Unfortunately, I had a ton of trouble getting my Ford in for service to diagnose and most likely replace my transmission. Having an interlock in my car made it really difficult and even more difficult when Patrick didn't want to take a few minutes to fill out some quick paperwork so I could get my car to them for servicing. After my interlock company also tried to get ahold of them on three different occasions with absolutely no luck I had to make the call to find another Ford dealer to service my vehicle. I called Yreka Motors and they got all the paperwork filled out within minutes of me calling and had it back to me within an hour. Where as at Crown Motors it took three business days (Friday Monday Tuesday, they're open on Saturday) just to get half the paperwork. It truly was very frustrating to get such lack luster customer service being in customer service myself and understanding that this situation was particular. I did not feel like my business was valued at all which was really disappointing overall. read more

I travel the country for a living. I have a fleet of ford transits.... I try to do most of our maintenance at ford dealerships . Quick lane is usually great for getting in and out for simple oil changes. They are usually on a first come first serve basis. Apparently this one is not so I set an appointment for 9:30 AM. I got here at 9 AM and they said it may be an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they haven't even started on it yet. Very disappointing.... I will not be coming back here. read more

My oil change was scheduled at 7am. I dropped my truck off the night prior. I called at 11am to check on my truck. Service was not done yet. I get a call at 12.40 pm, that my truck is done. Almost 6 hrs. later. I would not recommend crown motors. read more

I would like to share my amazing experience with Crown Ford because I believe customer service is becoming a lost art. I personally base all of my repeat business on customer service and when I find businesses who have great customer service I want to shout it from the rooftops. Backstory: I was on a very long trip where I drove from the Bay Area to WA to help a friend. I had been gone from my family for 2.5 weeks. I was returning home when my car started making a terrible sound. Still being 5 hours from home, I wasn't in the best of situations. In 12 hours I had been dispatched 5 different tow trucks that never showed up. Finally, the 6th one towed my car an hour to the nearest Ford dealership which happened to be Crown Ford. There were many other factors besides what I wrote that made me completely frazzled at this point. How Crown Ford made my crappy situation better: Once my car started making the terrible sound I called Ford but the service center was already closed for the day. Kurt, a sales manager, graciously helped me come up with ideas on the best way to handle this abnormal situation like how to get my car and myself to the dealership an hour from my location. He told me to text him if I needed anything. He also spoke with the service department the next day to see in what ways they'd be able to help me. This goes above and beyond his sales job requirements. I grateful to Kurt for helping me problem solve through a stressful situation. When I arrived at Ford I was so frazzled from the tow truck situation. Rick, the service manager I spoke with, told me he'd help me out in any way he could but they were already booking appointments a week out and he couldn't make any promises. In my frazzled state all I heard was "we're already booking appointments a week out." Poor Rick had to watch a grown lady cry and walk off. What I failed to hear was that he would try he best to help me out and he did just that. The next morning he was able to have his guys look for any problems. Luckily it was as simple as taking a few things apart, inspecting, and putting it all back together that fixed the problem. I was on my way back home after almost 3 long weeks hundreds of miles from my family. The icing on the cake was that he noticed my driver's side window wasn't working properly and he fixed that before he sent me on my way. Kurt and Rick both went above and beyond to help an out of town customer in an abnormal situation. It saved me money on possible hotel room stays, possible rental car costs, and possibly having to drive back out to Redding (4 hrs from home) to pick up my car. Best of all, I got home safely after a long trip and was able to hug my family. The only way I can ever repay them is to pass on my experience to others. This was my second visit to Crown Ford and both were equally disappointing. I will spare you the details of my first visit as I believe the second is more notable. I needed an oil change and to have service completed related to a recall for my truck. I called for an appointment and found their next available service was nearly two weeks out, so I booked it to have these items addressed as soon as possible. The appointment was for 8:30 in the morning, which is an important detail. One day prior to my appointment a representative called to move the appointment because they overbooked. They asked that my appointment be moved approximately one and a half weeks out. This would have been nearly a month since I originally made the appointment, so I declined and kept my original appointment because the recall was for a serious issue impacting the truck's steering. I arrived at 8:15 to check in and once the paperwork was competed I was told by the service writer my truck would not be ready until 3:00-4:00 that afternoon. For those keeping score at home, that would be 6.5 to 7.5 hours to complete an oil change and a simple, although critical, recall service. I was called at nearly 3:00 and informed that my truck was ready, but when I arrived it had not been washed as requested. The service writer "thought" he asked for this to be done, but when I saw it it was clearly not. The service writer then had to find a runner who had to wash and return my truck, which meant that I was not able to leave until 3:30. What is the point of having an appointment at 8:30 AM if it actually means all day? This is like making a dinner reservation for 6:30 PM sharp and having to wait until 9:45 to be seated. I will patronize another Ford service provider in the future. read more

