Jonathan took care of our Tesla Model 3 LR which in a few months will be a year old. We promptly took it to him after taking delivery. We decided to drive up from the Central Valley to have it all tinted in Spectra Photosync and let me tell you it definitely helps keep the car so much cooler and is extremely noticeable in times like this when it's over 110 degrees. He was professional and super kind even had offered to let us borrow his car while we explored Redding. We decided to explore ourselves and he picked us up when he was done, and gave us a ride back to the car so we didn't have to use Uber again. Jonathan is easy to contact, responds quickly to calls or texts, and shows up when he's scheduled, and is very skilled at what he does. Reeves offers a variety of tinting; autos, residential and commercial. We were looking for someone to apply tinting to a couple of skylights. We wanted to protect our furnishings from fading. There are several hours a day when the light pours in. We knew we didn't want blinds. We like being able to look out through the skylights and enjoy the light. Tinting them was the perfect answer. I am more than pleased with Jonathan and Nikki and their shop's amazing customer service, professional installation, and attention to detail. From the day I contacted him via email for a quote, he replied in a timely manner (even when his shop was closed during his day off) and made sure he answered all my questions. Once the appointment was booked, I couldn't wait. The day before my appointment, Nikki called me to remind me of the appointment and to see if I had any additional questions. While Jonathan was tinting my windows, he offered to pick up my wife and I and even offered us his truck to use, however since we came from out of town we chose to explore downtown Redding by foot instead. I did have to come back to get my rear windshield tint replaced but Jonathan took care of me right away and did not charge. He will go out of his way to make things right and make sure you are satisfied. The tint job went generally well, although for anyone considering replacing a fading rear tint, the sooner the better! It is very difficult even for professionals to preserve the defrost heat elements when scraping off rotten tint. John took care of me and I was very happy with the results. I ended up getting 1 shade above limo in the rear and another shade above that for the front. In the future I'd recommend just getting limo in the rear, as during the day the privacy is much better and I can still see pretty well with one shade below limo for the rear. 5 stars, great people, I'd recommend them over anyone else in the area. read more
