Thank you Dr for getting my glasses and kids contacts all squared away. I know it's been rough since the fire so I appreciate you being able to get them to me. read more

I had to drop him. His office had a fire and there were no responses to my phone calls. I had nose Pads that needed to be picked up. Something else broke in my new eyeglasses. No phone response, though they had phone messages promising a call. My eye insurance finally approved my request to get reimbursed and get new glasses. If you aren't going to return calls, why put the phone messages promising a return call?? read more

Dr. Misheloff is incredible. It is not easy at these times to find a doctor who is really treating you like you're part of his family. Unlike some other offices Dr. Misheloff is not seeing you just as a potential for money making. His goal is to make you, the patient happy. And he is working hard in order to achieve it . Don't be fooled by judging the office if it looks fancy. Dr.Misheloff office is not big, but the Doctor himself is a very experienced and old school professional. His staff is wonderful. Karina, special thanks to you for being always helpful and easy to communicate with. You are the Best. Jessica, thanks for your help. Dr. Misheloff, from now on you are my number one Dr. Optometrist read more

I came here because I was seeing some floaters and got really scared something was wrong with my eye. Karina and Dr. Misheloff were very patient with me and made me feel so much better. Dr. Misheloff even gave me some advice about mental health since he could see I was clearly distressed. He took the time to explain everything very clearly to me and also referred me to an Opthamologist since he could see I was very worried. Dr. Misheloff really cares about his patients. I was met with more compassion with him than with my optometrist of over 15 years. This office is small but mighty. You don't need to dilate your eyes because Dr. Misheloff has a device that can look for retinal tearing without it. (I hateeee getting my eyes dilated) Dr. Misheloff also has a device that emits less puff than the one I was used too. Very impressed with the technology at this small office. Thank you so much for treating me with so much compassion while I was clearly very distraught!!!!! read more

just On here wondering if anyone has got an email or call back. I've been trying to reach the office and have been told through email I would get a call back and haven't recieved anything. just trying to get an update for my kids glasses or pick them up It's been about a month. read more

Everything went well. Jessica in the front was helpful, kind and helped my mom find the right pair of glasses and even gave me a hard time when I was being smart and Dr Misheloff was no-nonsense, straight to business but still very kind and caring. My mom felt taken care of so I'm very pleased. Would recommend! read more

Rude costumer service So unprofessional I've never been to an optometrist like this one. Even Walmart has better staff The way the girl up front talks back to the doctir infront of customers is crazy. Never coming back read more

Dr. Misheloff is extremely thorough. He does a comprehensive eye exam and provides a very detailed report on the results. He has all of the latest technology and explains what each tool does. Overall, the experience was better than expected for an annual eye exam and will be coming back next year. Thank you Doctor! read more

I highly recommend this eye doctor! Very nice staff and Dr. Misheloff is very nice as well. I had some specific questions about my eye health and he was very informative. The staff also tries to meet your budget if needed, which is very helpful considering people can't always afford glasses, unless you have insurance. But I definitely recommend! Very great small business. read more

My experience with this office for the last several of months have been a nightmare. I ordered contacts a few months ago and it took months took ship , I would call the office and ask if they were shipped out and they would continue to say yes but I'm still waiting on part of my order . I paid $250 for something I received partially, to top it off they sent me the wrong prescription. read more

Incredibly professional, affordable, and friendly. My glasses broke a week and a half before I left on a vacation and I was desperately needing a new pair. After contacting several offices to see if they'd be able to assist and being told it was $90+ with fees for bringing in my own frames, I called Dr. Misheloff's office. They immediately stated they could assist, and I brought in my frames and prescription. The staff were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful, and I feel confident stating I will likely be switching optometrists after this. read more

I visited this optometry on the afternoon of July 13, 2021. Here's my experience. I got a referral to this place cause I needed a prescription eye exam and was in the vicinity. They take walk ins. So when I arrived I was told by the front desk nurse/receptionist that they could see me or I could make an appointment for the next day. I was also told there were two people waiting ahead of me. I asked about how long the wait might be. She told me approximately half hour and that the exam doesn't take long. So I figured I could wait 30 minutes and was given paperwork to complete. Well those two people ahead of me were seen. More than an hour later I was still waiting and they were ushering people who arrived after me into see the optometrist ahead of me. When I began to protest I was told, "Well they have an appointment." I told this receptionist, "You didn't say that!! Who else has an appointment?!?!?!?" I've been here an hour now with the expectation that the wait was estimated at 30 minutes which is what I was told. You should have said so I would have taken an appointment and come back then. Another of their office missteps is this. Remember the paperwork I was given to fill out... well for certain documents they wanted my signature and parts of the form were incomplete. She wanted me to complete a privacy release statement that contained boxes to be filled in later of the 3rd parties whom this office could release my information to. Really??!?! They want me to sign this privacy release first and you'll fill it in later? She also asked me to sign a form that certified I was given a copy of my prescription, glasses, and contacts. Well, how can I sign that when I haven't even been examined yet? What a waste of my precious time and what a bad first impression of this office. I left and another lady on staff sarcastically bid me to "Have a wonderful day!" Such unprofessionalism. Mark Twain was right when he said common sense is not common. Yelp forces me to give at least a one star rating but if it were up to me this place deserves a zero point zero ( 0.0) . And to think they get paid to mislead peoples. My time is precious I don't get paid to sit in your office watching the staff make bad decisions. I booked an appointment for another optometrist nearby in Reseda. This experience is a good example of bad business and bad customer methods. read more

Dr. Misheloff is so nice and he has the most up to date equipment for checking your eyes. The process is fast and easy. He even has the machine which checks your eyes without having to dilate your pupils. He is the best! I have to mention Karina! She runs the whole business. She is so personable, smart, and sweet. She takes care of you really well. She is a major part of why i always come back there. I highly recommend them ! Their prices are great too for contacts and glasses! read more

I've been waiting for 2 months for a pair of glasses and they still haven't arrived. They say it's because of my insurance but I've never had this problem anywhere else and I payed money on top of that. I asked for them to email my prescription and they still haven't. Unprofessional and girl who answers phone always says she will call back and never does, nobody returns my calls and the updates I receive is they should be in before Friday and before Tuesday and when I constantly check there's nothing. It's past its due date and the girl working is no help! She let me know my glasses have arrived and when I called before coming she said there's nothing. Business is unprofessional and old not welcoming to new customers. I use to come here as a kid and now this business is going downhill read more

My experience with Dr. Misheloff's office in the past three years has been exceptional. They will do everything to help you when you need lenses, even on an emergency basis and are super warm and friendly. They are the best customer service ever and very reasonably priced. For contact lenses, they offer an additional box so you get 2 boxes for the price of 1. I think in the Valley they are one of the best. read more

In all this only took 5 minutes and she made me a very happy customer! I highly recommend this small business! I am definitely coming back here! read more
