I ended up talking to the manufacturer, to the charging system vendors and finally the lithium battery manufacturer, all their job. I negotiated getting the batteries replaced as well as having the manufacturer pay for the install. Luckily I could stay with a friend so I had a place to live. I was down 4+ months because of their incompetence. On the day I picked up my "finished" van the control pad that controlled all the RV functions wasn't working. Luckily my phone had an App that did the same thing so I left and had it fixed at another dealer when I got home (NC). Jess my service writer was very nice. However, he seemed to not read email or listen to his voicemail. Communication was horrible. I lost so much time because of his lack of follow up. Although BC/BD did the physical work, I did everything else. I was a 40 year supply chain and manufacturing guy so I was capable. I'm not sure someone who didn't have those skills would have gotten it done. In the end I asked Jess for email copies of the service record showing when the batteries were replaced. I've sent him 3 messages over several months to remind him. They never came. Par for the course. BC/BD was a horrible frustration.

Multiple licensed mechanics have independently confirmed these severe safety defects. To make matters worse, the catalytic converter was illegal and non-compliant with California emissions standards - this was discovered getting another smog test only 8 months later, and was also reported to their team. SCAMS on smog tests - do not believe the documents they share. Their service department claimed they don't keep maintenance records, which is shocking and unacceptable for a dealer of their size and reputation. This level of negligence and disregard for customer safety is disturbing. Buyer beware--this dealership shows blatant dishonesty and a total lack of responsibility.

Mike one of their techs volunteered to follow us 233 miles to retrieve the check so we could drive the new coach home. We found the coach online and Jessie was our very attentive sales rep who kept us in the loop. Stacy in finance worked very hard to get us the best deal in warranty in the business. We are very grateful to all of them looking our for us and our dog for the day while they serviced the coach and sent us on our way. This is our 5th and final RV purchase over a span of 35 years, and it was by far the best experience we have ever had.

Brittany in service was great several times they thought they had it fixed but did not. They did the routine maintenance on it and other things and then I was told they were not qualified to go further to work on carburetor. After I had paid almost 1,000. I was referred to Jeff's generator service in Chico. I took my RV to Chico and they diagnosed it immediately as plugged jets in the carburetor from sitting. During the fixing of the plugged jets Jeff's found washers missing for the carburetor bolts. Found ground connection bolt for the solenoid stripped and had to re-tap bolt hole for slightly larger bolts. I have never had anyone but Camping world work on my generator. I paid $320 for this wonderful quick inexpensive service Don't get work done at Camping world. Too costly and not done correctly. Camping World Anderson The best thing in the service department at camping world Anderson was Brittany. She is knowledgeable and helpful giving me true service in my many returns to them.
