Instead of listening to her concerns, the worker repeatedly insisted she was wrong and argued that they couldn't find anything. After continuing to look, they finally found the nail, pulled it out, and it was clearly the source of the air leak. Everyone has busy and stressful days, but taking a moment to listen to your customers goes a long way. Had they listened from the beginning instead of dismissing her concerns, the experience would have been much more positive.
