The food was delicious. I ordered the carne guisada, cheese arepa and the Cuba sandwich. Good portions and great taste. Will be back.

Trust me, it's worth it. They've got a small bar area that seats about 4-6 people, which is where I sat, and honestly that's the move if you like a lively vibe. Now let's talk about the pizza--amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and one of those meals where you catch yourself still thinking about it later. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a pretty big disappointment. From what I understand, they recently let go of their head chef and are currently running things with sous chefs, and based on this experience... it shows. On Saturday, I ordered the oyster BLT. I was told ahead of time it came with four oysters, which is fine -- if those oysters actually feel like the main event. On a sourdough sandwich, you expect something substantial -- big, meaty oysters that can hold their own. Instead, what showed up were four tiny oysters that were basically lost in the sandwich. I'm not exaggerating when I say you had to go searching for them. And for $28? That's where it really lost me. I have no problem paying Annapolis prices when the food backs it up, but this felt completely out of sync. The portion, the quality, the overall execution -- none of it justified the price. It honestly felt like something that should have been half the cost... at best. Beyond that, the sandwich just felt underwhelming overall. Nothing about it stood out, nothing felt intentional, and it definitely didn't live up to what this place used to deliver. It's frustrating because this used to be a spot I'd recommend without hesitation. Right now, though, it feels like they're charging premium prices while the kitchen is still trying to figure itself out. I really hope they get things back on track, because Annapolis needs places like this to be good. But as it stands, I'd think twice before ordering anything from their specials.

We enjoyed the warm pretzel bread and butter to start. And then, the wine! We are a huge fan of their moscato. We also had a tasting of their other moscatos tonight. An orange moscato and a black moscato. All equally delish! For an appetizer tonight we shared sweet and crunchy shrimp lettuce wraps. Very good and full of flavor. For my entree I get what I always get because it's amazing and delish! Surf and turf; pretzel crusted pork chop and ahi tuna. Sub Mary's potatoes for my girl Betty's potatoes because Betty is cheesy!! Pro-tip; always go with Betty! My fiancé got the short rib risotto which he enjoyed. For dessert they were out of the mocha tiramisu that we wanted to try. Our waitress brought out crème brûlée for me for my birthday which was very nice! We also had their chocolate wine; Vin Chocolat Noir. It was so good! I thought it tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry! Another absolutely amazing time at Cooper's Hawk!! I didn't want to give this location less than at least 4-stars but it's been 2 visits in total now, where the food was not good. This place to spoken so highly of, yet when you're watching food leave the kitchen.. all it consists of, is salads & sandwiches. No pasta, no soups, nothing. And even for the pasta pictures viewed on the Yelp app, the pastas do not appear appealing. Aside from that, the appetizers are not good either. Our server brought us some calamari that was nothing but bread. Filling. Super disappointing; so disappointing that we left this restaurant and went to Juelps for better food. I think after 3+ visits and only having 1-successful trip, I don't think I'll return here anymore - not including the wine-tasting and membership.

The server was knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions (as first-timers), he found the answer for us. All of our dishes were on point! The website states "From Farmer's Hands To Ours. It Starts With Local, Fresh Ingredients". Certainly, that statement shined with the execution and taste of our dishes! Our party of 4 ordered Smoked and Brined Chicken Wings, Fried Oysters, Spinach Salad with Blackened Chicken, Greek Salad with Shrimp, Bone-In Pork Chop (blackened, with Korean BBQ Cream, Corn & Pepper Saute, and mashed potatoes), and the Bistro Steak. Every thing was enjoyed by all! Seasonings were well-balanced, Food was tasty, salads were fresh, and portions were very decent. The Harvest Smash dessert is amazing and should be ordered! It's upside down apple pie with pecans and Bourbon Caramel - a la mode. We also ordered chocolate bourbon cake....the cake had the most perfect texture and taste. You can't go wrong with either of those. Hurry and go to this place as soon as you can.

We have celebrated many familial milestones/celebrations and professional accomplishments @ Harvest Thyme. The nostalgia of the servers and ownership has often felt engaging and alluring to me and our family & friends. My dining experience this afternoon was a far departure from the 4 stars standard experience of years clearly in the rearview. Items Ordered - The Bibb & Blue side salad was drenched in bleu dressing; I shared my concerns with our server whom was void of any response and acknowledgement. Items Ordered - 6oz Steak Frites ordered rare; The steak was served beyond the desired temperature. I waited for the server to return to our booth and I cut in the 6oz again to visually demonstrate the temperature of the steak actually arrived was definitely rare minimal/ to no pink was detectable. Our server said she would send the manager over momentarily. Once the manager arrived, he inquired about the entree and I shared and demonstrated for the 2nd time. I returned the steak frites and ordered the Beggars Pasta and added am additional Beef protein. That the conclusion of our meal as we noticed that we were charged for the entree that was returned. I inquired further and was giving a $15.00 gift card (I was charged $25.00 for an entree returned due to overcooking) by the Manager and was told "Thats All YOU get" and that the policy of the restaurant is if you order a dish you have to pay for it. When I inquired, he stated that's all you get!! I was offended as a patron, a human being, and a citizen electing to choose Harvest Thyme in a national wide affordability crisis. $127.00 for lunch is UNACCEPTABLE for lunch especially for an entree I did Not consume. No one communicated the policy beforehand nor does it seem to lineup with industry standards. $15.00 does not cover the cost & tax of the returned entree. I scoured the Harvest Thyme website and the receipt and I did not find such a policy. We were appalled by the lack of professionalism, posse, tack, empathy from the manager. His behavior and demeaner were absolutely inexcusable. Once we departed the restaurant, it was clear and present that I was upset as I retreated to my vehicle. A fellow patron encouraged me to directly communicate with ownership regarding my experience. Further research revealed the drastic decline in glowing reviews related to staffing, dining experiences, and culinary standards. Why were we treated so poorly at 1pm on a Thursday? I had just come from a hair appointment down the street and on my way back to my car, I noticed Sangria advertised on the mini sandwich board outside. I'm a HUGE fan of a glass of fruity Sangria on a hot day! The fact that it was Happy Hour with $5 glasses made it even easier to draw me inside!! When I explained this was my first visit, they explained the Curio concept, the various areas for sitting, sipping and gathering as well as the Curio Card process. They even had a small but really intriguing menu of various snacks, from charcuterie to flatbread and even dessert. The menu changes a couple times a month, making me want to plan more visits! The staff offered me sips of each so I could decide on a Sangria flavor. Despite not being a Moscato fan, I chose the Moscato Mule Sangria. It was light, refreshing and had the Moscow Mule flavors with the added sweetness of Moscato wine. I wandered into the cellar to explore more wine offerings and wound up running into fellow educators and their friends I had never met. We chatted like we were catching up and laughed about shared birthdays and teaching!! They invited me to hang with them, but I had to get home for Dog Mom Duty. We exchanged numbers so we could plan another "run-in" downtown SOON! If you haven't visited Curio, I HIGHLY recommend it. Bring a friend, or plan on making a few. Next time, I'll be ordering food with my wine and lingering much longer! Thanks for a great end to my week. See y'all soon! Cheers!
