I stopped by this Dog Haus last night because I placed an online order thinking it was for the other Dog Haua location near Burbank Airport. I ordered the Dog Haus Cheeseburger with Hawaiian rolls and fries. When I went to the location on Hollywood Way, they told me that I likely placed the other at the Olive location because they couldn't find the order. They said it happens a lot because of the way the website is. I called this location first to see if I can cancel my order since it was still easly but they said they don't do online order refund here. So I drove there because they were about to close in 1 hour. I arrived 10 minutes before they close and parked on the street. This location has its own private parking lot if you come during the day and it's not busyl. The staff were very nice and had my food ready. The place is medium size inside and they have outdoor seating as well. The cheeseburger was good and I thought the fries were alright.

Fonz & Cajun BABBs and Onion Rings

My husband was craving Dog Haus again and wanted to give their breakfast burritos a try. We returned to this location since we were running some errands in Burbank. We chose the Fonz and Cajun BABBs with Onion Rings to share. We were pleasantly surprised at how substantial they were. The 3 sunny side up eggs in each one made each bite deliciously saucy. My husband really enjoyed the spicy sausage in his. The combination of the pastrami and sausage in mine was so flavorful. The onion rings were perfect. Excellent service from when we walked in, to order delivery to our table. Clean and bright atmosphere. Parking was easy.

Had a great experience today! Nicole was more than helpful and so nice. We had the InKind special deal so we went to town. Ordered more than enough food, and paid half the price. It was so good. I love this spot, and we will be back now with the InKind special 20% off now even more. Thanks again Nicole. Everything was great!

The food here was quite good. I was sad that we only had time to eat there once as they also had breakfast items I'd have liked to sample, but we flew out the next day. Great food, cool atmosphere, and definitely worth checking out. You can see more of our experience on our YouTube travel channel: https://youtu.be/qRwT3LpBV8Y

Super good food. Fast casual dinning. Order at the front and pick a seat. The hot chick was amazing. The fonz had lots of cheese and pastrami on top. The Hawaiian roll as buns gave it a sweet chewy flavor instead of a normal hamburger bun

Took a buddy (and his dog) to the Dog Haus location in Burbank and we went all in--two "Ringers" with extra beef patties, a side of tots, a big ol' can of PBR for him, and an iced tea for me. Gotta say, the food was on point. Burgers were juicy, flavorful, and leaned on the sweeter side thanks to the King's Hawaiian rolls. Tots were crispy and satisfying--perfect sidekick to the main event. Only downside? The bill. Just under $50 for two people makes this more of a treat-yourself kind of visit than a regular go-to. Still, the vibe is chill, the dog-friendly patio is a plus, and the food definitely delivers. I'd recommend it--but maybe not on a tight budget.

This place is so good it should come with a warning. I stopped by on a random afternoon and left in a full-on food coma (no regrets). I also tried one of their hot dogs because apparently that's what they're famous for, and wow... 10/10. You can tell everything is fresh and actually made with care, none of that weird processed stuff. Also major shoutout to their breakfast burritos (SO good) and the fact that they have plant-based options, so everyone in the group is happy. The vibe is chill, kind of the perfect hangout spot, good for catching a game or just eating your weight in comfort food. Already planning my next visit. Someone stop me. Or don't.

My friend and I tried this place out after a tour day at WB. It was just what we needed after a long day of walking and touring. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. The server was very sweet and helped us decide what to get. The names for the food are pretty funny, my friend got the "Mutha Clucka" chicken sandwich. The food was prepared in a timely manner and everything was delicious. The items we got were so big we could have easily shared a meal. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and my burger was juicy and flavorful. My friend let me have a bite of her chili fries and those were good too. We were very happy with everything from Dog Haus, we will come back for sure.

Motha clucka chicken sandwich with chili fries. Absolutely delicious

My friend and I went here after the WB tour and I gotta tell you, this place hit the spot. The girl at the register told us what she liked and we based our decision of her recommendation. We were not disappointed. The food is excellent and huge portions. My friend got the burger on 4 Hawaiian rolls and I got the Mutha Clucker chicken sandwich on four Hawaiian rolls. She got onion rings and I got chili fries. We think next time we will share and entree and get 2 sides. We will definitely come back. We love the service, food and set up at Dog Haus.

We came here because we wanted to purchase this from the inKind app since they just added it - unfortunately it didn't work for us. And the person taking our order wasn't able to help us. We still stayed to enjoy our meal I like this Dog Haus in Burbank! This location is always super chill. The food is fantastic - we had the Cowboy Dog and the Chili Aioli, plus some onion rings (which were so crunchy and best I've had in a while) and chili cheese tater tots. Everything was delicious. The place is always pretty clean, and the music is laid-back, which I really like. They have both outdoor and indoor seating options, so you can pick whatever suits your mood. The parking lot is a good size, so parking is usually a breeze. The staff here are always friendly and helpful! They do have restrooms . They have basic drink options, nothing fancy, I wanted soda but their soda options were flat I ended getting a Powerade. Overall, Dog Haus in Burbank is a great spot for tasty food and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

I placed a big order and at least two of the corn dogs looked like this. Horrible. :(

Thanks to an appealing sign and a love for hot dogs, my wife and I pulled into this Dog Haus location a few weeks back and dug in on some food. This place had a decent sized parking lot and a ton of seating for people inside, which was nice. We placed our orders at the counter which (for me) included the Cowboy hotdog, as well as some french fries and onion rings we split between the two of us. The food took a pretty average amount of time to get made, maybe 6-10 minutes and we were grabbing a tray from the counter. The food itself was some top notch fast food style grub. The cowboy hotdog was a hotdog with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, crispy onions, and BBQ sauce and it was really good. The hotdog itself had great flavour so when you mixed all the other stuff on top of it, it was a fantastic hot dog. The french fries were solid enough, pretty standard burger and hot dog place french fries, while the onion rings were my favourite kind, beer battered, soft and delicious. Overall, Dog Haus left a good impression on me and was full of pretty good food. The place itself was fine, the staff was fine, and that's good enough for me to be a returning customer in the future.

