Was here in Atlanta for a conference. It was 10 min walk from springhill suites. It is also very close to the Georgia Congress center. There was no wait to be seated. They have tables on both floors and have patio seating. It is also right across from the aquarium. Fast service. I enjoyed the catfish entree. The beignets satisfied my craving. They are also open late til 10pm.

After spending the afternoon at the Coco Cola Museum my family and I were a lil hungry. Dos Bocas was right was near by and with no wait. Now we were all skeptical given that the restaurant was tex-mex/ Cajun. They brought out the complimentary chips and salsa....banging!!! It like the chips were seasoned with some sort of Cajun seasoning!! The salsa was nice, flavorful as well. My toddler was had his cup of salsa to himself he enjoyed it so much. I got the appetize chicken quesadilla deluxe with a side Cajun shrimp. That shrimp( not pictured)j was soo good. The batter was nicely seasoned and had great crisp!! The remoulade very nicely balanced, a tasty bit of spice and very slightly tart. Soo good. This quesadilla!! This was supposed to be a appetizer!! It was soo big i couldn't finish. Filled with perfectly seasoned chicken, a nice cheese pull!! Soo good. It was such a great snack later that night lol!! Our whole party was pleasantly pleased with the food. Cons: it took a awhile for our food to come out but the staff was and kept us informed. So if you are near the coca cola museum or the Atlanta Aquarium i high recommend!! They have an upstairs and downstairs, there was no wait for us !!

So good we ate here twice during our stay. Natalie and Jolee our servers were great and Adrian, the service manager made sure we were taken care of. Can't say enough about the friendly service. The food was fresh and good also. And....The jalepeno Margaritas made by Charleston the bartender were the star of the show!!

I had been to Dos Bocas a while back when they first opened but hadn't been back since, so it was nice to have a second experience. Sat at the bar downstairs and was greeted right away by Bre. She was so pleasant, professional, and attentive. She immediately brought me some chips and salsa and I ordered the Enchilada Verde and the house Margarita (Avenue C Margarita). The enchiladas were very good (I like extra sauce and spicy so added some salsa and Valentina which kicked it up a notch). The rice was ok and the charro beans tasted more like chili than charro so minus one star for that. I also ordered a Lonestar Margarita and that was good as well. I must say in this economy, I really appreciate Mexican restaurants that provide guests with complimentary chips and salsa. All in all, this was a good experience so I would consider coming back. I just wish the restaurant could come to an arrangement with the parking company where diners can get their ticket validated or discounted to park in the attached deck as the rates are a bit high.

Everything was just bad and I mean who can mess up some enchiladas.... Or a quesadilla. I don't live in the area but won't be back again. One of the waiters looked so mad, not wanting to be there at all

My wife and I recently visited Atlanta and stayed at the Omni hotel. After a couple of days we decided that we needed something different like old fashioned Tex Mex and then we discovered Dos Bocas within walking distance from the hotel, just on the other side of Centennial Park and we were pleasantly surprised. Dos Bocas is sort of a combined Tex Mex/Cajun place, just like we enjoyed when we were living on the Texas Gulf Coast. The salsa with chips was better than average and our entrees were great. I had the shredded beef Enchiladas De La Casa and my wife had the Char Grilled Mahi Mahi. Very good eating at a reasonable price. The next time we're in Atlanta we'll be back.

My love had the fajitas. I thought they needed more seasoning... but she said she liked that they were not too salty.

We gave Dos Bocas I'll try... Because it was across the way from the aquarium. Nice surroundings, but nothing overly memorable. The food was good. And the service was very good. We had a really really good waitress. Very friendly and kept the glasses full.

Inside is dimly lit with several tables, a large bar, and a furry staircase leading upstairs to another bar. Service was good and the drinks were strong. I ordered the Bayou Fog. The food was tasty but nothing special, more like a solid homemade sandwich with your favorite mayo. It's good and satisfying, just not unforgettable. I had the Seafood and Sausage Gumbo and a half Po' Boy called Bo Kho, and while both were enjoyable, they're items I could easily make at home. I'd go again if invited but probably wouldn't make a special trip. If you're curious, it's worth checking out for yourself. Parking is limited behind the restaurant, the lot across the street is for Mary Mac's, and street parking or the Park Mobile app may be your best option.

