Family friendly, honest, fair and reasonable pricing for services. I brought my Nissan Xterra XE 4WD in for an oil change, brake and suspension inspection. I was experiencing braking issues and lots of road bouncing ride issues. Issues found were that shocks front and back, upper and lower control arms, and axles and swings links were extremely worn and damaged. They fixed and replaced and did a spectacular job. I just had a new alternator installed in my 2021 Toyota Avalon by L.E. Automotive and the entire process was smooth and went really, really well. I didn't expect to have to have any work done on a car as new as mine and when I called for an estimate, Lynton was quite surprised by this as well but offered a free diagnostic on my car for me. Friendly service, and they reply on Yelp! Most importantly, they made me feel comfortable in their shop. The workers were welcoming and relaxed. I had 3 things I needed- diagnostics and fix of a squeaking belt, brakes replacement, and tires rotated. They said the squeaking belt just needed tightening and they did that for free! (Since it was just a tightening of a bolt or something) They also rotated my tires for free since they already had them off for the brakes. Looks like the day I bought it! My car was full of four years worth of dog hair, dirt and grime from camping trips, and a pretty gnarly smell. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could write -5 stars I would. This "mechanic" who owns the shop is literally is nothing but a Fraud. I came in for an oil change he took 2 weeks to get me in. Which I thought was unusual because it only takes 20 mins to 1 hour max. Then he calls me saying I need new brake pads ( even though they were not making any screeching noise which are built into the brake pad to let you know its get time to change the brake pads. Then he trying to sell me everything he can the serpentine belt, AC belt, etc. so I again gave him trust that is is in bad condition. - after that first oil change they screwed something that holds the motor oil. and I assumed since it was just changed it might just be minor oil residue. this all happened over a period of 5-7 months first the very first day I met him for a radiator install, I've had routine mantiance on my car on the regular and in period of 5 years I had no issues at all with the professionals. Guess what happens a couple months later but the entire alternator was drenched in oil. The which is something he should be able to look at but when I call him he will tell me come in on XX/XX/XX date. he never called me or followed up with me and now there oil leaking on everything I gave this business over $1000.00 easy and then after asking him to fix the gasket he texted me back say he doesn't want to do the repair because he said exactly this" I cant work on your car because its likely another leak and/or gasket. then he claims my wheels need to be replaced. lol no joke, I paid him to buy new lug nuts and for being a "mechanic" he didn't realize he purchased the wrong nuts and I simply went into my garage and grabbed the originals and the car was smooth and perfect until he was playing around with things that never had an issue in such a short time frame. The car only is worth $3000 so the best thing for anyone who got ripped off by this shop just google Bureau of Automotive Repair- they will have your back and its not his first complaint from what they told me. Service was quick and they gave me a good rundown of some issues the car might have but didn't try to upsell me. And repaired , replaced brakes and was out of there fast , they also found my brake fluid was not in good shape so replaced my brake fluid as well .
