She said it would take around 10minutes, it took more like 30minutes and that's only half our order. I recently visited this restaurant this afternoon 6/29/22 at 1pm. I was greeted by woman of an African decent with an Carribean accent at the pickup are to pick up my online order. Upon receiving my order I asked for Utensils and she asked to she what I ordered. I explained to her I shouldn't matter what I ordered I don't want use my hands to eat my food. She then told me I had an attitude and I woke up on the wrong side of bed. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she owns the place and she can do as she please. I really like Dog Haus but the Dog Haus on Avalon night cook is straight trash. Whoever was cooking on April 18, 2024 at 9pm should be fired. Burger was hard and 1/3 the regular size. Fries were extra salty. Service was definitely lack luster also. I was the only one in the restaurant and the two workers didn't greet me, acted like they dag on really didnt even see me for about 3-4 minute. Trash trash trash experience. I go here for the uniqueness of Hawaiian rolls as buns. I honestly could of made my burger at home! I had Dog Haus first time and multiple times in Long Beach. Although, I can say I had high expectations for the Carson location after doing LB so many times, they did not meet my expectations. I waited about 20-30 minutes while no one else was there. Other than that, the customer service was great from the cashier. The rest of the line of staff just stared. The food tasted as expected, up to par it was just too greasy. The Bad Mutha Clucka Salad displayed, is more like a coleslaw with chicken. I like the different hot dogs you can get and that you can do so many different combinations compared to your regular street dog, but I honestly think they try a little too hard. Flavor is average, price is great, and I'm not really a fan of their Hawaiian sweet buns. Call me crazy but it didn't quite win me! I cannot rave about this place the breakfast burritos are delicious. My husband and I have tried all the burritos except for the impossible meat ones. Our favorite ones are little mule burrito and the hangover burrito. The service has been great, there is times where it gets super busy which is around 10am-12pm and the food does take a little bit longer but, definitely worth the wait. Each bite of burrito has a little bit of all the flavors and meats I cannot explain. The place has a lot of seating inside and out, they also provide board games which adds a nice touch. My only negative on this place is that, the first time we got complimentary hot coffee with the purchase of a burrito but, then after that seems like only some staff members knew about this rule. Just felt awkward asking for my hot coffee. But other than that I cannot wait to try there burgers and hot dogs, I do hope they're as good as there breakfast burritos. read more

Always heard good things about Dog Haus, but just couldn't convince myself to drive to Long Beach to try it out. Luckily, they opened this location in Carson and that's close enough! We ordered the Cowboy with no cheese, Scott Baioli, and a side of tater tots. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. Food came out piping hot and it looked great! We loved the Hawaiian rolls that they put the hot dogs in. It gives a sweet flavor that compliments the saltiness. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese sauce on the Scott Baioli. There was way too much and it overwhelmed everything. I ended up scrapping all of it off. If I order that again in the future, I'll have to remember to skip the cheese sauce. The tater tots were fine, just seasoned with a bit of salt. Might give the chili cheese tots a try next time! We enjoyed our food here. Great lunch or dinner option! read more