The coconut cream matcha and the cherry limeade were both delicious. For apps we did raw gulf oysters 100/10 and crab claws 10/10 the sauce on them was insane. I had catfish basket, the seasoning on the fries was great and the fish perfectly crispy outside with a soft meltiness to the fish. Tartar sauce tasted homemade. The crab legs were good with a little kick and very smoky flavor which brought out a bit of sweetness. For dessert the ube pie was 10/10 I love a good dessert that doesn't make me feel stuffed and ready to lay down and this was perfect Would absolutely go a million more times def recommend making a reservation

I was visiting from out of town and was craving some soul food and boy did this live up to the standards. I got the jambalaya, red beans with sausage & rice, and the voodoo chicken & Mac. Everything was so incredibly affordable with portion sizes that exceeded my expectations. I had left overs for days and I got the small sizes of everything! My favorite dish was definitely the jambalaya. The jambalaya was great for tasting all the meats. The Mac n cheese was so cheesy and fresh. My favorite meat however was definitely the sausage, however all the plates had some version with sausage. The employees were so kind and helpful and had great southern hospitality. The food was made fresh and took less than 10 minutes to make. If I'm ever back in the Atlanta area, I will be coming here again. Also great location in terms of downtown. Best food, best prices, and best portions!

So I'm all about New Orleans food so I had to give it a shot. Cafe Bourbon Street is a food truck…read moreso it's not a standard brick and mortar (at this location) so just keep that in mind. If you are going to try to go, make sure you download the app so that you can order your food and get it in a timely fashion. They run it as first come first serve so it gives you a better chance to get in and out as soon as possible. Service was good, I don't have any complaints. You're waiting around but everybody's nice and friendly who's taking your order. I ordered the food while I was on the freeway and by the time I got there it was just getting done and bagged so that worked out really well. Again, I would 101% suggest you download the app instead of getting it and waiting around. When I was there to work a lot of people there but I know that there could be quite a bit of people there giving the fact that I read some reviews on it. So you want to go ahead and make sure you do your due diligence. I went with the Cajun fried shrimp and the jambalaya egg roll. The Cajun fried shrimp was good, it could have used more seasoning but I understand that you want to make sure that you don't inundate somebody with seasonings because they may not like it and once you put it on you can't take it off. But if you're coming for New Orleans food, I want to hear and feel and taste that spice! But the shrimp was good. I actually did dip it in some cocktail sauce when I got home, just to help it alone but I would get it again though honestly. I don't really do beignets but I had to try it just because why not lol. If you like them, you will be satisfied I assume. They come with maybe three of them or so, Dusted and all the powdered sugar that looks like snowfall lol. They also have shrimp that is sauced in a sweet and spicy sauce kind of situation and now it's actually really good as well. These sauced up shrimp came dripping with sauce and had green onion garnished on them as well. Really good. I didn't need anything extra for them, like the casa sauce I use for the regular fried shrimp. Solid attempt! Next time I would probably consider getting that instead of the regular but I want to see what the regular tasted like first and foremost before I bitch it off into sauces! Now I've saved this for the last part of review, the jambalaya egg roll. This joint was a hit! It came in too long egg rolls couldn't have and it was drizzled in some beautiful spicy sauce. That situation right there was a winner! That could have been the meal and I would have been happy lol. Well I would have wanted more but you get the point lol! You can make out large rings of sausage, rice, everything you would find in jambalaya. That joint was bussin with flavor, that I didn't know I needed until that moment in time. When I go back, most likely so. The guy who was at the front of the truck was super nice and super friendly and very inviting. I would definitely like to go back for more. Now just as a precaution, it is a food truck so unless you eat it there some of the things may not hold up in the car ride home depending on how long it takes. For example the French fries were nothing special and I think that they suffered because of all the steam made them soggy. Now I will say there are people out in the parking lot in in the area of the food truck who didn't even wait to get home, they just start smashing the food in the car and at the seat they were sitting at. I understand why because it's going to be hot and fresh right off the gate! Either way, just want to let you know that consideration because fried food doesn't always hold up when it's putting a steam box so keep that in mind. But either way it goes, this was a win.

The food do not taste the same as it did in 2021, the price is to high.. for the portion size of…read more what you receive.. I used to frequent this spot but not anymore.
