This place is awful. Bought a car from them a year and a half ago, and have had three big repairs done since. The first one was at my regular mechanic, the other two by them. This most recent one, they said they would have a driver pick me up from work when I got off at 5 pm. I called them as soon as I got out, they said he would be there in 5-10 minutes. I called them again at 5:15 to see if he was stuck in traffic, they said he should be arriving any minute but they weren't sure what car he was driving, which was already a big red flag. At 5:25 they called me back, and said the driver had come back to the shop because nobody was outside my work, which I already knew was a crock of BS because I was watching from my front office window the entire time. I told them to not even bother, I will get a ride from my coworker because she was leaving in the next five minutes. Three minutes later, a man pulls into our parking lot and he looked sketchy to the point where my coworker was uncomfortable letting me get in, but at that point I was so fed up that I just wanted to get my car and go home. The entire ride to the shop he was blasting some hyper political radio show, which felt made me very uncomfortable. When we got to the shop, the man who charged me out apologized and said, "yeah I don't know where my driver's head is at!" Did not make me feel safe when I already had suspicions that the guy was weird. Maybe if you guys don't know where his head is at or even which car he took, you should not have him escorting customers. read more

If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. I was sold a 2003 jaguar which I was told had a clean title, whixh it hadn't. I had to pay for a new radiator, transmission line and now a new catylitic converter. I paid 11 grand out the door its blue book trade in value is 2500. I got completely hosed They are dishonest , untruthful, and have zero regard for their customers. Their business ethics are non existent, in order to get them to resolve the radiator problem I had to threaten to sue. Do not buy a car here! read more

My family is on a low income, I told them this they acted all nice like they were going to help me out and then sold me a lemon 100% horrible car within three months I had to fuel injectors not working I told them about this and the car was $10,000 they told me that it was going to cost me 1500 just to fix the fuel injectors and that I was going to have to be the one paying for it while I'm paying them for the car also I even went as far as talking to the managers and yet no one tried to fix the problem with the car that they sold me they were just trying to charge me when they should have fix it for free since they had been just over three months I would not recommend this company to anyone not ever please don't get your family stuck with a lemon that they know will not work PS don't believe there are three months 3000 mile warranty they will make you feel safe but they know the car will screw up right after that they make sure it will get to the 3000 or three month mark but as soon as you hit that you will have problems if not sooner It's funny if you go look at the comments and see what they say to the people who are complaining they say unfortunately you were out of your three months warranty but they make no mistake no the car will take a shit after that three months no joke they lie about every thing Please do not put your family in the same situation they will say they don't lie but they lie lie lie all they care about is putting money in their pockets they don't care if it is A crap car they just want the money in their pocket and in the meantime you are getting screwed over by several things messing up over and over and over as soon as your warranty goes out I promise read more

Ben and his guys repainted the tailgate of my truck because of a big scratch I got on there. It is a metallic green paint and they matched the factory paint PERFECTLY. If I could I would give zero stars but because I have to it's a one but buyer beware and absolutely do not buy from here they sell horrible quality cars. Myself and a few friends have had nothing but issues with this business and their vehicles. I bought a Kia Sedona van about three years ago a few months in the ac went out then there was some electrical issues that would cause the vehicle to die and not regain power or function for hours and sometimes days. We took it in to their mechanics and they claimed there's was nothing wrong until they went to take it out on the last day with them and it died. With them not knowing what was wrong and not being drivable my husband and I decided to do a voluntary repo we didn't have the money to pay the payments, pay the mechanic bill and rent a vehicle till they could find the issue. Well they picked it up and that was the last we heard. I've checked my husbands credit nothing was ever reported and we never received a letter stating we owed anything until January of 2018 when we received a letter from the IRS stating we had income we didn't claim confused we called and come to find out Highway Motors's other side their financial side had claimed a loss on the vehicle then resold the same vehicle back to their car lot side for $1,700 and resold the exact same vehicle to a friend of mine for about what we were paying and it's still having issues. Along with some new ones. The fact that they pull this shady crap and sell horrible vehicles is absolutely disgusting. If you shop there first don't but if you do take the vehicle to a different mechanic and if your vehicle is repoed or your voluntarily repoed make sure to keep all forms of paper work and at tax time request a 1099 because they probably won't send one out and you will have to deal with IRS like us. This business is a joke save your time and money and go somewhere else. Don't get me wrong having crappy credit sucks when you need something now but having to deal with IRS and them is more time consuming then saving and buying something you don't need payments on. All can say is AMAZING! I went to highway moItors on Thursday right before they closed for the day, I live about about hour away and was in desperate need of a vehicle. Quince, took me to each vehicle and and answered all of my questions, he's very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on their lot. I picked out my car, which I absolutely love, and it was time for the paperwork. Well it took almost 3 hours between the paperwork and waiting for the insurance agent to process everything. Quince was there 3 hours after closing! Not once did he complain or get frustrated about being there so long. He does not get commission for this, I asked. He could have easily told me to go back the next day, but he did not. Highway motors is very lucky to have him, if I'm ever in the market again I will definitely go back and see Quince! read more

I purchased a car from highway motors a few months ago. One of the reasons I pick this car lot was because they give a warranty on every car on there lot. After I purchased my car my transmission went out very close to when my warranty was up. I called Mario Rangel when my car broke down and he had it towed to there shop and immediately gave us a rental car to use while they determined what was wrong exactly and while it was being repaired. Cameron Kirby and Steve Burckhardt were my techs that worked on my car. They all did an amazing job and finally I was able to get my car fixed and returned to me at NO CHARGE. keep in mind had I had to pay for this it would of cost me almost 3,000 dollars. Mario it is all going to be covered under there warranty. I was so grateful and could not even believe how great they treated me and my family. Especially with Christmas around the Korner this greatly appreciated. I will recommend everyone I know to shop and get there cars repaired at highway motors!!!!!!!! This is a great, honest business with great employees who truly want what's best for you. My car broke down and I sent it off to these guys, I sent it in for an inspection and they did a great thorough job. I'm from out of town and had to get a ride home to get to work-- they let me keep my car on the lot free of charge until I could get back there at the end of the week and for that I am so grateful! Any other Mechanic shop probably would have tried to charge me to keep it on the lot which is something I really can't afford right now. Honesty is the best policy, and word of mouth is the best form of advertising! These guys are great and they are worth every penny you pay to have your vehicle in their hands!!
