I had a bad experience in the beginning. It took a month to get my car fixed. I originally wrote a bad review and I am now changing it due to the fact that I worked with the manager Amanda at the end. She explained what was happening and tried to do everything she could to get my car done. She came down on the weekend to let me pick my car up to make things right. I put 1 star originally for how disappointed I was but now I am giving 4 stars because of her. If you ever have a problem there ask for her. She got right to the point of what was going on and helped speed up the process as fast as she could. read more

I needed an estimate for work the first time, which went smoothly and was well priced compared to the other estimates I received. The second time, I had work done and everything went very smoothly and easily. They worked with my insurance company so all I had to do was drop my car off and go pick it up. Just got my car back today, and couldn't really look at the car, since it was raining. Got it home and parked in the garage. Started to dry it off, and first thing I noticed was my soft terry cloth felt like it was being dragged over something that was sand blasted. I dried off my whole car, and the overspray was on every inch of my vehicle. Looked at the bumper and it looked like crap. There was bubbles or fish eye as they call it in my paint, with dust cleared over into my paint. The newly painted bumper had some light scratches in the paint also. I want it to look the way it did before it was hit. Not happy. I don't think they replaced the clip things that the bumper clips onto. The bumper was still pushed out on the sides. When I went to show my family member the paint job. I literally touched the paint, and a spot of paint flicked off. The front desk was nice, and workers nice. They had my car for 6 business days, and over the weekend. I don't think they even started painting the car until the day I was to pick it up. I don't even know if they can paint it any better than they did. It's just frustrating. They did handle the rental car for me, which was nice. **************UPDATE**************** I took my car back for them to fix the bumper and the overspray. They had my car for 2 days this time. They completely re-painted my bumper, and refurbished my headlights for me. The headlights look great. The bumper looks better, but there is still some spots that aren't perfect. They clay barred my whole car, to get some of the overspray off my car. When I went to pick it up Friday, and I felt my paint. I could still feel the roughness on the paint and the glass. My heart sank, and I felt like I was going to cry. I've owned this car since it rolled off the dealers lot, brand new. I've taken extreme care of my car, and it's just heartbreaking for someone to treat my property so poorly. I went out this weekend and spent a good 4 hours clay barring my paint on my car. I used the clay bar on the glass as well. There was red paint coming off along with dark and shiny fibers. I'm assuming it's fiberglass. I almost got my car back to its original shine and soft feeling to my paint. The door panels by the skirt is the worst on both sides of my car. The manager said we can try to clay bar it again next week. What's the point. The paint is ruined. I guess the excuse for poor quality, is they're under staffed, and have to much work. Maybe it's just how it is these days. People don't take pride in their work. Ty, was trying hard to fix the problems, and to go above and beyond. I'm going to wash my car tomorrow and spend a few more hours with the clay bar. I don't know what my options are for the overspray. I didn't do anything wrong. I just wanted my bumper fixed. If I knew this was going to be the case, would of rather had a messed up bumper, than a whole car messed up. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Got in an accident back in September, almost totaled the car. I got a rental through my insurance right away, my insurance sent the assignment over to Collision Pros either that day of the accident or the next day. Collision pros took almost 2 weeks to get ahold of me, I had to contract my insurance agent to have her touch base with them. Eventually I was able to take my car in, they got an estimate of the price, and told me it would be done by a certain date. Due to them taking nearly 2 weeks to get the car to their shop, I was having difficulty with my insurance and how long I would be able to keep the rental. I was told collision pros would pay the extra price once I used up all the rental car, but collision pros was telling me something else. On top of that they lost my key to my car, I ended up having to take them my spare. A few days later I got a call saying my key "just showed up". They painted part of my car during the repairs, I have a white car and was able to see a difference in the shades of white from where they painted and what was originally painted. Due to my accident occurring in fall, I did not have to use my AC since then. About a few weeks back when it started warming up, I tried using my AC and no cold air was blowing out at all. I had my father (who's experienced with cars) check out my AC, we thought maybe they didn't refill the Freon or it was leaking it. Turns out there was a fuse that was not connected during the repairs. I'm not sure how they would miss this, I was really hoping I would be satisfied with this place since they had so many good reviews. Maybe I just have bad luck but there was just too many problems with this place. I give two stars because the staff friendly and I loved their dog that was in the shop. Other than that, I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I submitted a claim through my GEICO insurance for a deep scratch on the driver's front fender and was referred here to get the repairs done. All through a few clicks online (it took me less than 10 minutes), I had an appointment set up for the next day. When I arrived, there was a rental car waiting for me. Everyone I talked to at the shop was beyond nice. They kept in touch throughout the repair process that week, and I even received a picture of my car through text when it was completed and ready to pick up. When I did pick it up, the car looked flawless. They detailed the inside and the out (including getting tough white dog hair out of the seats), and even cleaned up some minor scratches from keys underneath the driver door handle. These people are amazing. I rear ended someone last month and brought my car in for an estimate and repairs and everyone was so nice. Before I brought it in for repairs my car was hit and run in the hood in the parking lot. I was so upset and brought it in and told them what happened. Jose gave me his word that he would help me the best he could. I just picked up my car expecting to have to pay a lot for the additional repairs and they only charged me my original deductible. I am shocked and I cannot thank just them enough for their amazing service and going way above and beyond for me during what was the most stressful month I've had in a while. Their customer service is unbelievably horrible.. they have had my car for over two weeks to fix a window and replace a stereo that was stollen. My husband tried giving the model number, they didn't want it because "they have a book" and of corse they order the wrong one.. we give them the model number, they send us an email to confirm, totally different number GREAT LISTING SKILLs.. so they finally get the right one, they call say it's done. My husband drops me off on his way to work and they inform me it's not done... they said they left a message on my husbands phone, NOPE! Asked why they didn't call me, they don't have my number, well that's funny I have given it to them numerous times so they don't call my husband at work.. my car getting broken into is bad, the fact that I have to pay $500 is worse, but their customer service is unbelievably horrible! read more

I recently had an insurance claim for a car wash(California Car Wash) that messed up the paint on a new 2020 Kia Optima color Black. Ty, the general manager, was amazing at handling the claim and situation. He wasn't quick to add new paint or mess up the factory/standard features. They buffed the car out and got all the scratches out. Best part is that they guarantee all their work. A day later I noticed a small scratch on the hood from the car wash that still bothered me so I took the car back in and Ty was quick to setup an appt and buff the scratch out No charge. Amazing service and they give solid recommendations for your car in terms of "what they would do" as an owner. Ty advised me against altering any factory paint even though he could have, and had more $$$ from my insurance for the claim already open. Great staff and honest people! Will be bringing my car here for any work done besides the dealership. read more
