I ordered a part for my car that I had been trying to locate for months. I have found this part at other parts companies who never actually had the part. Andy's responded back to me promptly to let me know their supplier has the part in stock. Although it took some time for the supplier to get the part shipped to me when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted. Andy's followed up with the supplier consistanly until they shipped the part. Horrible fitting parts. First parts showed up damage, yeah my fault for not checking when bumper showed up, but there was no damage to the box so figured all was good inside, bumper had bubble wrap on it and in multiple locations had damage. They offered $100 back for the damages, but never sent any money. Few days go by I fit the bumper on the front end, doesn't even match any of the body lines. And the top of bumper under the hood where in bolts to thw radiator support doesn't even sit flush. Complaint filed. Supposedly went to manufacture of the bumper. After sending multiple pictures and videos, they ask for more pics after I've already ordered a OEM bumper that fits perfect. Car is now painted and back with customer and I still have this junk bumper and out $930. Junk parts. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from them. Edited after reading their reply: And this is at shop that has plenty of years with fit and modifications to vehicle body. It would of taken cutting the bumper ends off and fiberglassing it back into place. More hours of labor and materials. Not worth it. read more

Take your business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, shipped me a broken part and refused to give a full refund even though their policy states they would. They claimed that manufacturer stated the part was not defective. You can decide for your self. read more

Reached out to these guys a couple months ago. They promised to stomp all over an existing quote I had for a body kit. Not only did they take days to get back to me, it wasn't a stomp, it was a tap dance. They didn't come within $100 of my price quote! Thanks to Octane Mostorsports. Much better price, much better service and zero BS. All the things Andy promised, but didn't deliver. If you can't keep your word, close your doors, because your reputation and BBB rating are all garbage. I now see why Octane has an A rating. read more

I ordered aftermarket fenders for my 2007 Pontiac Solstice. I received them and they were crap. They are made of fiberglass and were pitted, the body lines were crooked and rough. Here's my response from Andy's Customer Service "We're not saying we are purposely sending out stuff that's messed up. We're saying that this is a hand-made part, and it's made from hand-made molds. We aren't using multi-million dollar CAD machines like Pontiac uses to design and manufacture these parts. This is a custom hand-made part and it's not going to have a perfect finish and trim. That's just an unavoidable aspect of buying a hand-made fiberglass body kit. There's a reason that Pontiac parts are so expensive: because they're machine-made and CAD-designed. This part is many magnitudes cheaper, but that's because it's handmade and therefore subject to surface and trim imperfections." Wait... there's more "Returning the body part will cost you more than you expect." To put it plan and simple, don't buy anything from this company. read more

I ordered a set of pro car seat brackets for my '83 Nissan Sentra. They were horrible. The bolt holes didn't line up all the way. When I tried to tweak them the welds broke. I figured I'd still try to use them but they were so poorly engineered it made the seat too high. When I contacted Andy's they didn't even blink and sent me a refund right away, no questions asked. Every email I sent was responded too within a day with true caring and concern. Thanks Andy's auto sport. I will be using you again! '83 Nissan Sentra wagon read more

They will block you on FB if you write anything negative. I have also posted photos to prove this. This is what I wrote on their wall, I didn't even leave a review, but now I am :D Military friends are moving to my state. They originally had the part sent to my address since they will be PCSing here shortly. They ended up asking to cancel and for a refund though. For some reason this business thought since they are moving here they would send a check to my address for me to hold onto until they move. Does it make sense for a business to send a refund check over $500 for a friend to hold onto until they move? You should probably confirm with your customer where/how their money is being sent. The reply to me was "Mam , customer specifically stated that they are moving there which is why it was sent there and why the order was placed to that address. It would not make logical sense to send a check to address they were moving away from." I still don't understand why you would mail someone's money where they don't live yet? They said they will be moving here... which means they don't live here... So??? read more

I received a part that didn't fit, asked for a refund/return and it took them 3 days to respond. When I reached out asking about the status, they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to authorize the return. Their "No-Hassle" return policy says that they'll return within 30 days no questions asked. When I mentioned that, the CSR got upset, finally sent me a shipping label but told me not to "bother with sending it back if it isn't like new". When they received it, in new condition, they then told me they couldn't put the funds back on my card and would have to mail me a check. So much for no-hassle! read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a spoiler from them and it arrived with ALOT of damages. Their site says no hassle returns and it's been a nightmare dealing with them. They are refusing to do the return and not listening to their customer. After weeks of back and forth emails they told me to ship it back which cost over a 100$ and now are blaming me for the way it arrived. That it was damaged through shipping but the damages they show are the exact damages I wanted to return their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. read more

