Back in September, I had a huge encounter with a leaping deer. My 2010 ram 3500, and the windshield smashed the hood rippled, and the cab roof caved in. Jake with Bailey motors, did a wonderful job in restoration. Here are the before and after pictures. Friends of mine that's all the work said you better hold onto this guy he's like gold. This was my first experience with them and I am fully satisfied. They took care of everything I needed to get taken care of and even reduce the cost by hammering out the roof instead of replacing it. I did not have to pay the deductible of $500 and other costs were absorbed by not replacing the cab top. If you have any problems mechanical or bodywork these are the guys to talk to you in Reading area. Thanx Jake and Bailey Motors.

The best place ever to buy a used car or get repairs. Jake, his mom and His daughter go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Friendly, honest and efficient. I totally recommend Bailey Motors.

At the dealership when I put money down, they then held it for me for a week until i could get the rest of the down payment. Only 13,999!!

Redding Kia

Quick summary: 100% recommend, professional, patient, accommodating, stellar service, wonderful…read morepeople! Read the more in-depth review for details. My family has been driving Kia's since 2015. Never have we had an issue that Kia wasn't willing to resolve. Not only do they offer the best warranty, most reliable vehicles, and greatest deals when it comes to value (quality vs price, the quality always outweighs the price), but the service can't be beat. I'm new to the area and when my car needed service I tried to schedule trips down to my original dealership. What a huge mistake. On the suggestion if a close friend I tried Redding Kia. Let me tell you... I have never been so happy with a decision in my life. Not only do they match all of what I've come to know and love about Kia in the past, but the people here really care about making you happy. Hopefully I don't have to come in too often, but in my experience thus far there have been two names that I committed to memory. In the Service Department, Amber Griffith. Professional, methodical, and one heck of a problem-solver. She was always understanding and kind. Also very attentive, no matter how busy she gets, she always checks in and lets you know what is going on. She has gone above and beyond for my family and I, I think part of what means the most is how patient and understanding she has been. Coordinating our unusual dynamics and schedules can be hectic to say the least. A truly impressive human being. In the Sales Department, Terry "Pops" Giomi. Incredibly helpful, patient, brilliant, this person made me feel welcome from the second I pulled in (I came for a service appointment) to the moment I left. I asked about what's new with this year's models, he knew it all by heart, I told him how I was new to the area, he told me about how amazing this dealership works together and how they tie in with the community, even answered questions about a few local restaurants and places I could check out. He really made me feel like a friend or family and less just a customer, but still kept it professional that when I needed anything like to test out seating and how I fit into vehicles he was happy to accommodate. A stellar person. Thank you all for the experience the service the info and I look forward to doing more business here!

Done with this dealership. My family and I have purchased a total of 5 cars from here. The buying…read moreexperience was always good. But the problems are with the service department. It's just gotten worse over the years. Justino appears to be the only one there that cares at all about the customers. They don't return calls. They don't even remember to pick you up and leave you standing outside for an hour. As the service departments are often where the money is for a dealership these days, you'd think they would try. Unfortunately, I like the cars, but the service department has made it so I will not purchase from here again and recommend the rest of my family no longer do so as well. If you need service here and absolutely cannot go anywhere else, all I can say is good luck.

In the beginning, communication was poor, but the work itself was completed and I received my car back within a reasonable timeframe. Later, when Crown put a new person in charge of the Dodge/Chrysler service area, things improved. On two different occasions, my car was taken in quickly, I was updated promptly, and repairs were completed within an acceptable timeframe. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the exact opposite. On August 26, 2025, my car had to be towed into Crown. The next morning, I called to confirm they had received my key and paperwork in the night drop box. This immediately became a nightmare. Their AI operator couldn't understand what I was calling about, and it took considerable effort to reach a live person. While it wasn't the person I asked for, at least he confirmed my key and information were safe and assured me that a service tech would call me soon. That call never came. On August 28, I tried twice to reach someone, only to be sent to voicemail. The 29th, I called twice more with the same result. After the long weekend, on September 2, I made three more attempts--again, voicemail only. I was finally given the Service Manager's number, but after leaving messages, I never received a call from him either. Ten days later, someone (not a Dodge/Chrysler service tech) finally called me back, only because (as he stated, "now that the manager has been called) I was told to call you. I explained my situation, and he promised to follow up. Days passed with no word. By day 13, I called again and spoke with someone else who said they would "see what they could do." Eventually, I got another call from the same "not a Dodge/Chrysler" person, who told me the problem, assured me it was covered under warranty, but warned it might take "days and days" to get the part. When I checked with the warranty provider, I was told the part could be delivered within a day. Despite this, I heard nothing further until September 12 at 3:38 pm--day 17. The call began with, "Come get your car." When I asked for clarification, the person apologized and told me who it was, and it (my car) was ready but that the shop closed at 5:00. He offered no after-hours pickup option, no lockout service, no coordination with sales to release my key. I had to call someone else myself to finally arrange one of those solutions. By day 18, I was able to retrieve my car from the sales department. My deductible was waived, which was appropriate given the appalling service. But I never once received a call from the Service Manager, despite leaving multiple voicemails. I never received an apology. The only person who reliably communicated with me throughout this ordeal was the warranty representative--ironically, not even their responsibility. I have supported Crown Motors' Service Department in the past, because until now, my experiences were acceptable. But this time I witnessed firsthand what many others in the community have already told me: Crown's customer service is severely lacking. My Chrysler is now 12 years old, and I'll soon be in the market for a new car. I can say with certainty it will not be purchased from Crown Motors, which is a huge bummer, because I am a believer in shopping in my local community and support businesses that are owned by local people. Crown really needs to make some changes. This was the worst customer service experience, ever.
