A disappointing experience: I was told the repair would take 5 days, yet I had to check back regularly on its status; finally after another 3 days, (weekend not included), I was notified that it was ready. - When I arrived to pick it up, I found 2 issues, that still needed to be taken care off. - Driving off, radio, clock and right blinker did not work. I went in with my Dad to get an estimate for a hit and run on the door to his car. The woman at the front desk was cold and didn't seem to want our business. I just called and spoke to Keith regarding a call he made to my Dad even though I specifically asked them to call me because my Dad does not speak English. He explained the reason for the call and even though I corrected him on the pronunciation of my last name three times, he still proceeded to ignore me and pronounce it incorrectly. He said they would need "parts" to replace the door. When I asked him what the parts would be he ignored my question and repeated the same sentence. I knew my Dad would want to know so that is the reason I asked. I did not feel valued or respected as a human being. It left me wondering how he would have treated my father. I will give an update once we proceed unless they retaliate due to my honest review. read more

It's a long story but please avoid this place at all costs. I went here to get an estimate last week and was told it would take 24-72 hours so I waited. After that time lapsed I called asking for the quote. I was told that someone would call me back. After 3 more calls I got ahold of someone who said they'd send my quote within 15 mins but that they're very busy and understaffed (I was told that multiples times on the call) so I waited. 2 hours later I called back now annoyed and was feeling completely blown off. The manager said he'd send me the quote which he did and even called me-- great BUT now I let him know that the third party who hit me wanted to pay via insurance and I needed a quote with insurance. He said that'd be fine and to call back with all the details. I called back the next day and was told a note would be left for someone to call back later that day. Nope-- waited another day, called back-- told to sit on hold-- waited 15 mins then called back. Different person picks up phone and said he's in a meeting. Okay, so now I've been holding for 25 mins for someone they knew couldn't come to the phone? I ask for the owners name and was told by two people they don't know who that is. Let them know this is getting a bit out of hand and I want the owner to call me back because something that takes 5 mins is taking a week. I was told the owner "Jason" would call me back because they finally figured out who owned the place. Came to Yelp and it seems a Brian owns this place. This place is a mess and blames understaffing as the reason a quote takes 7 days. read more

After I was hit, they worked with the insurance company to get me a rental car and made dropping off my vehicle a snap. As I was arriving I asked a couple people who were waiting if they had used them before and they all told me this place was great so I decided to stick with them and I'm glad I did! They then maintained constant communication and updated me along the way ensuring I knew everything that was being done with my vehicle as well as updating me on timelines and completion date. Absolute worst experience of my life. They failed to properly put the bumper and windshield wiper reservoir back together on my car and when I received it it was broken. When I brought it to them to have them do the simple, simple repair of snapping my bumper back together the receptionist argued with me for an hour, repeatedly insulted me, got all the shop guys to gang up on me and insult me and refused to do any of the repairs. I had to contact State farm and take it to a different repair shop to get the repairs they should have done. Worst experience ever, you would be better off with duct tape and glue.​ read more

Geico Insurance uses this company, when my vehicle went in there was nothing wrong with it when I went to pick it up it wouldn't start and I was told it wasn't their fault but I drove it in and they drove it around their property for the month that they had it. I came in to get body damage fixed and had a totally different issue when I left and was told basically "oh well". I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy or maybe I would. read more

They have had our van for nearly weeks to repair some auto body damage. We originally were told 1 week, then it was another week, then it was another week. Now we are hoping to get it by next week. My car was put in the shop for pinecone damage and shop when I got my car back they have not cleaned the sap off it's taking one month to get back in the shop and in the meantime I noticed they cracked the windshield when they removed it there's a rocker panel missing that they're now saying it's not part of the claim and it's taking a month before the car went back in the shop The repair to the pinecone damage was done very well that's the only part that was done well I mean a month to get my car back in the shop one point they said their electricity was out another day they said they got robbed I had to keep going back-and-forth through my insurance and the adjusters in them she said we will make sure you are satisfied but I am not very satisfied . The owner called and I appreciated his side. He was very interested in getting things corrected. . However my car was not repaired today because my keys are now lost. I was yelled at by a staff member today I didn't appreciate that. The boss is very understanding and we are both hoping the keys are found and the repairs taken care of. I am just a customer Geiko told me directly that the rocker panel was on claim two. And so it goes. read more

