We had a very bad experience at this place today. We were trying to place a large order, but the employee kept rushing us and sending us to the window before we were finished ordering. She spoke to us in English at first, then seemed not to understand, so we switched to Spanish -- but she still acted like she didn't understand. While we were placing our fourth item, she said in Spanish that we were "wasting her time" and claimed there were many customers waiting, which was not true. Not even a minute had passed. The way she treated us was rude and disrespectful, as if we were asking for something for free. I asked to speak with a manager and went inside, but there were no other customers there to justify her attitude. The gentleman cooking and another employee were respectful, but Sandra's behavior was unacceptable. When someone in customer service acts this way, it creates a hostile environment and discourages people from coming back. read more
