This place is an absolute ripoff joke. The customer service first and foremost was my main area of concern. Seems like they don't have enough people working there that understand the service industry and their business moreover. Had a tire blow up and needed it replaced kid was wild eyed and barely able to pay attention to what I was saying in the evening. Then I come back and it's one tire so needless to say I figure they'll pull my truck up quickly and get it done. Instead, after giving my keys to the attendant at the desk he just walks in and ignores me so I have to actively go up and say are you guys going to have time to do that? He says oh yeah we'll squeeze you in. So the kid from the previous night didn't Make a note and tell the shop that they'd need to install my tire. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told an hour and a half MAX wait to get my car back. I came back an hour later and it has not moved from where I parked it. As the latest online reviewer, I too can contest that my overall experience was satisfactory. My vehicle's tires were in dire need of replacement - and America's Tire was the clear choice. Their website is easy to navigate through and I was able to take advantage of a holiday promo going on. The online pre-order was simple and as promised, was given a call by the shop the next morning. Customer service at this location is superior. The men whom had assisted me were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We did run into a hiccup where the tires didn't arrive at the shop on the scheduled date. I waited until after 4pm on the scheduled day and after no call, went in to inquire. They were not able to make any sort of adjustment to the order and I had no choice but to wait until the following day. I will say that when I went in the following day, the staff did go out of their way to accommodate me which I appreciate. The installation took maybe 40 minutes (I was expecting a few hours at least) and the end result was remarkable. Grateful to have bought new tires at an affordable rate from this company. My first time trying Americas Tire. I called the store told the employee the tire size 225-45-r18. They said they had a set of 4 tires for $498 with mounting and balancing. Deal sounded decent for set of 4 tires with 40k warranty but when I showed up to the shop I waited 10 minutes just to be told they don't have those tires in stock and can't help me out. Americas tire doesn't seem to have updated inventory or doesn't write down proper tire measurements. I had to tell the guy 3 times the size and finally show them a picture of my tire for them to properly find out they don't have those tires. Americas tire lost $500 in business but it worked out in my benefit because I got a better deal at another tire shop in town. Better tires, same price and better tire warranty at competition. As I always do, I had a great experience today at this location. I only had to wait for one car, and after only 5 minutes it was my car's turn and Leonardo filled my tires, and we had a very nice conversation. He was super friendly greeting me and kindly let me know of a few other concerns dealing with my car's tires, and was patient with me asking questions (being a teenage girl who is clueless about cars and tires) despite him having to stand in the cold and rainy weather. I wish there were more service workers like Leonardo! I am never disappointed in my visits here as the workers are always amazing and my visits are super convenient. I called multiple times the day prior to coming in to get new tires and my last call was around 6:20 PM (after hours) but Tim had remembered the last bit of my phone number and still answered to confirm that he would let me come in before hours the next day. He met me outside right after I parked and let me wait in the lobby before they were open. When I returned on my lunch break, he saw my work van and met me outside AGAIN with my receipt and keys in hand. Tim ROCKS! So, I went in for them to check my tires because my maintenance light was on. Let me tell you, I had called probably an hour to close I didn't come in until about 20 minutes to close (I was still busy). Generally I don't like doing this but the person on the phone convinced me. Not only did they say it wouldn't be a problem but wanted me to come in because they didn't want me to be in stranded with the weekend coming. Fast forward to me actually going in... The employee recognizes me from the call gesturess me to come over and get my tires checked and since one was very low they insisted they check it out. Low and behold there was a nail! They literally raised my car, took off the tire and patched me up with no charge. I was astounded because they actually care about people's safety...
