The engine light, which was the safety issue, seemed to have resolved itself on its own, but Toyota agreed to check it out anyway because we were going on a cross country road trip shortly. We had already had Another local car repair shop check the engine light issue, after Toyota found the issue but didn't diagnose, due to our concern for our safety. Both shops seemed to agree that there was a leak in the exhaust system -- possibly the gas cap. Since we had filled the gas tank since both services, we felt it was possible the 2013 gas cap could be failing since it has been with the car since the beginning. Neither shop is certain that it will be the final fix. However, as it is the cheaper and easier fix, I asked to purchase a new gas cap for the vehicle before leaving Toyota. Thank you Toyota for showing you care. Communication with each other is the key to a good experience.

When I told the salesman why I didn't want to buy it, the manager insisted that I look at the spot that it was parked to see if there was any oil on the ground. At that point I said I was just going to go to which the manager loudly and rudely replied "I'm not worried about selling you a car for $6000 anyways." to;dr: The salesman was nice and worked with us but the owner was not very nice when I decided I didn't want to buy a car from them. P.S that Salesman should work at a better dealership, he deserves better.

He moves a lot of cars through that lot on a monthly basis so it is always crowded. On the other hand you're not paying for the glamor and glitz with an inflated car price. What mechanic doesn't have a tool to remove bolts. Several of the old bolts were under the van when I got there. They were all in perfect working condition. Funny how someone using the wrong tool to torque a cv bolt would only stripped a couple of bolts. Wouldn't it stop them all while they torque them? I think they just thought i was a sucker and tried to double the labor on me. Also told me to get my van the hell of the property. I would not use this business if you don't have to
