A friend recommended this place and I'm so glad we tried it! It has a relaxed atmosphere with most patrons on laptops or quietly chatting. We brought books and read while sipping on our coffees which were delicious. We got the quiche to share and boy I wish we got our own individuals it was so yummy. It tasted freshly made and had so much flavor! We also got a yogurt parfait and that was better than I expected! It was sweet and crunchy and delicious! I can't wait to come back

Maple latte and vanilla latte. Excellent! Nice service. Cute cafe. They have food, wine, beer and coffee. Nice quiet vibe but also very busy. They do a good job of getting orders out very timely. Would come here again.

Ventured over here after an afternoon of self-care with my love. Was greeted and welcomed by the owner who introduced himself and made some yummy suggestions that we were both happy with. Small vanilla oat milk latte for me with a peach almond scone and an iced red eye for my boo thang with a slice of coffee cake. My scone was delicious! The almond and peach scone was giving a peach cobbler vibes and we really enjoyed this. It wasn't too sweet. The coffee cake was delicious also. It was moist and buttery. We will be back. We opted to sit outside and enjoy this beautiful afternoon weather we have today and on Wednesdays they offer FREE wine tastings! Now thats right up my alley. The owner shared that once a month they may have a chef come in who will curate a tasting menu/wine pairings and I cannot wait to learn more about these events! Check this place out! If you're a coffee/tea lover, or even enjoys a glass wine...I'm sure you'll find something you like here. Happy Yelping!

I stopped by Curate last week in the last hour before they closed, since I had some work I wanted to get done before I drove back to Baltimore. Curate is open until 6:00 Monday through Saturday and until 5:00 on Sundays, which is great for those of that do like late afternoon or early evening coffees! But Curate isn't just a coffee shop, either. Curate is a cafe and bakery but also a wine and bottle shop. It's not large, but it's not the tiniest, either! Definitely great seating for studying or working. When I arrived around 5:00 on a weekday, almost every table was still taken up by someone enjoying a coffee or pastry and getting some work or studying done! Good seating, good lighting, lots of outlets for charging. I had a cappuccino (very good) and a scone (also very good), but they offer the full range of things you would expect from a coffee shop and bakery. Overall, a place I'm sure I'll return to get a coffee sometime soon!

I see the appeal when you enter into this cozy, clean, small place. It's loud but not too loud, locals love this place. The coffee selection is minimal but the options are good and the incidents that go in the coffee and the pastries are mostly homemade. Overall the service was friendly, and helpful, that is much appreciated. We ordered a varsity of pastries and weren't I. Love with any but the sea salt brownie. The scone was okay everything else was...not that grata honestly. I think I would go back during the am hours to try the pastries fresh. As of today I wasn't impressed. The good about this is that the prices were right so not overpriced. They deserve another opportunity but I'll go somewhere else first before I'm back.

Cute café in Annapolis. I got the caprese scone which lived up to its name and was quite delicious! They also have several great tea, coffee (Ceremony!), and wine options available.

What a charming little gem for a weekend coffee adventure--and surprisingly affordable too! We got two specialty coffees and two pastries for under $20. Total win. I've been trying to eat more gluten-free for health reasons, but I usually don't enjoy the texture or taste. That said, their gluten-free, vegan piña colada muffin blew me away--so fluffy and packed with pineapple flavor! The staff was incredibly friendly, the space was clean and cozy, and it's just a short drive from the heart of Annapolis. After our visit, we strolled around downtown and made a full morning of it. Totally worth the 30-minute drive--I'll be back for sure!

This was a nice coffee shop located in Annapolis. This is a great spot to have a cup of coffee to catch up with a friend or to get some remote work done. The latte was excellent. Service was OK, it was not clear where the coffee would be available for pickup and the day I visited it was not very busy, so it felt awkward to not have have a clear interaction with the barista that the coffee was ready. I also did not like the presence of many fruit flies over the pastries and bread, it was a turn off from wanting to purchase food. Street parking and parking garage available close by the coffee shop. The restroom was clean and organized.

There is a parking garage a block away from the cafe. The place is petite and cute, and the matcha latte was very good. I'm giving this place a lower rate because of the service. The barista was kind of rude and was also rude to the co-worker as well. It wasn't the most lovely vibe.

