Jason and Roman were great as usual getting me the right car for right deal! Subaru vehicles are safe reliable and sell themselves but I always appreciate this dealerships help. I've stopped by twice and called with questions. They always help and give great service. The dealership is clean friendly and I feel give honest helpful service. Check them out and get a Subaru! Their service department with Hunter has also served me well. This is my third Subaru and I have had all their help over the year. My husband family and I really enjoy this dealership and service department. If you need work done get it done by the pros!

Roman and Harrison (a dynamic duo) made purchasing this car so easy and so so much fun. When I first started talking to Harrison I wanted a Crosstrek but then I decided I wanted to get an Outback because right now they have some pretty good deals. But then Roman via Harrison suggested the Forester and when we learned that we could get a really deal on it, my husband and I chose this model. We were shown a silver model but i really wanted black. Roman went looking and found the black. If you're into buying a new car, do your loan application on their website before you go. It makes it so so much easier. Jason, the finance guy also was good to work with. He just made us sign a lot of things. Lol have fun shopping! The best place to go and the best car to choose, a Subaru.

I am writing this review because I need Lithia Toyota of Redding to finally do what is right. I purchased a 2017 BMW from this dealership with ~49,000 miles for approximately $22,000 and paid an additional ~$5,000 for an extended warranty, under a lot of pressure from a sales person at time of closing , believing I was making a responsible investment in a safe and reliable vehicle. Instead, within weeks of purchase, the car began experiencing repeated coolant leaks, overheating, and persistent heavy fumes inside the vehicle. Over the past 2.5 years, the vehicle has been returned multiple times for the same unresolved issue, including several tows (4-5 now) back to the dealership. On more than one occasion, I was also left to figure out transportation on my own because a rental vehicle was not available during repairs, creating even more financial and personal hardship. To make matters worse, I am repeatedly charged a $200 diagnostic fee for what continues to be the same recurring problem. During one tow, another issue was identified and presented as though it was entirely separate from the original concern, yet the vehicle is still overheating and leaking coolant to this day. It is in their shop today - another missed day of work with a migraine. What is most concerning is the impact this has had on my family. Every family member who has been in this vehicle has experienced immediate nausea, headaches, and worsening asthma symptoms. I never truly got to enjoy this car or drive it comfortably without the overwhelming smell of fumes and it leaving me stranded on my way to Sacramento for a flight -work trip. I will continue advocating for a fair and decent reimbursement because no customer should spend this kind of money -- over $30,000 total at this point, including warranty -- and be left with a vehicle that has been unsafe, unreliable, and never properly resolved. I am asking my Redding community: What would you do in this situation, and what do you feel is a reasonable reimbursement amount? I would truly value any advice, support, or shared experiences from others who may have gone through something similar. I am not going to stop advocating until this is made right. Corporate in Oregon pushes back to local dealer and dealer offers 5-8k for buy back , which I think is absurd. I have reached out to Lithia Toyota -regional office in New York with no response . I am filing once again with Better Business Bureau because our community deserves to be protected and things like this should never happen, especially not from a big dealership like Lithia...

My family has been driving Kia's since 2015. Never have we had an issue that Kia wasn't willing to resolve. Not only do they offer the best warranty, most reliable vehicles, and greatest deals when it comes to value (quality vs price, the quality always outweighs the price), but the service can't be beat. I'm new to the area and when my car needed service I tried to schedule trips down to my original dealership. What a huge mistake. On the suggestion if a close friend I tried Redding Kia. Let me tell you... I have never been so happy with a decision in my life. Not only do they match all of what I've come to know and love about Kia in the past, but the people here really care about making you happy. Hopefully I don't have to come in too often, but in my experience thus far there have been two names that I committed to memory. In the Service Department, Amber Griffith. Professional, methodical, and one heck of a problem-solver. She was always understanding and kind. Also very attentive, no matter how busy she gets, she always checks in and lets you know what is going on. She has gone above and beyond for my family and I, I think part of what means the most is how patient and understanding she has been. Coordinating our unusual dynamics and schedules can be hectic to say the least. A truly impressive human being. In the Sales Department, Terry "Pops" Giomi. Incredibly helpful, patient, brilliant, this person made me feel welcome from the second I pulled in (I came for a service appointment) to the moment I left. I asked about what's new with this year's models, he knew it all by heart, I told him how I was new to the area, he told me about how amazing this dealership works together and how they tie in with the community, even answered questions about a few local restaurants and places I could check out. He really made me feel like a friend or family and less just a customer, but still kept it professional that when I needed anything like to test out seating and how I fit into vehicles he was happy to accommodate. It's just gotten worse over the years. Justino appears to be the only one there that cares at all about the customers. They don't return calls. They don't even remember to pick you up and leave you standing outside for an hour. As the service departments are often where the money is for a dealership these days, you'd think they would try. Unfortunately, I like the cars, but the service department has made it so I will not purchase from here again and recommend the rest of my family no longer do so as well. If you need service here and absolutely cannot go anywhere else, all I can say is good luck.

I was very perplexed, especially since they are the only Honda dealership in town. Anyway, the service department gave me two reasons why the could not take service my car. 1. My car had never been serviced there before, and 2. My car is over 10 years old!!! I've never heard of such ridiculous reasoning. I have never heard of such rules. Anyway, I brought my car to the dealership where i usually get it serviced and told them what happened and they were absolutely flabbergasted. They had never heard of anything like this and they said that if any customer brings in a bond, we will take care of them, no matter what year the car is. **Just a fair warning to Honda owners whose cars are 10 years or older moving to Redding or the surrounding area, you will definitely have to find another place to have you car serviced! 0 customer service 0 for poor management/ownership to allow this lack in support for Honda owners in the community

Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery and kept the old one in. I had to move my car and jump it then drive all the way back. They said that they had a "random" battery sitting that they were confused about and decided it was best to wait until someone showed up to pick it up. I don't understand why the could have called me to let me know or investigate to find out that they did not change the car battery. They also did not offer any discount for this inconvenience. I will never come back here again. You pay for a service for them not to perform it and act all fraudulent.

I called around and got Mike who told me to bring it in, they are busy but it might be a quick fix. Paul got involved and did a careful diagnosis of the problem. The pan of course needed to be replaced. More importantly another part inside was bent, and if they could not fix it, I would need a new valve body, the part cost over $1,100 and would take a week to deliver, which Paul thought was ridiculous. He took this on as a challenge to fix the transmission parts without buying a new valve body. He worked hard on it, and in the end was successful! I saved a bunch of money, and they got me back on the road home. Great work, and much appreciated!

She lives in very rural Siskiyou County. Paul and his crew did a very cost effective rebuild of her transmission in a timely manner. The transmission has been working great for the past two years of heavy use. When we were at the shop for the above repair, we saw many friends coming in for repairs to their vehicles as well. Talked with our friends and found that they have been using RTS exclusively for years. They are all very happy with the work, pricing, and helpfulness. So when the transmission on my truck suddenly went out without warning on our wedding day, we knew where we would be taking the truck. Once again, Paul did a quality repair for a very fair price in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
