I love coming here for a delicious latte on my lunch break. I usually get a Blueberry Latte and they make it perfectly every single time. The interior is also very beautiful.

Coffee was amazing and good service despite being short staffed. Even gave us a complimentary drink for waiting longer than usual. Thanks Dova!

Stopped in to grab a matcha and Dova didn't disappoint. I ordered the cinnamon and brown sugar matcha with oat milk. They hand whisk the matcha and I asked for 25% sweetness. It was very good. Tasted like a horchata matcha. My partner ordered the horchata latte w/an extra shot because they only have one drink size. He liked it though. They also sell food, but we didn't eat here. No pet friendly patio, but vegetarian options. The inside is cute and clean too.

Had this spot on my places to visit for a while and I'm glad we finally had a chance to go. The salsa verde chilaquiles skillet with carnitas, oh my goodness sooooo good! Definitely had a nice spicy kick, portions were pretty big. My husband got the fajitas skillet, he thought my chilaquiles skillet had more flavor. My daughter got the kids pancake plate, portion was actually pretty big and we stole a bit Of the pancakes (they were so good) I wouldn't mind getting the pancakes myself next time. Lattes were definitely on the sweet side but they had just run out of cold brew. Excited to Come back soon and try other things on the menu.

The aesthetics are EVERYTHING !!!! Such a cute little brunch spot in ontario, came in on a Saturday party of three, got seated right away. Service was great ! Got to meet the owners, who were a brother and sister. Just starting a business. The brother was the one who designed the interior which was so cute !!! Honestly love it !!! The drinks were great ! Loved how strong it was! Not too sweet !! I just feel like they should elevate their food a little more. The potatoes were more on the softer side. The pricing was decent but expected more from the food. Definitely coming back !!! Must try spot in the IE !!

After almost a year, I decided to try this place out again. Guess what, the wait time to get our food did not change. Last time, we left without getting our food, this time we decided to sit it out. 45 mins later and I still don't go have my food. Here's what gets me, there are 5 front of the house employees, so if the kitchen is short staffed that should've been expressed to us as we were seated. I don't know why I decided to try again. Regardless of the taste of the food, I would not be back. This is unacceptable. I'm thoroughly disappointed yet again. I'll be posting the receipt later since the business owner doesn't believe I was there.

First off this place adds a little beauty to Holt Ave, a place that needs that. My wife and I finally decided to have breakfast here and the inside of the cafe is a great atmosphere. This place is like any cafe where you can order to go by directly walking to the counter or self seating if you want to dine in. We ordered the chicken and waffles, the horchata latte (iced), the Nutella latte (iced) 10/10! We ended up devouring the plate before we even thought to write a review or take a picture. But hey, that's a good thing! Amazing staff and cooks! 10/10 service! Be kind and kindness comes to you!

Classic Benny; Delicious! So far the best Benedict I've ever had.

I visited for a second time, hoping to enjoy the food as much as I did on my first visit, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food didn't taste anything like before (I'm convinced there was a different chef), and the service was poor. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, it took a while for the staff to seat us, and they ended up bringing the wrong orders while forgetting items we asked for. The omelet my friend received was the strangest I've seen--very thin and made entirely of egg whites--and according to my friend, it didn't taste great. My eggs Benedict was also incorrect, and when we both ordered the café horchata, they arrived cold and tasted completely different from each other. (Forgot to take pics for reference) One thing I do appreciate is that they removed both dishes from our bill due to the issues, though we were still charged for the horchata. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly, I won't be returning.

Hubby and I were in the area and needed some food and found this spot and omg am so glad we went in! Parking is scarce but we found a spot. We had my maltipoo with us and we're gonna order to go but they graciously allowed us to bring her in and I am so grateful! My furbaby is 10 yo and fell asleep:) and we were overwhelmed with the menu but asked and got some recommendations and they hit the spot! Hubs got the French toast and loved it! I got the chilaquiles verdes and they were delicious! Am now obsessed with their cafe de olla! Will definitely be back!!

Visited on a weekday morning right when they opened. Server informed us about items they did not have in that day one was avocado and cold brew which was what I was going to order. She was very friendly and attentive. The food looked much better than it tasted. The eggs didn't taste as fresh and almost watery. The French toast looked amazing but just felt like it needed something. The coffee was pretty good had a caramelita and a matcha but the matcha wasn't the best. The restaurant itself had such a cool and relaxing vibe I could see myself coming for a coffee and side.