No covid issues at this dealership. They decided to take another truck instead of mine after I dropped it off for scheduled appt. said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs ... I showed up 3 hrs later and it was still sitting in the bay:( I called first to see if I could pick it up, and I was transferred to a voicemail so I left a message. No one called back or bothered to update me in 3 hours that they had not bothered to start working on my truck. Well it only took 30 min to do a 2 hr job. In my household we have started to call Crown "Clown Motors" as the service is laughable. They are the only place in Redding where you can get warranty/certified work completed on your Honda and they seem to know it! While I have had numerous poor experiences (they broke a part on my mom's new Honda Fit while fixing a simple warranty issue and she was out of a car for a few days) this last one has pushed me over the edge! In general they were rude to me, unhelpful and didn't respect my time. They acted like they were doing me a favor and I was imposing on them. I have a feeling I will be driving my car to Chico in the future to simply avoid dealing with Crown. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment for a diagnostic test (my civic hybrid was not idling correctly), I decided to wait and asked how long it would take. The service representative was very rude and told me the mechanics leave at 4:30 so no longer than that. When I asked if it would be done by then he stated he did not know ad I didn't leave them much time to do the work. Don't schedule appointments at 3, after I explain the problem over the phone, then tell me I didn't leave enough time! They ended up with my car overnight and I finally called back at 3pm the next day as no one had contacted me about my car...it still wasn't done!! They were having trouble finding someone to take it on a 20 minute test drive to check it out. They wanted me to leave it again over night. I refused and went down in person to wait while they found someone to drive my car. This seemed to help them find someone. I was not pleased with my experience, the way I was treated or the service I received. Which is a shame as the actual mechanic who worked on my car seem knowledgeable and was by far the friendliest person I dealt with. read more

Grace, I agree with you - it is Clown Motors. Their sales staff and buying experience isn't terrible, it's the service that stinks. I took my 2-year old Taurus (bought at Corning Ford, which BTW is awesome) to Crown/Clown for a "warranty repair". It took 3-days to complete the repair (which was 2 days too long) and when we picked up the car ... the air conditioning was not working WHAT?!!! it was fine when it went in - not a single issue with it. The technician said "yea, I noticed it wasn't working' .. after we told them it wasn't. Ok if you noticed it wasn't working why didn't you fix it? Again, the car is 2 years old. Additionally, so that you know, Corning Ford is not only on top of service and experience, they wash your car every time they do a service (EVEN AN OIL CHANGE). Does Crown/Clown? Nope, not in my experience. Lesson learned, Crown either step it up or give up. Your lack of service will not cut it in today's market. Its worth the time to drive to Corning. read more

I know when I was down in San Diego, I'd buy a car and come back a couple months later for an oil change and whatnot. Down there, the ding dong who sold you the car would say "What can I do for you sir?". Hey, dude, I was here a month ago and got a car from you! "Oh yeah, mr. Smith...." uh... no dipshit it's Iiams. Like the dog food. "OH YEAH, you got a truck from me". Uh wrong again shitferbrains, I got a car. "Oh that's right, and you got your wife a car too!" *note at this point, my girlfriend is now seething, foaming at the mouth, thinking I'm a cheating bastard** Uh, no you fucktard, I only got one car, and now thanks to you, I'm gunna be either sleeping on the couch, or picking my clothes off the lawn and HOPEFULLY not going to have keymarks down my car tomorrow morning. I say all this because yesterday I went to get my oil changed at Crown, and as I'm driving in, I see one of the men who sold my wife her car (Bob Sallinen), and I saw Dave (who sold me my car) and both greeted me, asked me how my wife was doing, if she was enjoying HER ACCORD, and if they could do anything for me. That's 5 stars for the sales guys. I'm still a VERY HAPPY customer. So, I was 45 minutes late for my oil change. OOOOPSIES :( Thankfully, the wonderful woman in the service department (Julie Diordano) is a frikkin rockstar and was able to fit me in and didn't mention once me being late. Granted, she had the right to, but she still didn't. She asked if I needed anything while I was waiting, apologized that it was a VERY busy day and the oil change would be about an hour or so. No biggie. She also updated my phone number, mailing and home address, and answered a few simple questions for me. Now you see... When it comes to cars, I'm about as knowledgeable as a mechanic is when trying to do interior design. If I tried to do it on my own, instead of an hour of an oil change, I'd be a 24 pack into a case of beer, busted knuckles, and probably an ER visit. So, when asking Julie questions, I'm really that dumb with cars. Having her treat me as if I was asking questions that a person at TEDx should be asking made me feel good. I really can't say enough good things about everyone here. From the sales team, to the finance, to the crew in the back lot working on cars to the front office staff and everywhere in between, This place knows it's stuff. read more

