    I told Ken exactly what I wanted and he found it no problem I bought multiple cars from him. Have had great service, great cars with friendly and quick service. I actually enjoy buying my vehicle now. No more pressure from the salesman at the car lot and I always know what I'm going to get. no surprises thank you Ken!!!!!

    I love my new Audi Q5! There were a few bumps in the road to get it here but overall it was a very good experience. My sales associate, Jackie, worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. She was on vacation when the car arrived but another associate, Todd, stepped right in to make sure I received my car on the scheduled day and had all the paperwork ready to go. He even picked me up from my house to take me to their lot so I didn't have to uber there. My car was washed and I was given the red carpet treatment literally (see photo). I appreciated the full tank of gas as well. After driving it for a couple of days I went back in to get help on how to use the voice and navigation system. The owner, Bernie, was very patient and spent a good hour going over all the features with me. I was extremely grateful for this since the nearest Audi dealer is about 90 minutes away. I appreciate all the help and support that New Autos Inc. provides in procuring a new car and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a an easy and fair car buying experience.

I shopped his lot for about 3 weeks until the car I wanted came in and then we sealed the deal. I did not have to haggle, or wait 3 hours while a sales manager tried to talk me up. Bob tells it like it is, it's refreshing compared to big car lots. I referred a friend to him and she's very happy with her car. He moves a lot of cars through that lot on a monthly basis so it is always crowded. On the other hand you're not paying for the glamor and glitz with an inflated car price. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a used car.

Cars are delivered directly to our front door. I send 5 minutes signing paperwork, handed the keys, and my wife & I go for first ride in our new set of wheels. They will work tirelessly to find you the car that you want, by providing many options to choose from at low prices. They will even deliver the car to your home.     Um ok, so i recently reviewed this place with 5 stars on the day after i took my car home. The cars…read moredash lit up like crazy on day 3. Check engine light for constant misfires. Traction control system is broken, and the tire pressure sensor is broken. Not to mention the vehicle history report had no record of accidents. But judging by the crumby gold spray paint marks on the drivers side that i noticed to late, combined with the bad touch up jobs on that door as well, its had its scrapes. Luckily i got talked into the service plan which i will very well be needing over and over. The vehicle threw 3 different codes and the mechanics himself was surprised it was sellable.     I purchased a car from this dealer in January 2015. THE DAY…read moreAFTER I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Four days later I took it into a local mechanic where they performed a "safety inspection" on it. Since safety checks do not involve the special test for head gaskets, I got a list of items that the car may need, but no indication that it needed major repairs. A few weeks later a man pointed out as he was walking by that the car was leaking coolant. 2 days later I took it to another mechanic who, trying to diagnose the leaky coolant and service light pulled out the oil dipstick. Gunk on the end of it. He told me that I likely needed a new head gasket. A few days later, and ONLY 2 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR it was thoroughly checked over and a special test was ran on it to determine if indeed it NEEDED A NEW HEAD GASKET. It did.. This REPAIR COSTS MORE THAN I BOUGHT THE CAR FOR. My plan was to take the LEMON OF A CAR BACK TO THIS DEALER and WORK SOMETHING OUT with him. In anticipation of that, I didn't go back to him until I located another car, which took a few weeks...I didn't want to get taken advantage of again. The weekend after I bought another car, less than 3 months after I purchased the car, I went back to Grass Valley Wholesale Brokers and talked to the owner. He was cordial and told me he would talk to his mechanic and see what he could do for the situation and call me that Tuesday. No call came all week. I went back the next Saturday. Apparently the owner had the flu and that's why he didn't call me back. This round, OWNER WAS NOT NICE AT ALL. He was mean, confrontational, RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME, made a personal attack at me, and would not let me talk...kept interrupting. He used the "turn it back on them" tactic and BLAMED ME for the situation. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS DEALER SOLD ME A CAR THAT TURNED OUT NEEDING MAJOR COSTLY REPAIRS. If you choose to purchase a car from this dealer, please please protect yourself and get the vehicle thoroughly thoroughly checked by your own reputable mechanic.
