Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery and kept the old one in. I had to move my car and jump it then drive all the way back. They said that they had a "random" battery sitting that they were confused about and decided it was best to wait until someone showed up to pick it up. I don't understand why the could have called me to let me know or investigate to find out that they did not change the car battery. They also did not offer any discount for this inconvenience.