The sales experience was fairly typical for a large dealer. No real pressure and the salesman was very accommodating of our changing interests from vehicle to vehicle. Finally decided on a car and went for a test drive. Salesman even went to our house with us to pick up our trade. Somewhat knowledgeable about the car's details but with so many models, I can't really fault him for not memorizing the owners manuals of all of the cars. The financing process, however, left a lot to be desired. Came in with pre-approval for a certain amount but fell in love with a pricier model. Nothing I couldn't afford but out of the "safe" range of guaranteed approval by my chosen financier. Haggled with the salesman and his "manager" for a bit until I settled on what I felt was a fair price for the car and for my trade. He took the numbers away and came back with totally different numbers for every point. Including going right back to full sticker for the car. I started to get up to leave when he went back to his manager for another round. A few more rounds of this and we settled on numbers I and they were happy with. I have nothing against making a profit but it needs to be fair. Their job is to make it as unfair as possible so remember that. The sales staff are NOT your friends. They are your opponent in a game. A game you will almost always lose but try to limit by how much you lose. Once the numbers were settled, I was told they were contacting my chosen financier with the deal and we waited. And waited. It was a Saturday afternoon and I understand having to call around to find the people needed. Finally, the salesman came back with the word that our financier had OK'd the deal. I asked specifically "My bank is OK with this loan amount?" His answer was a direct "Yes." He lied. We signed the paperwork at the agreed terms and we took delivery of the vehicle. The following Monday, I find out that my bank did NOT approve the loan as written and refused to budge from what I was originally approved for. Spent the day trying other financing options until they finally tell me to give them a few days. After 5 days, they ask us to come back in to look at a new deal. The deal was fairly similar to the previous deal but at .01% more interest and a shorter term. After some consideration we decide to do the deal and we're happy with the vehicle. I do have to say that I am mildly happy with how it turned out. We got a few concessions out of the dealer and they put up with a lot of status phone calls from me during the financing deal. I am not happy at all about being lied to but ultimately this was my mistake. Never trust a salesman. Do not ever, ever, go into a dealership without securing financing before hand. If you see something more expensive than what you have negotiated with your financier, WAIT. Get approved for the different amount first. Save yourself the headache. Make your offer and stick to your guns. Be prepared to leave if the stars just won't line up. The financing headaches are just not worth the time and effort that went into this deal. read more

My friend brought his Honda in to have a master key made. The cost was $110 and he ended up spending almost $300. They decided that he needed fluids drained and replaced. My friend is a wimp and cant say no so we ended up hanging around for almost 90 minutes. There were no coffee machines but they made some for us. The coffee was horrible but at least it was better than drinking soda. The staff inside the dealership pretty much ignored us for a good 20 minutes. We weren't serious about buying a car but they could at least check in or greet us. The place was empty and there were 3 associates hanging out by the computer. SF Honda is way better and they get more foot traffic. I figure if the place is empty then you should be eager to help anybody. *sigh* Well at least I got to check out the Honda Accord wagon. read more

