I've been here over the years and pretty surprised I've never reviewed it. We decided to go early - 4pm opening and the first customers. We wandered over from the wine store. We sat at the bar and dug in. We sampled the wines featured on the chalk board. Great service by the bar server. Very attentive. We had a few charcuterie boards (I mean they're $5 a piece) to warm up. We later had some dinner - the sliders and a cone (literally) of fries. They used to have happy hour prices (maybe during covid), but now not so much. It's fine as the prices are still pretty good. Very highly recommended.

I enjoyed their fantastic Garden Vegetable Gnocchi tonight, with a nice AXR Sauvignon Blanc.

This place is right down the street from me, and I had never been there until today. I like Wine Cellars of Annapolis, but I have gone there during daytime hours when the wine bar was not open. Today, on a stormy afternoon, I met a young friend there for happy hour. I arrived first so I ordered a glass of one of their featured wines, a pinot noir. They have many charcuterie options, so I ordered a saucisson and a brie cheese. When my friend arrived, she ordered a Tuscan blend wine. The server was great about making wine recommendations. We also ordered their goat cheese and fig appetizer, which was amazing. Both plates came with baguettes. It was a lovely way to wait out the storm.

The new year's eve dinner here was poorly done. The steak was cold when it arrived to my plate. My wife had the fish but it came.out so early she was already eating before my food came out. The four slices of potatoes and cold broccoli really made me wonder why I was paying for this meal and leave rip. Count me out for returning. Also, please fix your bathrooms. I've seen auto service centers with better bathrooms. A disgrace.

Unless you get there super-early at 4, before the 5pm dinner opening, and then wait in the shorter line. Unless you are having lunch there, and in that case I am guessing it may be the same, ie getting in the cue at 11ish before 12pm. I have had the Spotted Pig pizza and whatever enticing pie specialities they have rotated seasonally. I usually opt for the truffle oil or balsamic glaze on our pizza. I have never needed to tweak their delightful presented ingredients combinations. Their pizzas are that outstanding. Take for instance, a recent summer pizza from the Chef's own garden: "The Cuba Libra pizza ...This white pizza features mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, complemented by pork confit, chile-roasted jicama, pickled red onions, cilantro, and fresh mint." I'd never crave mint on a pizza but if Eastport's Vin 909 is serving it, I'm probably going to enjoy it. If you are the more traditional type, another seasonal pizza featured is the Yankee Pie: "family recipe crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, summer sausage, marinated red peppers and oregano." And yes, please, to another summer, perfect-in-Annapolis feature: "Vaquero Clams: Steamed local little neck clams, English ale, bacon, grilled poblano peppers, garlic guajillo butter, fresh oregano, epazote and cilantro." I love the gigantic Vin 909 featured arugula salad. I also miss their divine french press coffees and Butterscotch Pudding with caramelita points. A little known fact: when I was there, you could purchase extra caramelita points for $2 or $3. Vin 909 is truly the best dining in Annapolis -- or Naptown -- as folks like me say.

The feta chunks neither added nor detracted from the dish. A dollop of mascarpone or ricotta would have given it an even richer, meltier finish. Heck even a whipped feta would've added more depth. The blend of meats was outstanding with a pleasant kick of spice, while the mellow, flavorful marinara had a thinner consistency that made it perfect for crostini dipping. Lobster RavioliThe sauce was unquestionably the star of the show. The pasta tasted homemade with a wonderful texture. Unfortunately, the lobster seemed either overcooked or not at its freshest, as it had a noticeable fishy flavor and a chewy texture. The fresh lump crab, however, made for an excellent garnish and added a bright, sweet contrast. Smoked Pineapple Rum Old FashionedThe pineapple-infused rum came through nicely, giving the cocktail great flavor. The smoke, however, was much more subtle than I expected. I knew it had been smoked because the bartender presented it with a plastic smoking device over the glass. I was anticipating the more dramatic wood-smoke presentation under a glass dome that I'm accustomed to. It was also missing the classic Luxardo or maraschino cherry garnish, and without any garnish at all, it felt like it was missing that final finishing touch. OverallWhile it didn't quite reach Feed My Soul status, everything was genuinely good. An added bonus is that it's within walking distance of Maryland Hall, making it a perfect stop before or after a show. ServiceFriendly staff and impressively fast service. The food arrived much quicker than expected.

We've never needed a reservation, was seated quick, and had great service. Truly no complaints on that front. The issue is that the food has been a bit hit or miss. I typically get the squid ink pasta and love all the seafood add-ons. But more recently it's been bland and needing flavor. My husband had the Fettuccine Mediterranean a similar issue with missing flavor. The calamari has been a consistent hit but it's just an appetizer. The place has great ambiance, nice for a date night or girls night out, and is very family friendly. But sadly the food wasn't as we last remembered.

Full On Craft Eats. The Toast online ordering system was easy to navigate and adorned with pictures of every menu item. I could not get past the onion rings on the starter menu hoping they would taste as good as they looked. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Talk about food that travels well. Fourteen minutes away and the food was still warm, the onion rings were so crisp, and the garlic and dill aioli and onion ring sauce were just right. The Slammin Salmon was served on ciabatta bread that was not too soft not too hard, with salmon cooked perfectly. The lemon dill aioli was a game changer so much that my friend's advice to order extra was well received and committed to memory. The onion rings lived up to the hype, cooked perfectly with a crust I cannot even explain. The kind you bite into without losing the entire onion from the breading. Dip it into the sauce and you have a match made in heaven. Half the sandwich was more than enough but the next day I would have loved some leftovers. Now for the extra razzle dazzle. I left to visit a friend in DC and sent him the menu, shared my experience and he was locked in to try. Online ordering was closed since they were closing at 10pm so I called as a last-ditch effort since the anticipation was already there. The nicest most warm individual answered ten minutes before closing and was more than happy to take my order. She even made sandwich recommendations. I quickly arrived at a shopping center that was easy to get in and out of. Walking in you immediately arrive at the counter and takeout area to your left with a nice bar area a short walk past on the right. The cooks and wait staff were having the best time using the 6/7 saying that was all over social media late last year. They were considerate when they noticed I was in the restaurant, but I assured them I loved their energy. I see why the food is so good because the energy shows it was made with great vibes and laughter all around. As I grabbed the bag to leave the hostess stopped me to add another fork and extra napkins since I would need them to add the pickled veggies on my sandwich. Such a nice touch. Thirty plus minutes to DC and the food still did not need to be reheated. The Mai Thai sandwich was a hit with flavors that married well and the onion rings delivered again. The Spicy Thai wings were good for wings but typical. They had a lot to compete with. We ordered a bottle of red wine to share and we were asked if we wanted a decanter to which we replied yes. He poured it in at our table with an aerator. For food, I ordered the City Dock Pizza and my friend ordered the Beef Bolognese. The City Dock Pizza was good - thinner crust but plenty of flavor. The Beef Bolognese was a lighter colored sauce than I anticipated. The pasta was good and the sauce was also good but not what I would consider a traditional Bolognese. We did order the Cheesecake and a couple glasses of prosecco and they were sweet enough to put in a candle for my friend's birthday. The cheesecake is DEFINITELY recommended, it was very good and came as a suggestion. It did not disappoint. Overall, had a great time and would definitely come back and everyone was really friendly.

RRWB is small, they have outdoor seating, and it's one of those places that gets packed by default. Service was good. He was quick to give a Navy serviceman attention, but missed out on saying hello to a young multi-millionaire patron.
