I am not one to complain but I took my 2023 Lexus here to get my tinted all the way around. I decided to go with the ceramic tint that they recommend. I love the color but after 1 month of racking my brain and tearing my car upside down I realized the dead rat smell I had been smelling is the window tint!!! I had multiple people smell my windows and confirmed that I hadn't lost my mind. After spending $900 the only resolution they offered was a discount to remove the tint!!! Owner stated he had never heard of this in his 30yrs of doing tint but a google search proves different. Beware of poor Customer service.... So disappointe. read more

My co worker had her vehicle windows tinted with ceramic tint by this company. She complained about her vehicle smelling like a dead animal for a few weeks after it was done. Many of us helped her search her brand new car for the horrible smell. We realized it is her window tint that smells horrible. She took it back and the person working claimed he could not smell it. He wiped her windows down and told her to let him know if that helps. Her windows still smell like a dead animal and they only offered her a discount to remove the tint!!!! She paid $900 to have them not stand behind their product. I don't recommend ceramic tint from Sunblockers. read more

We had the western and southern facing windows done in our new home to reduce energy costs and save our furniture from sun damage. Jack came to our house and gave us a great explanation of the costs and the installation process. The one area not well communicated was the rebate offered by Redding Electric. The information given to us did not correctly explain that the rebate is not in the form of cash, but applied to your monthly electric bill. That came as a shock when we asked about the rebate from the installers. Another benifit of the window film is the privacy afforded from not being able to see in at all during the day, and hardly at all at night even with lights on inside. Aside from the poorly explained rebate, the installers were professional, meticulous, and friendly. They did an incredible job. The final product is fantastic. No more glare and no more heat energy coming through in the afternoons. I would have given them 5 stars if the rebate had been explained better. read more

I was referred to Sunblockers many years ago and have taken three vehicles there for window tinting. I would not take my vehicles any where else. These guys are so good at what they do and treat you like you've been friends forever. Took my 2015 civic to them about a year ago. The lady that was there to help me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me pick a tint that was legal for on road usage, and looked great. Now a year later I'm am writing this review to let people know that the products they sell are in fact of high quality. In the Redding heat this tint did not lift or bubble or fade. They even gave me a certificate to show to the cops if I ever was pulled over for "illegal tint" to prove the tint on my vehicle is with in all legal limits. read more
