Karina has exceptional customer service ! I feel comfortable expressing my like and dislikes on what frames I am interested in. I appreciate her work in helping customers like me see the world clearly (: ! read more

Great service ! Very affordable! Love the customer service ! :) I've been coming here for over 5 years and just started recently using contacts lenses ! They have affordable prices as I said especially for my contacts. read more

Terrible customer service and it will take over 6 months for contacts. Save your money and time.

I've been coming to Dr. Misheloff for over a decade now so I'm leaving a well-deserved review that's very past due. They have always been super accommodating and helpful over the years when I have ordered glasses and contact lenses. However today I came in to place an order for new contact lenses and I have to applaud Karina who was working there because she really took her time to explain my benefits, call my insurance all while being super friendly and efficient. Thank you so much Karina! If you're contemplating about going here, I recommend you give this practice a chance because you won't be disappointed! read more

I've been coming to Dr. Misheloff for the last 13 years. He has always been extremely quick, helpful and the prices are right. Not to mention, the staff there is always incredibly kind, friendly and helpful as well. Will be coming here for at least another 13 years! Haha read more

All in all Karina was able too make it right I had service done and I felt dissatisfied, but after a few calls n saying I was disappointed with my eye wear Karina was able to change my lens if I brought in other frames that I used to wear at no cost to me this is why I changed my one star to four. read more

My glasses broke several weeks ago. I accidentally sat on them waking up and the frame legs both snapped off, leaving the frame and lenses in tact. Anyways I thought I would have to pay a considerable amount of money to fix them. Like all new frames. But the girl working looked at them and somehow was able to Frankenstein two other pieces onto the lenses to make functional glasses. It's not the best but I will need to be careful until I can afford brand new ones. Excellent Service. No charge at all read more

I really appreciate how professional, and nice the staff is at this place. Karina, and Fabiola are such dolls they really made my office visit experience a pleasant one! They explained things thoroughly..They are not only beautiful on the outside but also on the inside I would recommend to anyone that appreciates good customer service, and professionalism. read more

Everyone in this office is very helpful and friendly. They accommodate their clients nicely. Even as a walk in they greeted me like if they known me for years. Everything is top notch about this optometry office Compared to other places I've been. Came in for my appointment and everything settled nicely. Dr. Misheloff such a great eye doctor and an even better person. I'm really glad I finally decided to get a contact lenses And that I went to this office since I don't have vision insurance. Will definitely come back when I need to need prescriptions. Thank you to the staff and for the young nice lady fabiola for being so nice and helpful. And also thank you to the other two. Highly recommend this place. read more

I've been coming here for over 3 years or more. But let me start off by how high there prices have gone. I would pay about $150 for eye contacts now they are charging me $190 woahhh! are you kidding me? Costco has better prices..... Anyways i am posting this review because my co-worker recently order and picked up her pair of brand new contacts and she was charged her normal amount... when i called i got attitude over the phone & the lady told me the prices have now changed and i would be paying $190 and not what i use to pay..... i have been referring people to this place because of the cheap prices but not anymore. For the amount of money they charge there is way cheaper places then this. Very disappointing :( read more

Best Optometrist Ever! He is the best with the most afforable prices! Not only he is great but his employees are so generious i love them. The two ladies (forgot their names sorry) they are so nice and so helpful. I always come back here because of their outstanding customer service. They do have ray bans, coach, and other brands too. Highly recommend this place read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been here before and received good service, but I came back this year and they tried to charge me for one pair of contacts lenses, which would only last a month. I only ended up getting an eye exam and will have to go somewhere else to do my contacts eye exam. This was a total waste of time and the prices don't make sense from what I have bought last year and the year before. read more

Let me start by saying that one star is too much for this place. Do you want your prescription to be done wrong? Come to Dr. Misheloff office. Do you want sloppy office staff to take wrong measurements? Come to this office! Oh and do you want the Dr and the office to ignore you and not take responsibility for their error? Yes, come here and get frustrated. Oh, it won't matter if you are frustrated and upset. They will rudely ignore you. Friendly advice to everyone, go somewhere else. This place is highly unprofessional. read more

