I wouldn't recommend this place. I've bought 4 used tires from The Tire Tree. After a month, one tire got broken. I went and bought another one. After several months a coating of another tire got broken. After this disappointment I've decided to buy brand new tires from Walmart. At Walmart I was said that some of my tires were 10+ years old! Indeed disappointed with the product. The overall service and how they treat you was pretty well, but their product is indeed bad. I've lost 300$ with them. So, take for free my lesson, don't buy old tires, buy new ones. Though that doesn't excuse them from selling 10+ years old tires. read more

I want 2 new rear tires and mounted and balance. I do run a stretched tire so things tend to be slightly more difficult (but still not difficult) they charged me 300 bucks for 2 tires that are 75 bucks a piece. Which means they charged an additional 150 dollars to mount tires. When they were taking the tires off they kept smacking the rim and ruined both rims! not just one but both of them. They put the weights in a spot to where they will fall off. I don't recommend going here at all. Golden State tire is way better and actually know what they are doing. read more

Took car so the locks on the wheel would be taken off. Called before. When arrived employee was ready to assist. Owner asked him if this was the vehicle. He said yes. Owner approached my husband and I and said he would not help being that it was timed consuming . I asked him for him to give us a heads up who would help and he said no he would not get involved. Our suv was bought used and it did not come with the unlock key we did not know until we wanted to rotate the tires. Work is crazy busy right now, so Saturday is the first time I have to go buy a new tire. New tire? No...let me correct myself - four new tires. That's right. The other one is a chain, very well known, and there is always a looooong wait. I wanted to find someone local, affordable, and honest. I asked a few coworkers, and a couple of them gave high marks to the Tire Tree. Work was so busy this week. Saturday was the first chance I have had to buy my new tires. I started calling the Tire Tree at 8am. No answer, no voicemail. No idea what their hours are. It is now 9:40am. I am done. If they can't even bother to record voicemail to tell me when they are open, how can I trust them to take the time to do a good job on my car? I guess that is why the big guy is always busy. My daughter had a flat tire so called AAA to put spare on till she could get tire patched. She couldn't afford a new tire so I called around a the man who answered phone here said he had a used one in stock so after her doctor appointment she drove there but her truck started shaking so bad she thought the spare was going to fly off. She had no choice me but to go 30 miles an hour to get to the tire shop but luckily she made it. When she got there the same man I talked to earlier said he told me he didn't gave that size tire, but when my daughter said he definitely Tilden he did have one . He finally agreed he did have one but had no time to change it till the next day even though it was only 3:00. My daughter explained her spare was ready to fly off but he said don't know what to tell you I can't do it now. She limped off again to LesSwab on Hilltop who couldn't have been nicer and stayed after closing time to put a used tire on for her . So they were supposed to change two tires on my explorer, and they ended up not being the right size, which is confusing since theyre a tire shop. They should be able to find OUT which size would be the correct ones. The woman who answered was rushed and annoyed with me that I called asking them to check my spare as well. So i dropped my truck off and an hour later i had to stop to get something out of my truck and they told me, oh they arent the right size, so we cant do it. O never received a call. Then they claim they couldnt get into my drivers side door anyways, and i got on just fine, only to see the door handle was stuck in open. I can only open it from the outside now, and this was NOT like this before. They broke my handle, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. read more
