These guys are professionals! They really made great recommendations for my tires and saved me hundreds of dollars.... while providing a tire better than what I had on my vehicle. Friendly, professional service at a great price....definitely a good alternative to Costco! read more

7 different people I spoke with all recommended Quality Used Tires for the price, quality of work and exceptional customers service. And they were not wrong. If you're in the market for new or used tires, do yourself a favor and go here first before going anywhere else. I was helped immediately and I was in and out of there in less than 40 mins. Super stars! Thanks again for your wonderful service! read more

Great shop! We were on the road visiting family when we got something in our tire. The guys at Quality fixed it thoroughly and got us back on the road quickly--and for a great price, too. They also have an enormous selection of high-quality used tires. Check them out! read more

These guys saved the day! I kissed a curb in my Tesla and of course it has aftermarket tires (just bought them 30 days ago), so I was stranded 200 miles from home. Called Quality Used Tires and they had the same size tire in stock. They delivered the tire to me within 20min and only charged me $50. Service like this is unheard of these days. I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

We had a catastrophic blowout while traveling, and after we landed in a very kind strangers driveway and he helped us install the spare, he sent us to this place. We pulled up and explained the problem and they told us to pull right into the garage. They were super busy but got us and about 7 other cars through within the hour. I think they were working on 3 cars at a time, through their single lane drive through. They sold us two rear tires on our mini van for $100 and they look practically brand new. They made our day after a little rough patch! read more

Service was fast and well priced. I was in and out for two tires in about 30-40 minutes. Employees were nice and helpful as well.

These guys will FOREVER have my business. They were kind and very fast putting my tires on. The prices can't be beat and they saved me a bucket of money as I was going to get an alignment that I didn't actually need. I totally recommend this place! Thank you Quality! read more

The employees at quality used tires are amazing always! Great deals and fantastic service. They don't get paid enough for their worth! Would recommend to everyone read more

Always helpful and kind works with you when you have very little. About the people not the money

My relationship with QUT started in 2017 when I brought them our a recently acquired 2011 Acura MDX which came with one bum tire. It turns out an AWD vehicle needs to have similar wear on each tire (same outside diameter) so I would need $1200 worth of tires. No. Way. After 2 trips and 4 phone calls to other stores, Quality Used Tire came through with a $70'ish (installed) properly worn tire of the correct size (properly worn is the operative word here.) My 2017 Acadia with 45,000 miles (work car) needed a set of doughnuts in November of 2019. $1200+ worth of tires for that beast were instead handled for $300 with 80% tread remaining in October of 2019. Same for the MDX...brought it in for 4 tires in February of 2020. $300 out the door. Boom. These are not garbage tires, they are in great condition and were removed for some reason or another. We're not what you'd call poor, but we're not into wasting money either. This place is our FIRST stop for tires in Chico. read more

Very nice staff that know what they're doing. Came through with a flat tire and they slapped a new one on and mounted in 10 minutes. Have been run them quite a bit already with no problem! They truly have quality used tires. read more

Excellent service, respectful, professional employees. I just watched them help an elderly lady out, instead of ripping her off. I'll be back! read more

I have been going to Quality Used Tires for years and they are always great. Tires are very reasonably priced and they have plenty of options for prices/tread. They are always willing to fix a tire for you rather than just telling you that you need a new tire like many places. The guys are always polite and service is fast, even when they are busy. I won't get tires anywhere else if I can help it! read more

I called to get a quote on 4 brand new tires and was told they would cost less than $300. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED how much it would cost to have FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES put on my vehicle. Less than $300, they said. When I took the car in, all of a sudden it changed, and they said in fact the tires would be closer to $600 but that they could sell me a USED SET for around $300. BAD BUSINESS. Stuff like this is all too common in the car industry, whether you're dealing with mechanics, car salesmen, or even - apparently! - tire stores. Maybe they just wanted to get me in there so they could pull the old 'bait and switch,' and figured I would settle for it if I was already there. I don't know what their motive for this was, but I don't ignore red flags; I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had to get a tire plugged and I was in and out. They were polite and even reset the sensor for tire. Highly recommend!!

I've gone to them many times over the years, and they always do a great job. Highly recommended.

These guys made my day! Heck, they made my week! And since it's 2020, maybe they even made my year! I had a tire with a slow leak. I dreaded dealing with it, because I hate being pressured to buy a new tire (or a set of tires!) The guys at Quality Used Tires fixed it -- and said "no charge"! That loud clunk was my jaw hitting the floor. It was just amazing! My faith in humanity is restored! I will try to pass on the kindness, fellas! Maybe this only happens to lil' ol' ladies who drive 15- year-old cars? If so it's one of very few advantages to being a lil' ol' lady ... read more

I doubt I am going to say anything here that isnt already known, but this business continues to set a bar for excellence in customer service. There are few people in this town that haven't been saved when they had that emergency happen where they had a flat and had very little cash on hand. The culture of this business is second to none when it comes to the customer. The other day I had a flat in the morning. Called a tire shop and they spent 15 min trying to upsell me and then at the end had no inventory and I would have to wait a couple days. I got off the phone, drove to quality, rolled the tire up to the front and the guy at the front said it would be about a half hour as they were short staffed that morning but it would be soon. I left it with them no questions asked and in 30 min it was waiting outside for me with a near new tire on it. I walked in and paid and that was it. There is no other place in the area that I have that much faith in. Keep it up guys and thank you for what you do. read more

Fast, Dependable, Always Affordable! I like to drive with new tires, I mean wouldn't rather have brand new tires on their car? But the reality is that sometimes you have to pinch a few pennies. When those times come around, these guys are the absolute best. They have a large inventory with just about any type of tire you can imagine. The tires are great quality too....just as their name implies. Don't get me wrong......they don't last as long as a new tire would. But then, they aren't supposed to. They are, however, a great stop gap until you can what you need. I've used them a couple of times and I can't say enough good things about them. In a pinch, they'll come through every time! read more

I've been going to Quality for over 14 years. Every time I'm more impressed. I came in today 30 min before they close with a flat tire. They fixed it asap! When I asked how much, they said no charge. They know I've been coming for years but I still had to point out that this tire was from a new car - not the tires I've purchased from them. They said not to worry about it. They knew I was a long time customer & just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Local business that is friendly & professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. Better than anywhere in town! read more

I used to go to Bobs Tires and would spend over $700 for new tires. I was recommended to go to Quality Used Tires and and for half the price, I got a full set of slightly used tires that lasted me longer than the ones at Bobs. They are honest and have amazing prices! The employees are very nice and helpful. Love them and definitely recommend that everyone goes there. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Took my wife's car here to get a patch on her tire. Thought about just getting two tires if needed but the guy said there was no need to replace the tires yet and that they should last all through summer. Very honest business and it only cost me $10 to patch the tire. I was also informed that when you buy your tires from them, they will do patches for free. read more

Nice guys. Great prices on used tires. Fast, honest service. I had to get 3/4 tires replaced and they got to work right away. I finally feel safe driving my car again. read more

I love this place. I always get my truck tires there because it is cheaper than buying new ones and if you go off road it is better to pop a $60 tire than a $260 tire. The guys are usually quick getting you in and out. read more