I have been going to Dr Misheloff for years and he has been great. He is kind, informative, and gives a very thorough and quick eye exams. They are super affordable and work with you with or without insurance, and I've also gotten some of my favorite frames from this place. The staff has also been great over the years, so friendly and organized. They call you to remind you every year and i highly recommend this business to everyone. Lets support awesome independent businesses, its seriously a great place to take care of all your eye care needs. read more

My family has been going to Dr Misheloff Optometry for over 15 years, and their office is the absolute best. They always have great specials and work well with our vision insurance. The women that work in the office are very friendly and accommodating when I need to make an appointment or just order my contacts and their prices are always the lowest around. They have a good selection of eyeglass frames and also work well with children. read more

Have been a patient of Dr. Misheloff for many, many years and strongly recommend them.

The girls that work their are so friendly and will work with your budget I highly recommend this place

I have been bringing my 3 kids here for years and this place gets better and better every time we visit. However this last visit was the best one yet, his staff is so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The front desk woman with the glasses was so sweet letting us know what we had to fill out, and the other young woman with the dark hair and long lashes...just wow, let me just say no one has ever treated my kids with that much patience, my youngest son HATES to wear glasses, he didn't even want to pick any out, this happens every time we come, he is the hardest one to convince...she took matters in to her own hands and began asking him his favorite color, brought him multiple frames to try on, made sure they fit comfortably, assured him there was nothing cooler than being able to see...and when he could not choose between the final two...she placed them down mixed them up, then said they would close their eyes and they played eenie meenie minie moe together....needless to say I almost had to drag him out of there because he was having so much fun. Dr. Misheloff your staff and your practice are the best by far in all of San Fernando. read more

Came in here to get an eye exam for the very first time & I must say Dr.Misheloff is a very good doctor! He has a very friendly and helpful staff. I decided to go ahead and get my glasses with them. I've recommended him to all my friends and family. read more

The service is lacking here. I remember calling more than twice on different days to ask for the status of my new lenses in my own frames and was told they weren't ready. Upon, coming in person, they were pulled out of the drawer and ready to go. I don't know if I was lied to or whomever answered the phone didn't know and said no automatically, but I didn't like the hassle. The eye exam is very cookie cutter and straight forward. The glasses selection is not something to come for, maybe if you don't have insurance, it's good to take advantage of their package deal. read more

I have been coming here for years the girls are very helpful and sweet! The eye exam is very fast and easy. And the girls try to give you an appointment as soon as they can! My eye contacts are always ready when they say they are! Would definitely recommend this place! read more

$79 for an eye exam, a pair of glasses, and 6 pairs of Acuvue contacts. Really? Wow. Yes. Dr. Misheloff is right out of a Norman Rockwell drawing, with the temperament to match. Very calm, quiet, and old-fashioned doctor-y. I went during my lunch hour to get an exam, the entire visit took less than 20 minutes. The free glasses are from a special "free glasses" section of the wall, they're not all awful, though they are the exact frames you will get (yes, the ones that everyone has tried on for god-knows how long, not the stock in the back that doesn't have fried chicken grease and lipgloss smothered on em.) Everything was ready in about a week. Cheap, quick, and good enough. Thanks, Dr. Misheloff! read more

I was so happy to find Dr. Misheloff since I didn't have vision insurance. I felt like I was getting a special hook-up: eye exam, frames, lenses, temporary contacts and lenses in my old frames for somewhere around 125 bucks. Not a chance you could find a better deal. read more

Such a great place. It is a hole in the wall in a bad 'hood (the front door sign warns of "Armed Response" ... yikes!) but - the price can't be beat ($79 for the glasses and contacts exam, plus a pair or glasses and a pair of contacts) and Dr. M is very kindly and super thorough. Excellent job, great service, and awesome price. What more could anyone want? read more

I was in a bind and running out of contacts, Dr. Misheloff made it easy for me. I faxed my RX from my previous doctor and in about a week I got my contacts! Easiest time ever! Will come back here for all my eye needs. read more