I am extremely happy with Andy's auto sports. I have purchased a carbon fiber wing and injen cold air intake from them and I can say enough good about them. The worst customer service ever. First off, I bought a widebody kit for a 2015 Dodge Challenger. The kit was nothing like the one shown in the actual website. The fiber was cheap and broken up. My parents received the package and they allowed them to sign WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. Once I reviewed the box , I noticed it was a cheap fiber & not even aligned correctly for me to install which is more money out of my pocket. But when I emailed since it was before 30 days they have a 30 day guarantee money back. They kept refusing the body kit because it was signed by someone else when I didn't give any authority. The emails were so unprofessional and did nothing to help me to at least maybe replace a part. Most terrible cheap website I've ever encountered. Don't ever buy from this garbage of what they call "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" what a joke. read more

Hats off to Andys! whew! My rear suspension was dropping on my Rover! Turns out I needed a rear air spring. I called Auto*one and O"Rei**ys in town and they wanted $200 for the part. I figured that was a decent price until I googled Andy's. I saw the same item on their site for $43.00, I called and spoke to an agent who was really cool about placing the order for me. I called two days after I purchased to see when it was shipping to me so I could make an appointment with a mechanic. Kimberly, in customer service, gave me a tracking number but before we hung up, she had already tracked it for me and said it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. It was!! Part is now installed and I am so grateful that I called them. I get bad reviews, never really know if you can trust a company but..... they delivered this time and if ever I need something, I plan on calling them first. They have a feature on their site that does price comparisons so you know where to find the part you need for the right price, either Andys' or somewhere else! I like that! read more

Don't trust Andy's Auto Sport........they charge your credit card and don't tell you it's going to take 6--8 weeks to get the parts. Get your parts direct from the supplier or makers if you can as Andy's is just a middleman that stocks nothing and charges his fee. read more

Placed an order on April 4th. Received a order confirmation the same day. On April 5th I received an email stating that my order would ship on April 13th. On April 14th I inquired about the status of my order and was told they would get in touch with the vendor and get back to me. On the April 17th I contacted them again because I had not heard back and was basically told they haven't heard from the vendor. Again on the 18th same thing. I'm wondering how they placed an order with a vendor they can't get in touch with now that they have my money. Supposedly they were able to contact the vendor to place my order?? Now they can't, they must think I'm an idiot. I contacted them again on April 19th and now they are telling me they can't refund my money or cancel the order until they are able to get in touch with the vendor. I didn't place my order with this make believe vendor, I placed it with Andy's. Basically ripped me off. Completely stole my money. I will be filing with the BBB and contacting my attorney. Instead of just refunding my $470 they will be paying lawyer fees as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANDY'S AUTO SPORT unless you want give them your money. read more

I love it when I order something for delivery and 1) I get status emails that keep me posted on my order and 2) my order arrives way earlier than promised! I ordered a carbon fiber hood that I was told was in stock. The order did not ship until 2 weeks later.also did not reply to my inquiries either. I had to call to talk to someone to see what was going on. The shipping they used is a sub par company who has pushed my delivery date back twice already. It has been over a month since I ordered the hood which was over $1000 total and still I have not received my product. The hood stays in states for several days before it makes its way closer to me. I took 2 days off to be able to receive my hood and inspect it to make sure it was not damaged. Now I have to try to figure a way to be there for when they claim they will deliver the hood. I have never in my life have had so many problems with any business in my life buying car parts. Except for Andy's autosport. Multiple issues with this company and will never buy anything from them ever again. At first, I went to buy new bucket seats for my car and found what I thought to be an amazing deal on their website. I found NRG bucket seats and the retail was -300 from any other site I looked. thought it was too good to be true, but went ahead with the purchase. I got an email the very next day saying they didn't have them in stock and they no longer carry them. took Almost 3 months to get my refund after I called time and time again for weeks at a time to the point to where I had to threaten with a lawyer to get my refund. On top of that, I got seat brackets to go with it on on their site, it says "for pair" now these seat brackets fit the seats I bought and many others so I won't be returning them... as long as I get my other one. They only shipped one seat bracket. One. I bought 2. it Has been almost 3 months since both of these purchases. they are scammers they are a terrible business all around. They will never call you or and even when you call them they never answer their phone they only respond to email. They are terrible for customer service and are just an all around terrible company that has their head up their a** when it comes to selling quality products to their customers with reasonable shipping delivery times and now, customer satisfaction. I've never had to work so hard for a refund from anybody let alone when I'm forking over thousands of dollars on what I believe to be quality stuff and then some of it shows up missing when you do get it. Please for the love of god never buy anything from these people because you will have to fight just as hard as I did in order to get what you want and the correct quantity of the items you have purchased. read more
