some. But once he dug in, he was hooked! The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the sweet-savory broth, which had just the right kick of spice. It would have been nice to have some of the meat pre-chopped in the soup, but it didn't stop him from finishing every last bite! We also couldn't get enough of the dumplings. The dough was perfectly soft, and the filling was a heavenly combination of well-seasoned, tender meat. Yum! We were so impressed, we were already recommending it to friends before we even left.

The food was cold. We needed to ask for more tea, continuously. The dumplings were hot and good! Parking around back was easy and accessible.

Fantastic food and flavor. Want to eat my way through the menu... Hot.. flavorful and just damn good

Moo Garlic Beef Fried Noodles

My husband and I ordered Master Noodle for delivery & it was amazing; we've been to the actual restaurant before & can confirm that delivery is just as tasty! I got the Moo Shu Fried Noodles, which had the perfect hand-pulled noodle, super chewy & delicious. The veggies that were included were also tasty, with lots of egg. My husband got Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles & confirmed his was delicious as well. Everything that includes the hand-pulled noodles can't be beat! We also shared a Taro Milk Tea, which was so good. It comes in a large size with lots of chewy boba. All in all, this place is a must-have, & I can't wait to eat in the restaurant again!

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, it was not super busy and we were seated very quickly! The food was fresh and very quick! I will definitely be coming back to try more on their menu! This is a super family friendly spot! You could also dine in on your own for lunch/dinner!

Any vegan options?

The only tiny nitpick I have is I wish they had bigger spoons available for those of us who like to mix sauces and soup in the spoon instead of muddying up the bowl. Also Vietnamese coffee is prepared old fashioned, not in a boba cup where you can't tell if it was made just now or weeks ago. Great service. We were able to find free street parking nearby, because of parking lot renovations. As soon as we sat down, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed, including chili oil and sriracha for us. She checked in on us throughout our meal without being overbearing and made us feel very welcome. Since it was our first visit, we appreciated that we never felt rushed to order and had plenty of time to look over the menu. The pho was really solid. I loved the clear, deep flavorful broth, and the Vietnamese coffee was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Unfortunately, they were out of bánh mì during our visit, but honestly that just gives me another reason to come back. Between the good food and excellent service, I can definitely see why locals love this place. I'd recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a great food and a welcoming dining experience.

So, no guests felt like they missed out on food, but it wasn't too much to fit in our fridge at the end. Perfect! As a side note, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Cambodian food is different than Thai or Vietnamese. I kind of thought they were all sort of the same (somewhat embarrassing...), but there are definitely different flavors going on here. Regular was a good size for my friend and I, especially when combined with our apps. The roasted chicken was tender and had really good flavor and color. It wasn't busy when we arrived, but the restaurant did fill in so it wouldn't be a bad idea to make a reservation if there's an event going on at the grand casino arena (formerly xcel energy center) because I could definitely see it getting busy! Their menu is clearly labeled with what's vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free. The staff were also knowledgeable and able to answer questions about the menu items! The decor is very cute, and there are definitely good photo ops in the restaurant when it's not too busy! As for the food: The mango sticky rice is good and a shareable portion! I have no complaints there! I ordered pad see ew as well with medium spice, which is my go-to spice level when trying a new restaurant. I really didn't notice any spice, so I would order it spicier in the future! Tofu was my protein of choice, and their tofu was very crispy which I enjoyed! There were fewer vegetables than in the pad see ew at other places (no carrots or Chinese broccoli, just regular broccoli), and it is a smaller serving size compared to some of my favorite dishes places! With that being said, I did enjoy it overall and would come back next time I'm in the area! I would try ordering with a higher level of spice and maybe try a different entree next time!

In terms of food, there is a mixture of Burmese, Thai, and Karen dishes, and each one that my friends and I have ordered has been a hit. The tea leaf salad has amazing texture because of peanuts and fried garlic, which provide crunchiness, and has amazing flavor because of lemon juice, fish sauce, and tomatoes. The noodle salad has a light taste without adding the given lime piece, and then the rich nutty taste gets evoked and elevated upon adding lime juice. The zaap crispy has very well-seasoned fried chicken pieces, and medium spice level gives it a good amount of flavor. The shan khao soi is so creamy and tasty that even tasting the curry broth itself is a sensational experience, and the chicken leg included literally has "fall off the bone" meat. The boat noodle has a mixture of sweetness and savor, while the sweet flavor does not overpower anything at all. Finally, the mohinga clearly has fish cake flavor and texture fully infused, making it authentically delicious. We also ordered the knyaw iced salad, which was a mixture of ice along with crackers and other types of sweet ingredients. I thought it was very similar to a type of Vietnamese dessert called chè ba màu (three color pudding), and fully enjoyed it. The establishment only had one dessert, and I thought that was sufficient. While the street contains many excellent restaurants, I personally believe that this establishment stands out in terms of taste. I must also mention that since my friends and I arrived when barely anyone else was there each time we had gone there, we never experienced any service delays that some have mentioned in their reviews. I probably will give this place a 5 rating anyway even if I experience slowness, although I hope I don't.
