Quality Used Tires is definitely a place that I recommend for all your tire needs. I can trust the employees to make accurate and fair price quotes, and their prices are definitely reasonable. Their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. If you have had issues with tire shops in the past, go to Quality Used Tires for a breath of fresh air. You guys are awesome! If the owner reads this post, give your boys a raise! They deserve it. read more

I was disappointed with the customer service. My daughter brought her car in because she had run over a nail and knew it was causing her tire to lose air. Instead of listening to her concerns, the worker repeatedly insisted she was wrong and argued that they couldn't find anything. After continuing to look, they finally found the nail, pulled it out, and it was clearly the source of the air leak. Everyone has busy and stressful days, but taking a moment to listen to your customers goes a long way. Had they listened from the beginning instead of dismissing her concerns, the experience would have been much more positive. Good customer service starts with treating customers respectfully and taking their concerns seriously. read more

Mac's is the only place I will buy my tires. They have great prices, and if they don't have the tire, that they order it and it comes the next day. Mikah is always great to work with you! They will always rotate your tires after your purchase for free. I highly recommend this business! read more

This is a great spot to get affordable tires. The salesmen were helpful, and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and explained about the wear on my tires. It's located right off Oro Dam Blvd not too far from the freeway, so it was easy for me to stop in there as I was passing through. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest help. read more

Was first told they "don't carry used tires"... But quickly reiterated to "don't carry used 15' tires. If I brought the used tire to them they would have mounted it on the rim for $20. All in all, not much help for a place claiming to be discount USED tires. read more

These guys are awesome. If you need a tire I highly recommend them. A few months ago I bought some tires from them and was really impressed with the service. When I need more tires for my other car I returned. The thing is... my 2nd car needed odd tires sizes in a staggard setup. They did everything they could to assist me even calling the other store to see if they had what I wanted. I know I was as annoying customer but they helped me along every step of the way. Both experiences were very pleasant and I'll return when I need more tires. read more

Two days ago, I stopped to have two tires swapped over to two different wheels for an old car of mine. The price was $12.50 per wheel. Wheels were already off the car, a quick job. They then proceeded to help 3 other customers that had arrived after I had been there. I continued on my drive home. I then stopped at the Quality Used Tire store in Chico. $17.50 per wheel! I mentioned the cheaper price at the Oroville store and was told "that's the price." I then stopped at Discount Tire in Chico. Price? FREE!! Today I drove home on my 4 new tires on my Mini I purchased from Discount Tire. A $650 transaction. That's how you do business, that's how you treat a customer and that's how you get the sale. read more

The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and professional. They have helped me with multiple tire needs and are very knowledgable in the field. They get the job done quickly and without the hassle of trying to push more services on you or sell anything extra. I would highly recommend this business to anyone; anytime I need tire work done I hope to be close enough to go here. Overall, this is a great and honest business. Plus, Micah's not half bad. ;) read more

I was in the area when I had a problem with a tire. Everyone in town told me to try Quality Tire. I spoke to Micah, he was very helpful. He sold me a very good used tire, put it on my car and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Cheap, Fast, Friendly, Thanks for the Great Service! read more

Quality Used Tires has always been good to me. I've done a lot of business with them & will continue to do so. A few months ago I had an emergency trip to the Bay Area come up & they stayed open late so they could check out my tires before I left town. Great customer service & always a pleasure to deal with :) read more

Worst customer service!!!! I went here to get tires for my Honda. not only did he not mount them in correctly. (Directional tires) but he also put way too much air in my tires. He put the max psi. I would never go here agin!!! read more

I had two sets of trailer tires/wheels where I needed to have the tires from one set switched to the other set (total of four tire dismount & remounts). I had called other places in town who quoted me $100 to do the job. I called Quality Used Tires in Oroville and spoke to Andy. He told me they would do the job for $40. I took the tires/wheels in and met Andy who is very personable and professional. He apologized that they had two jobs ahead of mine and that it might take an hour. What a pleasant surprise! Most places would have taken a lot longer. I also asked him about balancing the wheels. He said it was not really necessary for trailer tires but if that is what I wanted, he would be happy to do it. When I ask how much extra it would be, he replied, "no extra charge". What an amazing surprise that was! Any other place would have charged more. An hour later I was able to pick up my tires/wheels mounted and balanced exactly as I had requested. When I paid Andy the $40, he was very much appreciative of my business. Another welcome change from what I have experienced at some other places. I would certainly recommend Andy and Quality Used Tires to anyone else. read more