It's supposed to be a wine bar, I guess, and the wine is their main focus, though they are also apparently well known for their pizzas. Despite it being busy, we were seated pretty quickly in the back area, and were served quickly. Our waitress was great, and offered a lot of good drink and food suggestions. I love the way the wine is broken down. They've got three categories, which are snarky grouping by price. I am drawing a blank on the names of the categories, and they're not on the website, so .... they were something like, "Wallet Friendly Wines," "I can splurge a little," and "Money is no object to wine!" Theirs were probably better and more creative -- dock me one star as a reviewer for not remembering. :) The wines were good. I tried two different ones, including an unusual "orange" wine, which is a white wine left to contact the skins. It was a little fruitier than I usually like in a white wine, but it was good still. The food for me was where it fell down. I ordered a charcuterie plate, which was honestly kind of skimpy for the price. I also got a burrata, which is served with "harissa roasted carrots." The harissa was incredibly spice forward, and... burrata is a delicious, but delicate cheese. The carrots and harissa basically contaminated it and overpowered it. They might as well have dipped it in coriander and cumin. That's fine if you want to eat coriander and cumin, but not if you want burrata. My pizza was the biggest let down. It's a "rustic" style pizza, but it frankly translates to "poorly made." It's a good size, roughly oval pizza, with very thin, crispy crust. Like a giant cracker. It's then cut into 16 pieces (give or take, don't quote me). Some of those pieces had /nothing/ on them. Like, just crust. No cheese. No sauce. No toppings. Others had just sauce. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but when I eat it, I expect every piece to have sauce, cheese, and toppings on it... if I wanted to eat just crust, I'd just ask for a pile of aperitif crackers. Great atmosphere, good drinks, fair price, but ... terrible food. If I lived nearby, I'd stop by for a drink now and again, but I wouldn't eat there.

They have a lovely outdoor patio space that was covered with space heaters for the winter, and I can only imagine how great it will be in the summer. The service was great throughout. I wanted to make sure I got a wine that paired well with our meal so the server recommended I order the wine after the food so she could give me a recommendation. We ordered a charcuterie board, glazed carrots with burrata, and the spotted pig pizza. The server recommended a Sangiovese to pair, and it was an excellent choice. It tasted really good with everything. The charcuterie board was good but honestly a little skimpy on the bread and apples so not every bite was evenly distributed. I enjoyed the burrata - it was a really interesting mix of Italian and Indian/Middle Eastern flavors that was unique and different. The pizza was also good but like the charcuterie board, the toppings were not evenly distributed so there were some bites with everything, and some bites that only had sauce or cheese. It is thin crust so if you do not like thin crust, you may not be a fan. I am a thin crust fan, so I enjoyed it overall!

Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a pretty big disappointment. From what I understand, they recently let go of their head chef and are currently running things with sous chefs, and based on this experience... it shows. On Saturday, I ordered the oyster BLT. I was told ahead of time it came with four oysters, which is fine -- if those oysters actually feel like the main event. On a sourdough sandwich, you expect something substantial -- big, meaty oysters that can hold their own. Instead, what showed up were four tiny oysters that were basically lost in the sandwich. I'm not exaggerating when I say you had to go searching for them. And for $28? That's where it really lost me. I have no problem paying Annapolis prices when the food backs it up, but this felt completely out of sync. The portion, the quality, the overall execution -- none of it justified the price. It honestly felt like something that should have been half the cost... at best. Beyond that, the sandwich just felt underwhelming overall. Nothing about it stood out, nothing felt intentional, and it definitely didn't live up to what this place used to deliver. It's frustrating because this used to be a spot I'd recommend without hesitation. Right now, though, it feels like they're charging premium prices while the kitchen is still trying to figure itself out. I really hope they get things back on track, because Annapolis needs places like this to be good. But as it stands, I'd think twice before ordering anything from their specials.

We were greeted promptly, got drinks and they took our order. First up was a simple, traditional tomato and onion salad, no lettuce, with an oil and herb dressing. This was the only soft note in the meal, mostly because this type of salad needs a tomato with lots of flavor, particularly an acid note to balance the oil. These tomatoes weren't up to that task. It was still very good, just on the bland side, and getting good flavorful tomatoes late in the season can be challenging. Entrees! I got the Pappardelle with Bolognese gravy.