Definitely a better option if you negotiate over the phone. Also, it helps to get another dealer in on the bidding. When I drove up, all the sales guys circled us like sharks but we were able to just walk in and fill out the paperwork. It took about an hour, versus the normal half day experience. I would give it four stars but the finance guy was not that friendly, was really stingy with the finance rate (I have above 800 credit score--don't I deserve something for that??) and didn't tell me that I had 65 payments instead of 60...kind of sneaky way to keep me under the $400/mo payment. I can't speak about the sales department but Perry Yorks in the service department was extremely personable and professional. Me and the hunny, limped in (towing our newly acquired vintage Airstream that we purchased in southern Oregon) with his big boy truck gushing transmission fluid today. I called initially and he fit us into the schedule. When confronted with the news that they wouldn't be able to advise us how much it would be/how long it would be to repair the issue, since they would have to pull the transmission and then order parts, which could be delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday, he candidly told us that it would probably be in our best interest to continue to fill up the transmission fluid and drive it carefully back to the bay area. How often do you find that kind of honesty at a car dealership? It restores your faith in humanity. I would have given five stars, not only for Perry, but also for their resonable labor rate of $99/hour and for WiFi in their lounge (I'm writing this review as they work on the truck) but the twenty something service advisor, Mike Nightingale, in the bay before him was a bit of a dick when the hunny and I arrived and blew us off completely stating that we needed to deal with Perry, who was busy with another client-lousy bedside manner (says a lot, not that I'm implying that he sucks in bed or anything). It's unfortunate, since this negatively affects the entire experience. But the gentleman wearing the light blue button down shirt with super short hair, was extremely nice, making small talk while we waited for Perry. These guys are great. Specifically the young guy who helped me. That would be Brandon. WHAT a sweet guy. I live in mount Shasta, so for ford repairs, this is my closest place to home. I unfortunately experienced a failure of my passenger door latch last Thursday while I was in the Bay Area for job training. This was unfortunately due to a recall that I never had taken care of due to laziness and lack of convenience. It suddenly became a much larger problem 330 miles from home. I called every ford station between where I was and Sacramento, all of which were booked 2 to 3 weeks out, and stated that this would be an all day job due to having to replace all of the patches (recall requirement). Finally in frustration I called the Redding Ford Service Station and spoke with Brandon on the phone, who told me that this was a fairly quick repair, that they'd be happy to take care of me, and asked me "when do you want to come in?" I knew I would be working in Redding on Monday, and Monday only to finish one last bit of training, and told him that if we could do it then, that would be great. He said "great! We have someone here as early as 730, would you like to drop it off then?" Of course I did! I'd like to point out that this review isn't meant to look bad on any other Ford station. I completely understand being booked for service in big cities. It was Brandon's genuine kindness, and ease in helping me quickly and correctly that got my attention. He happened to be the one to help me with my car when I dropped it off and picked it up today, and while he may feel he was just doing his job, I want him, and everyone else, to know that his wonderful attitude made a major difference in someone's week. My wife and I were recently in the market for a New Ford F150 4x4 pick up. We started working with another Ford Dealer, and basically for two months we were told that they could not get a long bed F150 4x4 Super Crew Lariat. We stopped by Crown Motors and told them what we were looking for and they had the truck at their dealership the next day! They made the whole process easy and painless and gave us a great deal on the truck. We took the truck in for its first oil change and they washed and vacuumed it while they had it. I had been calling around California trying to locate a truck in the midst of the nationwide new vehicle shortage. It turned out Crown was one of the dealers that had the truck I was looking for. Unfortunately I was unable to locate a dealer who was willing to allow me to use X-plan, in fact most were quoting pricing with insane markups over MSRP. I spoke with salesman Mark Williams who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. He did a great job explaining the current pricing situation and tried to come up with some ideas using incentives and alike to reduce the sales price. Long story short, the following day I decided to buy the vehicle. In addition to Mark's great assistance, Craig and Jared helped with getting everything done over the phone... AND part of the deal was rather than me driving 5 hours each way and renting a vehicle (another problem these days) to get to Redding, Craig arranged for "Mike and Mike" - their drivers - to deliver the vehicle to me, same day!!! What an incredible buying experience in a difficult time with vehicle shortages and all - I will definitely be calling Mark Williams and Crown Ford again as they were extremely fair, easy to deal with and went over and above getting this beautiful truck to me so quickly! read more