An outstanding 5 stars! Collision Pros has my full recommendation. I hit a deer on my way through Paradise damaged the left side of my Nissan Rogue. My driver door hAd difficultly opening and closing andd I had a hole in thE front left bumper. You could never tell there was a hole, and my door opens smoothly. I had a small concern that the headlight wouldn't match, I offered to pay out of pocket so that the old headlight would match but they did a fantastic job making sure that they looked identical after the repair. Not only did I get my car back within a week, they washed, cleaned and hand delivered it to me. It looks AMAZING! Amanda and Monica were extremely professional and friendly. Something hit the underside of my car on the highway, it took the rear valance clean off and left half the rear bumper dragging along the road. I took it to Collision Pros and they got me checked in, scheduled, repaired, and out in less than two weeks. They had to order parts and wait for those to come in otherwise I'm sure this would have been done even faster. They kept me updated throughout the process and the work they completed looks amazing! I had to get some repairs done on my truck ( I was rear-ended ) and there was a problem with the parts coming in late and on a friday night at 5:00 they agreed to stay and get it all together so could have my truck that night. they also cleaned my truck which I didn't notice until the next day because it was dark when I got it. Super friendly... fast service. My truck hood was damaged by a tire repair shop. Initially the shop (Bobs Tire Center in Chico) offered to fix the damages, until I dropped off the three estimates they requested, they backed out. Super frustrated and upset I called my insurance and they suggested Collisions Pros press service. They got my car in the same day, the rental car met me at the shop, and I was kept in the know of all progress! I even got 10% off my deductible when I picked my car up for checking in on yelp! Although from reading all the other reviews, others stated their car was detailed as a courtesy...mine was not but that's ok. I tell it was wiped down at least. Would use them again! read more

At least they gave me a quote as a walk in. However, the guy inspecting my car must have not been listening to what I was telling him or didnt care and figured I would end up getting insurance to pay for it. Anyway, a 2,000 dollar quote for a small dent on the fender is absurd. I am going to get a heat gun, a crowbar and some dollies and fix it myself for under 100 dollars. This is a revised review as previously I gave a negative one. The owner, manager and staff have been wonderful in working through the bumps in the road that came about on the initial repair job. I was not happy to say the least...After working out how to proceed-Collision Pro Definitely came through. The paint/repair work is just about perfect now. I believe the work they do is excellent. But I do believe they are a busy shop and in my case it did show in the quality control. I still recommend them as this is the nature if the auto business. This is the second major repair that I brought to Collision Pros and I cannot recommend them more highly. They did a temporary repair to my vehicle so that I could drive it until the appointment date to have the repair started. They Coordinated my rental car so that I had my rental the same day and kept me apprised about the updates on parts and when the final repair would be done. If I could give 6 stars I would! Bryan who is the owner does a wonderful job hiring amazing staff. From the minute we called, Chelsea who helped us on the phone was super helpful. Our car was close to totaled according to Hild collision in Redding. $16,000 worth of damage from a man who had no insurance. Ty the manager makes sure that the customer service at this shop goes above and beyond. Now Shamus is the one who handled our claim and heard me perfectly. Not only was I upset that we had to pay $1000 deductible for an irresponsible driver, we also didn't have another car to use. Having 3 kids 5 and under and a husband that works clear across town, he said he would see what he could do to speed up the process. Within a week, he called and gave us a free car to use until our car was ready. Amazing! He also had our car finished within 2 weeks and it came out perfect. We had a car accident on Tuesday and I asked my insurance about preferred shops and towing companies. I called collision pros and they told me they were booked out and to have the car towed to my house which I did. I uploaded photos to their link and they provided an estimate to State Farm. Tina called me and said they could tow it in, I mentioned that I didn't see the airbags or windshield on the estimate and she informed me they must have missed that she would have the estimate guy call me before towing the car in because it might be a total. The estimate guy never called me so I called back and and spoke with Crystal who said the car needed to come in to add the airbags as a supplemental, I informed her Tina arranged it different. The following morning I called State Farm who said they got a note that the airbags and windshield needed to be added they were still waiting for the estimate for that, I called collision pros back and got Crystal again. I informed crystal that the insurance company was waiting for their estimate on the air bags and windshield and she told me the car needed to be towed in... Again I told her that Tina had canceled the tow because they didn't want the car there if it was totaled. I was on the phone with State Farm again when the manager Ashley called me I merged the call with State Farm so that we could all be on the phone together Ashley was extremely rude and told me that that's not how it worked when I tried to tell her that it was her employee who canceled the tow. When I decided it was at this point that the vehicle was going to need to go to a different shop I let her know that I would get an estimate done somewhere else and she tried to tell me that I could not do that. I won't be doing business here ever and the Manager was very unprofessional. Collision pros told State Farm I refused to have the vehicle towed to them! I am shocked at the lack of communication between the employees about what is going to be happening with a vehicle. Bad for business and super unprofessional. read more

I can't recommend this shop. i had 4 dents on the left side of my car from a parking lot accident. They did an estimate over 8K. Insurance wanted to total my car. Went to another shop and got it done for less than 4K. Would have been less but I had buy a $300 piece of trim they damaged during their "inspection" while putting estimate together. read more
