Their relationship and workmanship is outstanding . They are the best in the north state.

This place is horrible, low class budget friendly. The used parts guru. lied over $17,000 in repair that was never addressed. Nationwide caught Bob F. red handed. You should have seen the tears. I'm surprised they are still in business. What a POS you have to be to blatantly just lie about work that was never done. I'm glad insurance companies investigate fraudulent repair facilities like this one that was owned by Bobbie F. I would give negative stars if I could read more

Great Team!! Came in for a bummer replacement. Teresa found some used parts which lowered my bill. The work was seamless! Just like a new car!! read more

I took my Subaru Outback for repair after a friend backed into me. They helped me through the process of dealing with her insurance company, getting a rental car, and the repair of my vehicle! They were kind, prompt, and very knowledgeable. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. The repair work comes with a warranty and my car looks great! Concours Elite is definitely my body shop of choice from now on! read more

I took my truck to Concourse Elite because I hit a deer that was before covid my truck came back with a broken column shifter and dash lights out and his daughter conveniently double-billed me and said it was computer glitch Vince said I was trying to fraud them I took my truck back for another repair because someone ran into it Bob said he would fix everything and he did not still no dash lights column shifter not working correctly now I have a leaking rear door window and those 4x4 sticker on the side of my truck because he ordered the sticker wrong and refused to work on my truck anymore because I turned them into Allstate and he lost his contract When you and your family start treating people rude it will destroy your business you're not better than everybody else read more

Can't say enough good things about Concourse. Had to bring my jeep here after an accident and they navigated me through the insurance process and made sure the job was done right. Got my jeep back looking brand new - they even detailed it! Big thanks to the Concourse team. read more

NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!! Do not bring your vehicles here! He has DESTROYED my vehicle after bringing it to this shop for repairs. I had a beautiful truck before bringing it to this shop for repairs. Bob the owner is a disrespectful 70 year old man who does not care about his business, or the quality that comes out of it. He has cussed at me and my partner and told us we were lying when I informed him that his repair almost put my child in danger for not being done properly. Horrible horrible horrible quality, customer service and overall business moral. I could say so much more, like how I used to work for Allstates and watched nothing but problems come back from his shop! Here we are 4 years later and he has done NOTHING to improve these problems. His welder cannot weld; he does not know what he's doing!!! My possible repair is now being TOTALED because it was ill handled by bobs employees at concord elite. NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!!! Bob is a disrespectful jerk with no concern for quality or customer service; just his pockets. read more

On Nov 19, 2024 I brought my 1977 El Camino in to get an estimate for a scraped left fender. This car has a very special candy apple red paint job and I was concerned if they could handle it. They told me that they could do it with no problem. I was told that it might take a little longer because they had to get a special crew together to work on classic cars. I said no problem and they proceeded to do the estimate. Their estimate came in higher than the insurance company but the insurance company said okay for the additional charge. Since then I have not heard back from them as to when they can repair the vehicle. I have called several times and left messages with no one returning my calls. I did talk to Andrew who was the one handling my claim and he said he had to wait to talk to Bob (the manager), who only comes in a couple days a week, as to when they could start the repair. I still have not heard back from them as of Feb 03, 2025 I still have not heard from them after only being able to leave voice mails which don't get answered. I only want to know when they can do the repairs but can't get any response. I am believing they don't want to do the repair but just don't want to tell me that. I don't want to give this place a bad review because they actually didn't perform any work yet. I only want to know when they can handle my car. If they give me a date then i will happily consider editing the review. read more

The crew here is amazing! They were helpful from the time I walked in the door to the time they handed the keys back to my car. They had it done in time they said at the price I was quoted. What more could you want. It looks as if that pole never assaulted my sweet little ride! Thanks guys! Though I admit I, selfishly, dont want to have to go back, but if I have the need for more body work in the future, it will be at Concours Elite. read more

0 stars if I could. Waste of my time. I had everything set with insurance and went into my appointment with Concours Elite for an estimate. The employee told me she would have to re-write my estimate and she would get back to me. They were already scheduled a month or more out in advance for repairs. I never even heard back from the company with my new estimate and it's been 2 weeks today. Terrible service and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This by far has been the best Auto body shop in Chico. They will do the right thing for the customer , not the insurance company . They gave us timely updates, took cate of the behind the scene details like , contacting the other insurance company , rental arrangement. Once we got the vehicle back you could never notice it was in any type of car accident. Thank you to the staff here! read more