Doesn't have a great selection of glasses, uses antiquated equipment, and his staff (mainly the females) don't provide great support. I purchased contacts and they supplied me yellow sample boxes. Had to go back about five times to get a decent prescription, and they counted the trials against my supply. Nice Doctor, but don't think I'll be going back. read more

Dr Misheloff, is a good Dr but, he sells really cheap glasses that keeps breaking. The quality of glasses are not good. I wonder if he buys them from 99C store and sells them at profit? My glasses broke again that was fixed the last time because of cheap material. read more

I typically buy my eyeglasses online. I needed my prescription renewed and thought I would treat myself to a "nicer"pair of glasses so I choose a pair at this office. They have a very small selection and charge a very high price ( I found out later that the exact frames that they charged me $250 for are available online for $66) The doctor did a very good job, he used state of the art equipment and my prescription is great. I thought he was kind and so was his staff. However, as nice as they may be, his staff is highly untrained. When i went to retrieve my glasses, they fell off my face immediately. (Not to worry, frames often need to be readjusted to a client's face.) Yet the young lady who was "helping" me seemed annoyed they didnt fit right away and had to be coaxed to adjust them. After two tries, they didn't slid off but had a horrible tilt forward. She made up a story about how high index lenses make you feel like you're "falling forward" and that the problem was the lens. She even offered to switch out the lens to a lower index if "I didn't get used to it" Of course, I went home and immediately adjusted my glasses properly to fit my face using a hair dryer. No tilt. I've been wearing glasses for almost 30 years. (High index lenses do not make you feel like you're going to fall over, its just a bad fit) If you're going to charge exorborant retail prices, you should at least provide the retail experience to go with it. If I have to adjust them at home, on my own with a hair dryer, then I should be paying online prices. read more

This doctor was recommended to me by a friend. This is my new doctor now. I'm very happy with the service and staff. I highly recommend him!

I just moved here from NorCal and was in desperate need of contacts I haven't had a exam in over a year and honestly didn't want to spend a lot of money. A co-worker mentioned this place. I got my eye exam 3 pairs of contacts and glasses for 79 dollars. Everyone was super friendly and the exam went quickly! I recommend this to anyone! read more

Five starts because Dr.Misheloff is an amazing optometrist. I've been coming here since middle school. Very affordable prices !

This doctor is very good and his prices are great. He has a great staff, very nice and experienced. I have recommended him to all my family and friends. read more

Dr Misheloff and his staff are so quick and friendly. The price is ridiculously cheap too. Cheaper than getting vision insurance at work which is 7$ a month. It took my eyes a bit to adjust to the glasses but once they did it was great. I had no idea how blind I was. The only thing I can say is when he's doing the exam he goes kind of fast but is happy to show you the different lenses if you need to see them again. 110$ for glasses and three pairs of contacts was definitely a steal. read more

Dr.Misheloff is an amazing doctor! I'm very pleased with my glasses. Great quality. He also has a very friendly and helpful staff.

All my coworkers go to the optometrist here so I decided to give Dr. Misheloff a try and his price for a consultation including bifocals is very good! I was able to make an appointment 2 days prior and went in yesterday, I chose to get Ray-Bans and just paid the difference which was not bad and my glasses will be ready by next week! His techniques are very old school but he is very good and friendly! read more

The best place ever for eye exams/contacts/glasses. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Misheloff for over a decade. They all know us well now. The designer selection is pretty great and everyone who works there is super nice. They are very patient with my sister and I who have a hard time choosing frames. We literally try on the entire store but they are totally cool with that. read more

I have been going to Dr. Misheloff for years! I was recommended by him by a co-worker, after spending about $280 at Lenscrafters for eye exam and lenses, they were giving headaches and my vision was off. I went to Dr. Misheloff, he corrected my prescription, the lenses I had were too strong, I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and clear lenses for about $220.00, yes two pairs of prescription lenses for the price of one pair of wrong glasses. read more

I have been purchasing my contacts and glasses from Dr. Misheloff for many years, and have found the prices very reasonable, the service great and delivery times spot on.