    Claudia S.

The Hawaiian rolled bratwurst was stellar!!! I never thought it would taste good but it didn't affect the taste of the brat. It's topped with onions and mustard. Definitely ordering again!!! As for the corndog it was ok a little burnt but still good. Highly recommend Dog Haus for your gourmet hot dog cravings!!!

We had two separate servers because one went home during the middle of our dinner and both were equally horrible. Not even exaggerating when I say we waited at least 15 minutes after we asked for the check and there were probably only 10 tables in the entire restaurant. And we had to call her back over to ask for a second time. SMH. The food although flavorful was so ridiculously priced it was not even funny. I got a "ribeye ". Was literally eight thin slices of steak, like 1" x 1" size for $42! No, I will not be coming back here for so many reasons. The view is great. Castaways is definitely not what it used to be in the way of quality but at least you get more and you get the view. But definitely not worth it going to this place. It was quite a frustrating evening. Also, if you do decide to go here, just bring a coat when it's a little bit cooler in the evenings cause it does get cold up here and getting the staff to manage the heaters correctly is a whole other frustration. Oh, and valet is your only option for parking up here. It's kind of crazy because a few years ago you could just go park in the lot or the garage that's available there but now they're charging you $11 and it's chaos. I will say that the view up here is great though so if you're willing to forgo all of that for a view for like a one time date or something like that, it might be worth it

Broken Compass Tiki is a pirate themed tiki bar in Burbank…read more They don't having a parking lot, but it was very easy to find street parking just around the corner on a Sunday afternoon. The front of the building is a little vaguely marked, and the entrance has speakeasy vibes, which was a surprise. Upon walking in the front door, there is some tiki décor and a small counter in the rear. I remember thinking to myself "what the heck, this is it?". I checked in at the host stand on the left, and was handed me a boarding pass. She then led us through a hidden door behind what looked like a shipping crate. We were now in the real Broken Compass. The interior is a good size. The two-sided bar seats around a dozen. There is a lounge side of the bar that has two large booths along the wall, and another area with comfortable looking couches and lounge chairs. The main dining room has some tiki hut booths, and two sections of tables with half booth and half chair. The décor is pretty extensive with a good mix of pirate, nautical, and tiki themes. There is a lot of bamboo, thatch, rope, cargo netting, skulls and skeletons, port holes, octopus tentacles, jellyfish, tiki lights, and more. The ceiling is dark with various nautical and pirate markings, and even tied up ship sails overhead. The tiki hut booths have the parrots from the enchanted tiki room above them. Even the two restrooms are nautical themed, with beach and marine sounds playing. There is a lot of great décor to look at. We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday, so it wasn't very busy yet. By the time we left a few hours later, it was starting to get busy. We decided to sit at the bar. We started out with the buffalo cauliflower ($14) for an afternoon snack. The serving size was generous, and the buffalo sauce had a good tang. It was served with some sauces, and was surprisingly filling. A nice feature of the cocktail menu is that each drink displays one to three compass stars to indicate the strength of the drink. Their cocktails use a great variety of liquors including ones you don't often see. Many of the ingredients are made in-house. I started out with Chupacabra's Vacation (Demerara Rum, Jamacian Rum, Pomegranate Reduction, Cinnamon, Lime Juice, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $17). It is served with a flaming lime on top and a little fire show. It was balanced with a light booziness, some light pomegranate flavor, and a cinnamon sprinkle on top. She started out with the Bittersweet Paradise (Jamacian Rum, White Rum, Campari, Passionfruit Syrup, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, two-star boozy rank, $18). It didn't drink boozy at all, and was passion fruit forward, with light bitterness. My second cocktail was the Bermuda Dune Buggy (Gin, Overproof Rum, Kumquat Liqueur, Cassis, Orange, Lime, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $18). It had a very unique garnish of a Chartreuse infused gummy which was delicious. The drink was nicely balanced, and didn't really drink boozy even with overproof rum in it. They have a rotating monthly cocktail and she tried the Tropic Like It's Hot (Coconut Washed Lemongrass Infused Rum, Mango, Lemon, Coconut Water, Amaro, $17) which was created by one of our bartenders Daniel. It was served in a Spam can and was light and refreshing with a nice pop of fruit at the start, and a very nice coconut flavor. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and had great conversation with our bartenders Daniel and Monica. They also provided excellent service. Broken Compass supports payment with the InKind app which gives you 20% back (10% on Friday and Saturday) in InKind cash. We had a really great time here, and the drinks, food, décor, and atmosphere were excellent. I purchased a Hork (Horse-shaRK) mug for $50 to bring home as a souvenir. We would definitely return again when in the area.