A+ service! I couldn't be happier. Concours Elite proves that friendly, competent professionals who take great pride in their high quality work do exist. My car was returned to me (having gotten bumper and radiator system work) looking more beautiful than ever. They even vacuumed the inside. I bought it used, but it looks new. Not only this, they helped me navigate some frustrating communications with my insurance. They worked quickly AND thoughtfully, with great attention to detail, and were always friendly with me. I can't say enough good things about Concours and highly recommend them for any and all car attention you might need. read more

I hit a bear this past summer. I was okay. As far as I know, the bear was okay too considering it continued running across the road. I definitely didn't go back and check on the angry bear I'd just skidded into.. (but seriously, you'd be surprised how many people ask me how the bear was after) Unfortunately my car wasn't doing so hot with the situation. The visual damage was almost laughable as it looked more like I ran into a shopping center street light post going 5mph instead of the 40mph (slowed from 55) I was as I came into the impact. My headlight was completely unattached but still held on by wires. As for the rest, it looked mostly cosmetic. Concours Elite and their staff did so well at making sure that even the damages that I was not aware of got fixed. My car looks good as new! First, they assessed the cosmetic and visable damage. Then, when my car actually went into the shop, they disassembled the front end and ended up doing two supplements to my insurance, on top of the original, for repairs. They worked hard to get my vehicle back into perfect working order, as if it was their own. I worked mostly with Steve and the owner, Bob, but the entire staff is personable and friendly. They did absolutely everything in their power to help me, making the experience easy and not near as stressful as I imagined it would be. I feel they went way above and beyond for me and I can't even express how appreciative I am. Their location is absolutely perfect if you plan on using Enterprise rental car as they are right next door. I will definitely be working with their staff again! I 110 percent recommend! read more

I have had many different kind of experiences when it comes to taking my car into a body shop. Let's just say, I'm a magnet for others drivers...concours is by far the best auto body repair shop in town. Steven, Kelley and their whole staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the communication is always seamless. They go above and beyond in customer service, not too mention the wonderful ways they contribute to the community. Highly recommend!! read more

Our experience with Steve and the team at Concours was terrific! While there were some delays with the parts, which is normal in many industries right now as we continue to come out from the pandemic, the service and communication from everyone was spot on! Concours was repairing my daughters car, who was local, but working with me in another state. When the parts came in, the repairs were done quickly, but done right! While I hope not to need their service again, I would not hesitate to return if needed! Thank you! read more

A very professional auto body shop of the highest quality. I was hit by a person with AAA insurance. AAA recommended to use Concours Elite because they were a certified AAA network body shop. I was lazy about getting to a shop because I just didn't want to deal with all the hassle of getting estimates and having to talk with an agent on the phone. I finally just went to Concours Elite as a first stop.. and it turned out to be the only one. They have a full time estimator who is AAA certified. This means that there is no challenge to the estimate from AAA and all you need to do is give Concours Elite your claim number and they handle everything else. You do not even need to talk to a AAA agent once you have the claim number, just go to the shop and don't bother calling the agent. They have no-appointment drive up estimate space. I just drove right up without making an appointment and Steve walked out right away and looked at the damage, then we went to his desk and he explained the process it would take to get the damage out. The whole way through, Steve was very accommodating and explained everything in detail. The work was flawless and it's pretty much impossible to tell that there was ever any damage to the car. The price would have been pretty expensive without insurance. However, you get what you pay for and you are getting the best service available from them. Also, they warranty all their work, for life. I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this business and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. read more

If I could give Concourse Elite 10 stars, I would. All four corners/fenders of my white car looked like I had hit every curb in Chico (I probably had). I provided the touch up paint and they fixed it for practically nothing. I had received two other $1500 estimates! Friendly and very professionals. read more

The best experience AGAIN. Supportive, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, efficient.

