I was told that they had a black used shell that was made for my truck and I reserved it. I drove 5 hours round trip to pick up the shell that I ordered and when I got there they put the shell on and it did not fit my truck and was not made for my truck. Terrible experience. I was told I would receive a brand new snugtop camper shell for the $3,200 I was paying. But they did not have a new shell in the right color and told me to come in next week when they will have it in. Since I was scheduled to work I was not able to take the truck in myself to have it installed so my elderly mother went in to pick it up for me. I was very disappointed with the shell I received. It looked like it was heavily used! Chipping paint on the edges, the emblems were faded, holes in the liner inside the shell, hard water spots all over, they didn't even dust off the inside since it was covered in spider webs. I'm not sure if they thought they could get away with selling a used shell as new since my mother was the one picking it up. I went in a couple days later to return it since I was not purchasing what we agreed on. I was yelled at by the owner of the company, he said "this is a perfectly fine shell. If I take it off your truck and resell it I'd lose money because I'd now have to sell it as used!" "You'd have to pay me $500 to restock it". What a joke. What they didn't know is one of their employees that I spoke to earlier that day said that the owner has had multiple problems like this in the past. And that he gave me a shell that has been sitting outside for months when we agreed on a new one being sent in from the snug top factory. I sent in the shell after a few weeks for a warranty repair. No choice in the matter since I was sleeping in my truck to work on the Carr fire restoration project and needed it at the time. So in the end I got a used repaired shell for a brand new shell price. Other than that owners son is a nice guy, only one that was helpful. read more

when it comes to install I would go somewhere else every time. I had a $2500 electric tonneau cover installed, well attempted to be installed. lt worked for a couple days then stopped working, I brought it back had them make it work again and a day later it stopped working again, a third time I went back and had them remove and re install it properly and finally now it seems like it's right. But sometime from the time I dropped it off the third time and by the time I got home I noticed my $400 Knife was missing out of the backseat of my truck. Made a police report and let's just say I won't be returning to this place again. If it breaks again I'll have my attorney file and we will be in court. read more

I have had my Jeep worked on at several locations. I will never go back here. I had steps with lights put on and this is what I got. They couldn't even clean then part where they stuck the lights on. Btw the lights were not installed only stuck on with sticky tape. I paid over 2000 for this. read more

Walking into Fearless 4 Wheel Drive was like walking into my own garage with friends and family already there. I've visited and purchased from many 4 wheel drive companies around the US and have purchased from the "other" shops in Redding, but Fearless was different. They were very accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions even with other customers waiting in the shop. Never once did I feel like they were trying to sell me or push me out of the way. Their selection was excellent and Delbert was more than convincing by saying anything they don't have in stock he can have within 24 hours; and he did. Here's the kicker - after installation of my new products and being completely happy with my truck, I get a phone call a week later from Fearless; Fearless was checking up on my purchase, wondering if I was still happy with my truck and told me to put some more miles on it, then come by when I get a chance so they can check and re-torque the items they had installed.... Follow up call? Re-torque my suspension, wheels, etc? This was definitely a first for me.
