They could have easily sold me on replacing my timing chain, gears and all the parts that it takes to rebuild that area but instead I was advised that it would be best to have the transmission checked out first before spending $2500 to $3000 with them. Now they're telling me that my warranty is only paying a small portion of it even though I have 100% coverage and that I'm gonna have to pay a ton of money. they also wanted me to do a Service that was recommended and so I applied for the Credit card there because they insisted. I got approved for the Credit for more than the service amount way more so when they saw that I had extra credit available, they decided to try to tell me that my warranty wasn't gonna pay for the whole job that previously they told me was 100% covered, and that I needed to put the balance onto My Credit that was available because they saw the amount of Credit I had and they said it's no big deal because I have the Credit available, so just put it on there!!!!!! I actually had full coverage warranty, but they were upping the Price of the Repair for the warranty Repair way above the price of the cost of what it normally cost, at the warranty company. When I called the warranty company they told me that they were fully paying the entire Bill that boradori put in for, And that I shouldn't owe any money at all, except for my deductible and they told me that they were trying to scam me because it was fully covered. So I drove over there and took my car back and gave them no Service at all except the oil change that I originally went in for on a coupon, and I told them why, and that I was very upset because I didn't like to be played and all of this was because they saw that I had a higher credit limit for the Service Job that was due so intern, they decide to try to Bill me a higher Price than what the warranty pays and what they normally Bill for the Repair that needed to be done so they could just get free money so I took my car back and said forget it and gave them no business and I told them why and I was very very upset so I'm just letting you know now. Do not apply for any kind of credit there with them If you decide to actually go to this place, which would be stupid. Once they see your Credit limit They're gonna try to get you to rack up the entire Credit limit and fill it up so they can get extra money out of you. Even if it's not something needed. So make sure that you check your extended warranty if you go there and make sure that they are truly being paid for the Price. In full even on any warranty coverage. you don't want to get stuck paying them extra money because they see you have Credit available. So beware I wouldn't go there at all personally. They offered me a free oil changed to make up for all the drama and I never redeemed it ever after that. I change my oil myself now, because I'm not going to even take my car back there ever again. Buyer, beware watch out. Especially if you're Girl. They're gonna try to screw you. Luckily I'm super smart and did my homework. Also, I don't think the Credit companies should not be telling these people our Credit limits. I'm gonna call the credit company and let them know that they're doing this. they should only tell them if it's gonna cover the Service or not. They shouldn't be giving them our credit limits because that's when they start thinking They can rack up Our Bill and the guys acted like it was no big deal. They tried to say that my payment will only go from this amount to way up here to this amount which I couldn't afford anyways Even if I wanted to so I thought it was really rude. Just cause I had credit available that they thought I could just rack it up and owe all this money. Anyway, just be aware. I'm not gonna lie to Place is Nice looking inside And they do offer free Rental cars while your car is in Service, But trust me They make their money back from all the extras and scams they pull on people. I just had a terrible experience at this Les Schwab…read more It was by far the worst experience I've ever had in the nineteen years I've been patronizing Les Schwab. The first time I ever visited Les Schwab was when I was pregnant with my daughter, who recently turned eighteen. I had a tire go flat, and my daughter's father told me Les Schwab would fix it for free. I said, "Really?" Fast forward to this morning, when a tire that I recently purchased from Les Schwab popped on the highway, putting my life in danger. Fortunately, I happened to be approaching a pullout, which I pulled into. I called AAA, and had my car towed to this Les Schwab. The only reason I chose to have my car towed to Les Schwab, at this point, was because these tires were still under warranty. I just purchased these tires on August 15 2025, and have only driven them about 20,000 miles. The tow truck driver left my car where he's supposed to, and dropped off the keys. After a few minutes, I decided to take a walk. When I went outside, I was shocked to see a Les Schwab employee driving my car all the way across to the very furthest port away, a distance of about 300 yards, on a completely flat tire that was flat to the rim. I would never do this myself. I had taken care to pull over quickly so as to not damage my rims. After a few more minutes, I was informed that even though my tire was under warranty, they would not be replacing it for free. They tried to blame me for the tire popping because I hadn't had my tires rotated with them, even though I had them rotated twice at Walmart. They tried to sell me a tire for $250, saying it was the only one they had in stock. I told them to put the spare on so I could leave. I sat down and started writing a Yelp review. I'm pretty sure they saw me. At this point another employee called me back up and said that actually, they had just found a used tire upstairs for $35. If I wanted they could put that on just to get by. MY TIRES WERE NOT EVEN HALFWAY THROUGH THEIR WARRANTY AND THEY POPPED ON THE HIGHWAY FOR NO REASON. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY ANYTHING. I told him I was really upset and planning to go buy new tires elsewhere. He made no attempt to save the sale. I paid $38 for the used tire. I was literally on my way to Chico TO BUY TIRES. I was already planning to replace my back tires today. But after that? You can bet your bottom I'm on my way to have it done somewhere else. I'm planning on filing a complaint with the BBB to ask for a refund on the full price I paid on these tires on August 15.

They told me all my tires needed to be replaced (I knew this was eminent prior to this). They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires which they installed/ aligned while I was watching my daughters recital the next day. The two men helping me, Roy and Dave were so nice and explained everything in detail while picking out my tires. I can't say enough great things about this place.
