So I took my car to them to get stripes put on my car back in November of 2024. I didn't know they had this sight, so beware of this place!!! Their quality of work SUCKS! I asked them to fix them because they were out on wrong! He told me to bring the car back and he made the appointment and I confirmed. They were a no show!! Then after days I was told it was for the afternoon!! WRONG.... I kept all my text and emails!! Then I just asked for my money back so I could have it removed!! He said give me a few days and they have ghosted me ever since!! They are all crooked! I think he was high when he did my car!! read more

We just bought a Tesla Y in October 2023. We live outside Mt Shasta and when the snow and ice started in January we noticed that the bottom of the car below the doors had a whole lot of chips in the paint from the Lava rock that the county puts on the rural roads to prevent slipping on slick roads. The road grime up here on rural roads is terrible. Needless to say we were bummed out. Car only had 3300 miles! We contacted House of Wraps and spoke with Patrick. We drove down to Redding and we all looked it over and discussed options. He willing gave us the time we needed to figure out options. No pressure... no rush. We went to a couple of other places in Redding that also wrapped cars but decided on HofW. His shop was impressively clean....Very professional and knowledgeable and timely on getting us in to prevent further damage. Well the job is done and we could not be happier. We went with a textured black product that is basically super durable with a curve incorporated into the strip along the lower doors and we anticipate no further damage with this protection. We are waiting for the front Tesla tire flaps to finish this remedy up. Thank you Patrick for a job well done. This guy knows his stuff! When picking up my vehicle, I was only given a 10- minute notice to pick it up before they locked up for the night. I live out of town, but made it work. My tail light tint looked awful, but mistakes happen and they said they'd fix it. I was scheduled to drop it off, very clearly, at 5:30 9/11/2020 for it to be fixed the next day. Upon arrival (nearly an hour drive for me), nobody was there - 45 minutes or so before closing. After about half an hour, I was FINALLY able to get a hold of somebody over Facebook messenger, only to be met with "I can't do anything for you and I won't refund you." I asked multiple times to call, rather than text (easier communication) and was very blatantly and rudely ignored- never spoken to again. That is, until they find my reviews online and somehow have the time to argue them, but not deal with customers professionally. I'm horrified at my experience here - the lack of accountability, reliability, and professionalism of this business. 0/10 recommend. That said, anybody have other recommendations for places I can take my car to fix their botch job? read more

Well, the mid-life crisis hit and I needed to get a muscle car. Then I needed to wrap the hood in black matte vinyl in order to really make it stand out. There's another muscle car just like mine, same color and model and they drive like a maniac. They can't jump off the line, they cross traffic lines and basically don't understand the Fast and Furious lifestyle. So as not to get confused with their erratic driving , I felt that I HAD TO vinyl wrap my hood. The first shop I got a quote done was for 1,000 dollars. Ouch! I shot over to House of Wraps and was quoted a way lower price . The gentlemen at House of Wraps are super polite, super knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