This place has become our go to place for breakfast and birthdays. The staff is always super friendly. The food is delicious! We had the carnitas omelette with the breakfast potatoes, signature steak quesadilla and signature carnitas cubano quesadilla and they were all very good! The coffees are also good. I've had the horchata latte, cafe de olla, and la morenita. For these hot days I recommend to try the iced horchata latte *chef's kiss*. The place is super cute.

Worst customer service ever at Dova Cafe. We waited over 35 minutes for our food. When it finally came out, they brought plates for my husband and me only to then tell us they were out of crepe batter, meaning there was no food for my daughters. What made it worse is that no one checked in on us the entire time. We were sitting there waiting, thirsty, with no updates or communication. Why not tell customers ahead of time instead of waiting until food is already on the table? They offered pancakes as a replacement, which felt like an afterthought rather than proper customer care. This experience could have been handled so much better with basic communication. Take your money elsewhere not worth it.

Let's be real... most of us show up needing caffeine and not exactly in the best mood, so that positive energy matters. I initially tried the Orchata and the Garden Golden, and neither one really hit for me. Just not my personal taste. That said, the service alone made me willing to give them another shot and I'm glad I did. I came back and tried Eve's Cup, and that one's the winner for me. I enjoyed every bit of it and it's what will keep me coming back. If I had one critique, it would be the ambiance. It's not bad, but I do think with a little more investment in the decor and overall feel, this place could really stand out and feel even more inviting. That said, decor is secondary coffee and service come first, and they're doing a solid job there. Overall, a spot with great people, good drinks (once you find your go-to), and a lot of potential to level up even more.

They are Christian owned and I love that they have drink names based on the Bible and a nice olive tree at the center, symbolic of peace and blessing in the Bible! I got their Brulee and Beloved which comes with a cream top and a caramelized top! I got the drink with almond milk and half sweet and it was perfect amount of sweetness for me since the cream top was already sweetened. It was definitely on the pricier end with alt milk and after adding tax but definitely very tasty. I also got their pistachio croissant warmed and it was a nice treat since I love pistachio and there was a tasty pistachio cream filling in the middle. Overall a lovely cafe with nice vibes! Definitely check them out if you're in the area.

As i was on my way back to LA I saw this business was conveniently off the 10 Fwy And decided to stop by for a quick coffee break. I ordered their Spanish Latte and sat down inside to send some work emails. Their Spanish Latte was strong and flavorful. I enjoyed how sweet it was while maintaining the strong coffee notes. Strong wifi and cold AC inside is what you can expect inside. They had music playing but very low volume. Good for people who wanna WFH. I also didn't have trouble finding parking. Plenty of street parking available. The place itself was to busy. Quick service and friendly staff. If i'm ever in the Ontario Area again i will definitely stop by Mestiza again!

Additionally, their prices are reasonable and appropriate. However, I do wish their location were a bit bigger, as it can become quite crowded during rush hours while people wait for their orders. I have noticed they are always changing their indoor seating options to maximize their space. Also, they do close at 5 pm. I hope there are plans for them to stay open later down the line! I always find myself at Mestiza at least once a week! My drink go-tos are the Spanish Latte and their unique Bees & Flowers Latte, depending on my mood. As for pastries (which are ALL delicious), I always walk out with either the strawberry Nutella croissant, the strawberry croissant, or an Alfajor! Whatever you get, you'll 100% enjoy it!!

I've NEVER had Thai tea soft serve this good. It's light, creamy, not overly sweet, and doesn't taste fake--just smooth, legit goodness. Like if Thai tea and soft serve had a glow-up. And the toppings?? They understood the assignment. Coco jelly, cereal flakes, grass jelly, AND boba... it's giving texture, it's giving balance, it's giving "I need another one immediately." I finished mine and sat there like... should I? Because I might. Now let's address the boba. I usually don't even like boba (I said what I said), but theirs?? Warm, soft, perfectly chewy... borderline life-changing. Who am I?? The shop itself is a cute little hole-in-the-wall with a sweet, cozy vibe. Service was fast, friendly, and just good energy all around--no stress, no chaos, just vibes. I genuinely wish they had one closer to me because I would 100% be that person pulling up way too often. Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.