It was going on 4:00 pm on a Saturday when my 2012 Ford Focus flashed an ominous "Steering assist fault, service required" message on the info screen. "Oh crap!" I thought, "Why does stuff like this a always happen on the weekend?!!" I called Crown, not really expecting to get an answer that late on a Saturday, but sure enough, they were still open! I talked to the service manager who suggested I have it towed in so they could get at it on Monday. When I arrived, almost two hours later, thanks to the tow service not being able to find my house out here in "Rube Holler", they had a loaner all gassed up and ready for me and I was soon on my way! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.. or deal with this place AT ALL. They are the absolute worst. We purchased a brand new Ford Explorer 2017 platinum edition. Have only had it a few months. This is no cheap car. 60k. Paid another 6k for the all inclusive protection plan and extended warranty. Total waste of money. Wished we have purchased elsewhere. The other complaints here about awful service here are spot on. Purchase experience was ok. Normal I would say. But getting anything done under our extended service contract is A JOKE. First time we brought it in for normal service, they didn't clean the car, didn't perform a rotation.. they offered but said they would have to charge. So all we get is a oil change. Now we have a small chip in the front window. I've called them several times.. no return phone call. We tried to fix the window chip which should be covered by THEM under our warranty but they won't do it. Had the oil changed again and that is all. They even went and put excessive wear to tires on the checklist. But didn't fix, didn't offer to fix. Both the tires and the window are under our warranty. It's as clear as day in the paperwork we have that we signed. But getting these people to get on the ball and handle these things?? It's an absolute joke and they should be totally ashamed of themselves. I will tell everyone and anyone to avoid this place like the plague. They had an opportunity to fix the glass the same day as the maintenance and oil change but they didn't. And even with me having called them in advance to set it up, they still can't get it together. Still no return call. Even further.. my wife came back today and said the Joel L. Or Joel something that serviced her car said they don't do those things and the extended warranty is a lie. I'd say that's an honest statement about a completely dishonest outfit. Meanwhile when my wife takes her 2016 Honda Pilot into the other dealership where we purchased it, they take care of EVERYTHING. Clean the car, wipe down the inside, oil change, fluid checks, tire rotation. Etc etc. far better service with literally ANY other auto dealership. Again, I would avoid CLOWN MOTORS like the plague. I am a very unhappy customer of this company. I highly and strongly recommend nobody ever purchase a vehicle from this awfully shady car lot. Two weeks ago I purchased a vehicle which they said went through a 150 point inspection. Wrong! In the last two weeks of driving this vehicle we have found numerous things wrong. I have actually had to go into the shop 3 times. Once they were supposed to fix the 3 things wrong made my daughter and I had sit in the waiting room for an hour and half to come out and basically said I am a liar and I had "break dust on my breaks that's why they squeak" I literally got to the cypress street bridge and they squeezed so loud it's embarrassing. Called them again. Spoke to the manager. He said "oh their supposed to squeak." I called my mechanic a European one mind you who knows what he is dealing with. No! They are not supposed to squeak. They have the wrong breaks pads or rotors and or both for that car. They have probably just slapped some cheap-os on to get it through safety so they don't have to pay the price for the real ones. This is the worst customers service I have ever dealt with. When I called mike the sales manger back and told him what I found out. He hung up on me. Don't anyone ever go buy from this lot or crown Nissan. Unless, you want to feel less than, belittled or hung up by one of the managers. Awful company. Never again. read more

Crown motors is a COMPLETE JOKE. I have never been more unsatisfied with a car dealership or any other place remotely related to cars. Maybe ANY place for that matter. I went in with my dad looking at used cars because, hey, I'm a college kid on a budget. Oh hey, Hondas are reliable and kick-ass. This should be easy. NOPE. I felt so pressured, it was awful. Honestly, it started out okay. The guy seemed nice and we informed him how we don't want any games, we were just LOOKING at cars. I test drove a 2004 Honda accord with 115,00 miles (they were asking 10,000 btw YEAH RIGHT) and I really wasn't in love with it, but just out of curiosity, I asked if he could give me a rough estimate of what they could give me for my trade-in. He went in for a bit and came out with a bunch of paperwork, which I thought was strange, but whatever. As I'm standing there, another salesman had just finished doing a test drive with a family and they were leaving. He walks over to the the other Clown Motor salesmen who were just fartin around and says (I'm assuming about the family he JUST finished assisting) "I'm not going to run the f**king numbers if your'e not buying the car." and they all laughed. GREAT ATTITUDE. REALLY. If I'm not mistaken, the numbers are pretty damn important in helping you determine if you want to BUY THE CAR. It was ridiculous. I was done. Didn't want to do business with people like that. So we go to try and leave and Dorkus calls over his sales manager, some hot shot with an accent, who then tries to convince me why I should buy the car and how the car I really had my heart set on (a Kia over at Lithia Chevrolet) was not a great car because blah blah blah. OH YES SIR WITH THE FANCY ACCENT,YOU'VE CONVINCED ME, I'll TAKE IT. NOT. All in all they had this terrible attitude like we wasted their precious time. Almost in tears by the time I left because of the way they treated my dad and I. NOT COOL. I also have friends who have had bad experiences too. Regarding the service/maintenance portion of Crown Motors, that whole "your car wouldn't start so we did a bunch of stuff that was completely unnecessary and now we're going to charge you up the butt" seems to be a reoccurring theme. This review is for the service advisor department...best service advisor experience ever. They were almost closed , on a Saturday, and I had a transmission fluid leak. Rick was underneath my van with me, with a flashlight and rags trying to diagnose the problem, in between helping other customers. He was by himself and slammed but best service experience ever. I was passing through but if I lived there I would definitely buy a vehicle here and would have all my service done here. read more

