I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.

I had the worst experience with Collision Pros. I took my car in to get fixed. They saw my car was…read morein excellent condition besides the collision it had on the back bumper. They said they would have my car ready within 2 weeks. They took way more than that, and no communication whatsoever on the status of my car. I had to call them often because they would always say it would be done by the end of the day. When I picked up my car I noticed it was dirty on the outside and also on the inside, but I didn't make a big deal. Drove my car home. I washed my car a couple days after to find out it had a rough feeling to it. The paint felt rough to the touch and I also noticed it on the windshield. It was overspray all over my car and it also had hard water marks all over. My car is cherry red and black so you can see everything on it. I called them to let them know and they said to take it back and they would fix it. I requested a rental because I was going to be Car less again. So I took my car in for a second time, the manager Neil said he would take care of my car and that it would be left spotless. They kept my car for 1 day and because this time they were paying for a rental they immediately called for me to pick up my car because of course it was costing them money. I picked up my car, and as I was driving my car back home to Orland, I noticed the windshield still had all the overspray. I called Neil back again and I was already frustrated that they lied and said they had fixed it. This time I requested that a detailer took care of my car because I just couldn't trust them anymore. Neil said to pick an auto detailer but I could tell he didn't want to pay and was not happy. I dropped off my car at a detailer in town and when I went to pick it up I was surprised with the news that Neil had not approved the detail on my car because he thought it was way too much money. Initially it was $300 that he had to pay and he said no. After this third time I had to take my car back a fourth time. This time I spoke to Neil's boss Jason who said Neil was going to have to pay. Neil still was hesitant and requested to meet me at the retailer shop to look at my car because according to him it wasn't overspray. Neil was trying to find all kinds of excuses to not pay for my car, he even had to drive it and put it in the sun to admit that they had ruined my car. I just bought my car last year and this shop completely ruined the paint and all the windows and glass on my car.... Please do not take your car here. The detailer worked on my car but to be honest I don't know if they already paid him because knowing how horrible they are I wouldn't doubt one bit that they still haven't paid him. The detailer has 25 years experience and agreed 100% that it was overspray, yet Neil argues it is not. Consider Knockout Collision if you need professionals to work on your car. Collision Pros is not the place to trust and they are far from being pros!

If you ever have any car problems whatsoever, Mike Knight is the only person I'd trust with my vehicle. For the past month, he has gone above and beyond fighting on my behalf against an insurance company that made an already stressful situation even harder after someone hit my car. Throughout the entire process, Mike has worked tirelessly to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of and that my vehicle received nothing less than the best care possible. He made sure I fully understood every step, every option, and every decision before anything was approved, never allowing me to be pressured or left in the dark. The only reason I haven't felt completely overwhelmed or taken advantage of through this process is because of everything Mike has done for me. Words honestly can't express how thankful and grateful I am that I chose to bring my vehicle to him. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents in the future, but if I ever need work done again -- whether it's me, family, or friends -- Mike will be the first and only person I call and recommend. I have a rare car with premium blue paint and red trim, it came out flawless and looked just as good as factory, if not better. They even cleaned my car. Unfortunately the original owner is no longer active at this location HOWEVER, George (and other trusted employees) have been there on two occurrences I have needed work done on separate vehicles and projects. Whether it be aftermarket parts, damaged paint, complete paint correction; I have left this shop completely satisfied and in awe of their work.