Wouldn't take my care ANYWHERE else! Every person i worked with rather it be the young man that drove me home when i didn't have a ride or the men and women in the office - i was treated that i was their one and only customer and their business was making sure i was happy! The day that i picked up my car the regular guy at the front desk was not there (prob on lunch) so another gentleman from the back office came in quickly and took care of my paper work and talked to me in English vs. Confusing Car Language talk. The gentleman that i dealt with the first time came back from lunch and they communicated the hand-off seamlessly and the 'right' hand knew exactly what the 'left' hand was doing! I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else - Best Customer Service I've seen the this Industry EVER! read more

This outfit has their s*%t together. Not only did they do an outstanding job on repairing my 2017 Lexus. They did an excellent job in dealing with me. Courteous, on time, and kept me informed constantly. If you need Collision repair, this is where you want to go! read more

I would not recommend having body work done at Concours Elite. The work done on my 2000 Jetta was very unsatisfactory. I had to bring it back two times, due to poor workmanship. The owner, Bob, is experienced & has attention to detail. However, it's the employees under him who lack good workmanship. Think twice. read more

Good place to get a quote. A little on the expensive side, but if insurance is paying, why not?

I brought my Toyota pickup in for a repair and was treated like second class because it wasn't a "corvette". The cheese ball who helped me actually told me that... I shoulda walked. When the truck was finished it was lacking the wheel well trim. When I alerted them to this oversight they remedied the problem by gluing one on in the parking lot. It looked like crap. I cannot recommend nor will I ever return. read more

My car was hit in an parking lot and needed bumper repair. This shop was recommended to me by several people and is really close to my house, so I went to them for an estimate. They were friendly and efficient and were easy to work with using the other person's insurance. When they changed my appointment to an earlier date they even took care of changing my rental dates at Enterprise. Dropping the car off was easy and the work was done when they promised. They had received the check from the other person's insurance company before the repair was finished so I had no out of pocket expenses. The repair looks flawless and my car looks as good as it did before it was hit. If I ever need car repair in the future I will not hesitate to use Concours Elite. read more

The owner has contracted me and is currently trying to make this right. Will update with results.

This place is wonderful! We have all our collision repair work done here and the results are always outstanding. The customer service is excellent, I was fighting with insurance for a not at fault accident where they did not want to provide a rental car for a week because it would take that long to start work on my vehicle (the best places tend to be busy). The employee that was helping me went above and beyond to call the insurance company and argue on my behalf, which resulted in the insurance company finally doing their job and paying for my rental for the entire time that my truck is down. I spent hours arguing with insurance and couldn't get them to budge, but she had it handled within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this place, excellent service and top quality workmanship! read more

They made my car look brand new! The meticulous attention to paint color-matching, and stripes on the car is greatly appreciated. I went to Concours Elite after being rear-ended. I had never been in an accident before and had no idea what to expect. I looked at a few other shops before deciding on Concours. From the first call to the pick up of my car, I was very impressed by the service. I spoke to Todd who was very friendly and helpful. He set up a rental car service (Hertz, also very good) to meet me at the shop. He gave me an estimated time for my car to be at the shop and kept me well informed while it was being worked on. They told me possibly 2-3 weeks and had it done in 1! The car looks perfect and the work is guaranteed for life! I can't say enough and would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

A stranger backed into my Honda Civic so I had to take my car to a shop and am SOOO glad I took it to Concurs Elite. They were super professional and helpful from the very beginning. This was my first collision of any kind so I had NO idea what I was doing but Steve and his team walked me through everything, arranged for me to get a car right next door at ENTERPRISE, then constantly updated me on the progress of my car for the next week and a half. My husband was very satisfied with their work. It was flawless. It's safe to say that I was thoroughly satisfied and completely understand they high YELP rating now. Here is my addition to it. Great job, Concours Elite. I appreciate the awesome services!!! Will definitely be coming back to you if anything ever happens again, hopefully I won't need to. Had a pretty nasty fender bender that caused a tow hitch to go through the front of my car, luckily not totalled but extensive damage. After the tow truck had picked up my car I had them deliver the vehicle to Concours Elite. They contacted me very quickly, kept me up to date during the repair phases on what was being done and what time frame we were looking at. When I picked up my car I even got to meet Bob, the owner, who was very forthcoming and welcoming and ensured if anything is different to let them know and they will take care of it. When I got my vehicle back I did notice a very (and I mean very) slight difference of how my gear shift was feeling on my 6 gear manual. Concours with no question took my car back in, even took it to the Subaru dealer in town to have them check it out, double checked all areas they could and I got my vehicle back in less than 24 hours. When I got it back everything was like I had it when I bought it new. It has been almost 2 weeks since I had my car back and so far there are absolutely no complaints. If you need a body shop that will make sure the job is done right and your vehicle comes back as good or better, all I can advise is bring it to Concours Elite. read more
