Matt at body lines does good work. Is he for everyone? No, because he is slightly more expensive than some, but the extra cost is for 2 decades of experience and for some , is well worth it, and for others it will not be. But the one thing is this, Matt is honest and will be straight will you about what can be done and what cannot be done. The extra cost with Matt is for piece of mind that he won't cause any other whoopsies with your car, which can't be said for new technicians offering paint less dent removal. If you have a ride you love and have a ding you hate every time you look at your ride, give Matt a chance. Also, I almost never give 5 stars, so a 4 star rating is as good as it gets.( a 5 star rating would be a cheap,fast, and a perfect job. My expectations were blown away. I will be referring all my friends to Bodylines. I was referred to Bodylines from Rivera's auto detailing. He did a truly amazing job on my wife's car, so I trusted his recommendation. After the detail, the fairly large door ding on the passenger door stood out. It wasn't large enough of a dent that we would turn into insurance and a body shop, but was definitely an eye sore. The door ding was on her Mazda 3 on the "crease" line of her door. I figured there was no way someone could remove a dent on a crease, at least not completely. Drove down to Bodylines and met with Matt for an estimate. The cost was VERY reasonable and he was able to schedule me the next business day. I arrived and Matt let me know it would only take about an hour to hour and a half. Long enough for me to walk to lunch a couple blocks away. After Matt was done, I could not tell the dent was ever there! I was actually shocked. I really wish I had taken a before pic so I could show what a great job he did. Matt seemed to be a genuinely friendly guy and took extra time to make sure it looked perfect. He obviously takes pride in what he does. I strongly suggest you take a look at his site and the before and after pics. First off, let me start by saying the entire staff is awesome, friendly and welcoming. Getting a dent in your car can be awful but these guys will help make it better. I had a small ding (about as small as a quarter) behind my passenger door on my new truck, it was in a awkward spot, that the dealership collision center said they didn't think they could fix and they quoted me "anywhere from 800 on up" so of course I had to seek other alternatives. I stumbled upon bodylines on yelp, and I'm so glad I did. Second off, Matt is a artist at what he does. When I first get my estimate(100$ btw), because of the awkward location and the fact he can't get behind the dent because of the location Matt suggests glue pulling. I wasn't looking for a perfect 100% improvement because I understood it was on a curve and a pretty sharp dent so any improvement was good for me and my self diagnosed OCD, and I must say it's pretty much perfect again, if you could find where it was on my truck before you deserve an award.