Crown Motors is kind of mixed for me. Their sales people are competent, but they are salespeople if that makes sense? I heard them arguing in the back room when they were selling me my truck. The salesperson clearly thought I was an @$$,#0£€ and and I heard him tell his manager that. But it's sales, so in a weird way I don't mind. If I have the upper hand in negotiations, he's probably going to think I'm a jerk that so that's a good sign This service is good. I've always dealt with Rick. He's nice and knows what's going on. Of the four things I've been in for since I purchased my truck (an oil change, a sensor, a tire rotation, and a wheel that I ruined due to four-wheeling beyond my ability), three of the four issues have been covered by warranty, done right, and fast. Now the bad; the lady who you pay once your maintenance is done is a world class %itch. My experience Is she just wants you out of there as fast as possible. She's not interested in saying hello or being pleasant in any way. She's rude, I think she's rolled her eyes so many times her face is really 'stuck-like-that', smart-alecky and seems angry about having to help you. Frankly her manager should have a good talk with her about whether or not she really wants to stay in her current position. Or maybe it's time for her to move on to a job that'll make her more happy; maybe a carnival selling cotton candy? read more

If i could give the sales department less then one star i would! first off all they do is lie, lie and lie some more. my husband bought a brand new dodge truck from them and from the beginning the girl lied about stuff that the truck had, so we had to go back after we purchased it and have them add it since it was promised to us. They were good about that part. well we had to trade in his truck which was an awesome truck and worth a good amount of money, well they said because the car fax stated it was in an accident (a fender bender) and there was slight damage but no frame damage (she tried to lie and tell us there was) that they would have to sell it at auction and COULD NOT sell it on there lot. well well, checked there website and there it is for 10,000 more then what they gave us for it. my husband called and spoke with a manager and he said they could do nothing about it and the lady had no right to tell us that, as it is not her call. so all around they are just full of lies. The service department is great, but i recommend you go somewhere else to buy a car. they WILL screw you over. Thanks A lot Crown Motors! real awesome! read more

Repair went better than perfectly. We were on our way north to view the solar eclipse along with about a million other drivers when our F250 broke down in Weed. We got a tow back to Crown Motors Ford in Redding (we had called first). We got there and found them swamped (our service advisor, Rick, was all alone). Nevertheless we got treated like rock stars. We had blown a starter, they had one in stock. We were in and out in an hour when we feared it would be days. Thank you! read more

Last Friday, the 13th, my husband and I got 2 vehicles from the salesman Andy Wardinski. We leased a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe for 230$ a month! (great deal!) We purchased a pre-owned 2008 Chevy Silverado LTZ for about 336$ per month. The sales manager John Taylor started off by asking me what price range I wanted to be in based on what I was able to afford monthly. We came up with the payments of 240$ for the car and $333 for the truck so you can see how I was very happy with our end results as they were very close to what we had discussed in the first place! :) I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the pre-owned truck was! Fully detailed inside and out! Everyone at Crown Motors was very helpful from the time we stepped on the lot to check out the pre-owned cars to the time we drove off with our 2 new vehicles! Crown really goes above and beyond to take care of their customers! I say this because I financed the truck and got a pretty good rate! Crown made it their personal mission to get me an even better rate!! They called me the next day to let me know they had got my rate lowered resulting in a lower monthly payment! How wonderful is that?! We came in a little late in the evening since we both work pretty late and the staff had no problem staying later with us making sure we were fully taken care of. Never once did we feel like we were rushed. Since Crown didn't have the color (red) of the civic I wanted, they were able to locate one and had it delivered to the dealership the very next day! This is my second time leasing a vehicle from Crown and my first time buying. I will continue to get my vehicles here! Terrible customer service. Go to another town to buy your car. It really is worth the drive. They cashed a check on a partial down payment that they promised to hold for 28 days causing my checking acct. To bounce. After seeing the canceled check sent me back to the bank said it wasn't good enough. Ended up having my daughter cover the check but they were kind enough to pay the NSF charge they created. Cashed it within 6 days of me giving it to them. Then didn't even offer anything for my time or stress or the fact that I was supposed to be in Sacramento finishing up employment paperwork. Thanks for jerking me around. Will never buy there again. read more
